To Whom it May Concern:We spoke with Ms*** on 1/15/in regards to her concerns with our credit approval process. We require recurring credit card payments for the first six months of a customer's service with our company, and a declined charge (for any reason, including the
cancellation and reissue of a card) results in suspension of service and website use, and a mailed letter explaining the situation. We apologized for any concern this process may have caused and assured her that her feedback would be provided to the appropriate department. As a goodwill gesture, we will also deliver complimentary product with her next delivery to show our appreciation. I contacted the company on 6/9/and again on 6/15/pertaining to some waters I purchased and received no response I purchased two bottle cases of 500ml natural spring water and I am very disappointed The waters taste very bad and so bitter I purchased these items in the supermarket on 6/1/ and really can't explain why they taste so bad The waters also have a strange smell which is unusual since water does not have a smell I don't know if during transporting the product from the factory something went wrong but I do know the waters are bad I paid $for each case and was not able to enjoy the products I purchased these waters for a small barbecue I was having for some family and friends and we were not able to enjoy the ice cold water The company has not contacted me and it has now been more than a month since I made contact

My deliveries keep getting rescheduled and I cannot get my water delivered on-time When I check on the website it says delivery is scheduled for one day and then I will check again and its a different day Then I will get an email saying my delivery will be rescheduled and it takes a very long time to finally get a water deliveryCustomer service is horrible and they tell me there is nothing they can do (If I am lucky enough to get through to them Most of the time there is a recording saying they cannot accept phone calls.) They have recently raised their prices, but yet they cannot perform the service they are contracted to do

Ready Fresh Nestle has cancelled my water delivery at least times in a row When I called to cancel my account and remove my credit card and personal information, they stated that when they pick up the bottles they would remove the information but not until they picked up the bottles My bottles have been outside for days I have called on two occasions and they told me they don't know when the bottles would be picked upIn addition I was informed that I would be charged for the bottles if they were not returned

Jan scheduled delivery date - did not happen
Jan called Tina from customer service - delivery on Jan - did not happen
Jan called Debbir from customer service - delivery on Jan - did not happen
Jan called Crystal, Manager, promised delivery on Jan - did not happen
So practically my delilvery scheduled for the month of January did not happen No notice of delay or no apology What kind of business is this company running? UNACCEPTABLE!

I cancelled my account with Ready Refresh because the water was continuously delivered on the wrong date as specified on the delivery calendarThis left me having to store the empty gallon jugs for months at a time, because the delivery schedule tells me what date to leave the empties on the curb for collectionFurthermore, Ready Refresh has retaliated against my cancellation of service by billing me for water that was never deliveredAnd then assessing a late fee for not paying for water that was never delivered

I signed up for home delivery services two weeks agoI was given a delivery date of 6/30/from 9am-1pm and took the day of delivery off workI received a text notification the following day at 4pm stating it was rescheduled for 7/from 7am-5pm and my husband took the day off to be home for deliveryNever received delivery of water 7/and this time received no notification of reschedulingCalled and was told the location is running behind in scheduling and that their communication system isn’t working so we go no noticeSaid it was reset for 7/and shouldn’t be rescheduled againTook the day off for the 5th and again no delivery and ZERO notice to usCalled 7/and rep said she would put me on hold and call the dept that handles scheduling to ensure I would not be rescheduled againWas told they will for sure arrive 7/between 9am-1pmTook the day off and here we are at 3pm and no deliveryCalled and once again it was rescheduled and we were given zero noticeCalled and

In spite of over an year history with this business delivery service, they made a billing error of less than $by their accountand are now refusing to pick up the enormous collection of empty bottles on our premisesWe contacted the call center and was promised a resolution but no date or follow upThis issues is still unresolved with no action by this company to show good faith or any intention to respect our business or premises

I am trying to cancel my service because they increased the delivery feeI have called numbers associated w nestle ready refresh and all say that due to high call volumes they can't take my call and to go to websitewhen I do that it won't let me cancelI got through once, asked to cancel, they put me on hold, transferred and disconnectedwhen I called back I got the call volumeI don't want to be charged and have no way to get throughthe contact us and billing screen online do not work

TERRIBLE SERVICEIt doesn’t matter if the product (water) is good if the service lacks professionalism and reliabilityI had problems with ALL my deliveries, going days and even weeks without water because they failed to deliver as promisedThey said they hired 100+ new employee to meet the growth, but don’t fall for that — all bsAlso, customer service was unwilling to change my scheduled monthly deliveries to accommodate my usageI do not recommend this serviceStay away from ReadyRefresh by Nestle, and save yourself a lot of aggravation

My complaint is regarding Nestle ReadyRefresh, Nestle's water delivery serviceI was a subscriber to their service for about a year and a half to two yearsIn that time the following occurred:
Deliveries would not happen and are rescheduled at the very last minute via text at any point after PMThus, if you depended on distribution for a specific day, you always ran the risk of the delivery not happeningAgain, you would not know until the last minuteThere were also numerous cases where there was no notification of a reschedule or delayThere were instances where the distribution hub even indicated they had made a delivery, when in fact, they did not
There was never a set day when the delivery would occur and, as such, you had to play guesswork with the vague information that was provided by ReadyRefreshThere was never a window given for the delivery as well so what would happen as a result is that since there was no window, you could miss the delivery, meaning

Mr*** for working with him to resolve the matter and provided Mr*** with his direct contact information should he have any further questions
