DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! I have been a customer for several years Everything was great in the beginning For the past several months every delivery is delayed due to personnel issues, computer problems and scheduling route issuesI have had to call this company more times than any other company I do business with As a business owner myself, I’m very understanding and patience when it comes to these types of issues however this is ridiculous Today I received my THIRD email rescheduling my delivery for this month Funny thing my next door neighbor (who lives feet from me and we have ALWAYS been on the same delivery day) got her rescheduled delivery today but not me When I called and spoke to Andrea all I got was you are scheduled for tomorrow I canceled my delivery and will be scheduling for them to pick up their empty bottles and machine once I use the remaining bottles I have They can charge my credit card each month ON TIME but can’t provide the service I’m paying for and have the worst customer service

They are very unreliable when delivering water to your home They will give you a day of delivery and cancel the day of with another day Every month is the same problem

To Whom It May Concern: Our company has attempted to contact the customer via phone to resolve this disputePer the customer's
resolution request, we are refunding the two late fees that the customer paidWe also credited a third late fee that was on the accountThe balance is zero and the customer will receive a refund check in the mail for $in the next two weeks We appreciate the feedback and the opportunity to work directly with our customer in order to resolve this matter

This company took $from my account unauthorizedThey stated that they were authorized by a 3rd partyI informed the company that this was impossible because how could a 3rd party authorized a payment from my bank account? I have made one time payments online in the past and the company used that information to process a payment without my authorizationI spoke with a supervisor who told me that a phone call was made from their automatic dialer system so there is no way they could have made an error, but dialers have many errors especially when you don't have the person on the line you are calling for

Ready Refresh - I was expecting a delivery over a month ago They have cancelled my delivery 4x this month alone! Was expecting today and just got a vm saying they had to reschedule Other customers in town are in the same boat - WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THIS COMPANY? They say it's "operational problems" I am on the verge of canceling and starting with another company

Absolutely terrible customer serviceI have been a customer of ReadyRefresh for just a few months and the only delivery that has arrived on time was our very first deliverySince then, our deliveries have been cancelled and rescheduled times each month and sometimes without us being alertedEach time I contact them, I get a canned automated email saying they are sorry and are working on the delivery problemsThat is not enoughWe do not have good water in our town and rely on these water deliveries or our family to drinkSo, so, very disappointed and need to find a better serviceI want to give zero stars

I received several bottles of spring water (gallon each) with particulate matter in lJune and early July of I called and lodged a complaint These bottles were not picked up and I asked not to have more sentI received deliveries up until August and now hav bottles (gallons each) in my driveway and cannot tell which are contaminated I called the company and they state I must pay $dollars even though I have been unable to use any product

Absolutely atrocious serviceEvery single delivery is delayed due to "unforeseen circumstances"I have had to call this company more times than Ive called any other company in the pastThey have no idea where their deliveries are and the branch manager "Napoleon" is never at his desk, since he is the only one who can track the trucksThey are the least reliable company and should be shut down for such horrendous service

This company has canceled my water deliveries five (5) times with no, I have called customer service, no answers as to why nor what is happening with the companyThey only keep sending back-to-back texts and emails PROMISING TO DELIVER the next day...only for to send me one more text saying that promise they could not keep!
The customer service reps are told to say nothing, as my experience in talking with customer service, has proved to meThe repsinterrupt me while I am expressing my complaint and say they will deliver the next day but the "next day" only delivers another text message saying they can not deliver

My complaint is identical to the numerous other complaints from customers of Nestle Nestle took over the *** *** water service from a local water company that I had been a HAPPY Customer of for years The previous company rarely missed a scheduled delivery time and IF they did, the route driver called me to apologize and to let me know that he would be there the NEXT DAYNestle could not make a scheduled delivery day if someones life depended on it, and they cannot seem to figure out that we do not live in the detached garage a hundred feet from our residence On more than one occasion we have lugged gallon bottles of water from the garage up to the house They also can't seem to pick up the empty's and on several occasions we have retrieved them from the neighbors property after the wind blew them down the driveway I expect I will get the same pre-prepared generic response they seem to leave for everyone, "contacted customer, complaint resolved, will work on improving serv

I have been a customer for over yearsWhen I lived off *** ***, I got perfect serviceThen years ago, I moved to *** *** and the service here is the WORST EVER!!!! And customer service gets an F- in my bookThey don't delivery when they say they willI get a robo call reminding me the day of my delivery and also an email reminderThen they don't deliver on the day they sayOn Friday, Aug17th, I was supposed to have a deliveryIt didn't happenI thought, "I'll wait and see if they delivery on Monday." I called when I got home and was told that they will try again on FridayTwo days from todayThey've been delivering to my home for the past months with road construction ( that's block away ), and NOW it's unsafeThe garbage trucks have no problemThey are much bigger than the Ready Refresh*** drives their monster trucks every day down my street with no problemI guess Ready Refresh has beginnersThey just raised the rates on both bottled water, AND delivery, but yet they can't deliverLast month when this happened, they said that no one was home to accept the bottles, when the delivery says to delivery to the back doorThey have been doing that for years! I called a competitor, but they want to auto-draft my bank account and I no longer do thatAnd after seeing complaints on here about over-charging, I don't want to start thatI have a weight limit on what I can pick up because of heart issuesI really don't know what I will do

I was being charged for cooler rentals when I only had when I called the company they always tell me that we will submit it to accounting and they will call meThis went on for a while finally cancelled there service on 7/they still owe me at least months of over charges
