I contracted with Nestle in March to have them deliver gallon bottles of water I also paid a monthly rental fee for the dispenser Their deliveries were always late or delayed by days sometimes I discontinued service in June I requested that they pick up the rental dispenser and empty bottles On several occasions I was given a scheduled pick up date Each time there was a no show and they just rescheduled without any notification to me Even though I was home they did not even show those times either We are now almost a year later and they are still rescheduling to pick up equipment and failing to show They are threatening to bill me for their equipment even though I don't want it or use I want it out of my home but they seem unable or unwilling to come and get it The last appointment for today may 16, and they did not come Customer service representative was extremely rude and totally unhelpful

I moved out from the apartment that I have a agreement over the phone of delivery of bottle for gallon each every two weekI paid all my bill I called customer service to move the service to my new house and they pressure me to leave the service to the old house, so the new account client sign the form to change name on the account I been call nestle for the past two month because they keep billing me but the add more bill on my name

I have a Nestle water North America service to provide bottle water for my companyFor some reason, they stop delivery water to the office about half year agoit seems they have some internal business issuewe couldn't hold with them, so we use alhambrawe disconnect the cooler and store itone month ago, the guy show up and ask the coolerso we give to himone week later we received final notice to ask we pay the rent feeamount $ I called and told them, you didn't provide service , we didn't use itbesides, they never send statement or invoice monthly to show that we own their rental fee for the coolerthey should pay me not provide service for half year without notice

I have been a customer since 7/with no issues, until a couple of months ago I don't mind them missing my delivery once, or even twice in a month as we always have water left, but this month it's been 4-times in the last weeks, I cannot keep track of how many reschedules we have had now Poor cust serv reps claim to have no info (lol) as to whats happening, they just promise you will get your delivery on your rescheduled date-and then you don't! Finally the rep I spoke to last night, bless this poor woman who im sure fields these calls all day as the people who are responsible for this screw up hide in their offices, offered me this order for free, which I guess would be niI could get an actual delivery!

I have been a customer of Nestle Waters for over years and never had an issue until recently
On Monday, June I was scheduled for water delivery I did not receive the delivery so I called on Tuesday, June 7, to see why When I spoke with the representative on the phone, she stated they closed the account due to I have not made a payment for several months and there is a delinquent balance owed I asked her how could this be when I have auto payments made monthly and she stated that they have not received a payment since February and I have been notified previously I told her that I have not received a past due notice and/or statement, any email, or any phone call regarding this I also have a voicemail service that would have alerted me of this had there been a message left
To take care of the account matter, I made a phone payment on June 7, (including two months of late charges)and requested to cancel services immediately I also scheduled an appoint

I started off with*** water delivery and they were fantastic Since the change to Ready Refresh, it been horrible Delivery dates are often delay, items left out in the rain Customer service is nonexistent Just cancelled my account Horrible, horrible service and much more expensive than any local store Extremely disappointed in this company All about the GREED

To Whom it May Concern:We attempted to reach *** *** *wice in regards to her complaint, leaving voicemails both times at the number included on her complaint, but unfortunately have not been able to reach her. Upon investigation into *** ***s account, we found that these charges were
valid. Our final delivery to the customer was made on 8/9/16, and she requested to close the account by phone on 8/10/16. The total cost of the delivery was $26.42, and because we did not receive payment, late fees were automatically added to the account each month once the balance became more than days old, bringing the account balance to $at the time of the complaint.Though we found these charges to be valid, we appreciate *** ***s years of business with our company and hope to resolve this complaint to her satisfaction. The total balance has been waived, and the account is currently closed with a zero balance. Ready Refresh by Nestle has BEEN AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE they changed my invoice date and attempted to run my card on file prior to notifying me, and then withheld my delivery because of the past due balanceI should be notified in writing before they change any payment/ invoice agreement and should also be notified within reasonable time to make arrangements
When I signed up for Ready Refresh, I entrusted them with my debit card information on good faith, and I would have sufficient funds to pay them for their servicesI have repeatedly asked/ requested that they remove my credit card information, since I can no longer entrust them with my debit card information
They have used veiled threats that the only way they can remove my card on file is if they run my credit!! If I signed an agreement with Ready Refresh and used my debit card for purchases, why would they need to run my credit and get my social security number!!! I began delivery of Deer Park bottled water to my home several months ago delivered from "Ready Refresh"Since the first delivery, there have been delays, cancellations, not showing up at all on promised and scheduled delivery datesOut of frustration, I called and cancelled the service, asked them to pick up the equipmentIt has been sitting on my front porch now for weeks, with , so far, promised pick up dates when no one showed up or calledI have notified my credit card company to not pay any chargesThis has been the worst customer service of any company I have dealt with in my life

We canceled our service with this Company 6/1/and paid all monies that were owed to them They took the equipment back and poured out bottles of water on our front lawn They keep calling and emailing me for money owed to them which we do not oweI asked to speak with a Supervisor and show them our timely payment history thru my bank records and they said that we still owed them for a service that was never received

I want to cancel the service but they won't pick up the bottles/dispenserThey always change the date of pick up without notification and since someone has to be home for pick up, I really need to know when they gonna be hereI asked for half day off from my work just to accommodate them, but then they changed the date again
Also, there is no way to contact them because they are always experiencing "unusual volume" of calls

Deer park has horrible business policies and practices who in the world needs to give their social security for water ? I have gone with Fiji who is better for me anyway I'm outraged that they where not willing to take a mail payment vs a credit card I would prefer to see my bill before paying and who lets them get away with this ? This is outrageous

My bill has increased twice in the past monthsI had this problem about a year ago and was guaranteed no prices increases based on my years of loyalty to their service

This business had my credit card on file for years Nothing changed on my end They stopped the authorized monthly payments on their own, and never notified me When I noticed that the service stopped I went on line to re-enter the same information that have had What I did not notice is that they charged me $for a $"unpaid" balance which they had my CC info all along
