Made appointment to pickup their equipment today from 9-1pm but no one came by so I called at and was told by Beth that they are busy so will pickup tomorrow I told her I have waited all day and should be compensated for the day She said they have me down for tomorrow I had to call several times because recording said they are busy call back later and when they finally answered they had a minute hold time That is very poor customer serviceWhen I asked for a manager she said there is no one available

I WAS INFORMED WHEN I STARTED MY WATER DELIVERY SERVICE ON 2/18/THAT THERE WOULD BE NO MONTHLY/YEARLY, ETCCHARGE FOR MY WATER DISPENSER I HAD ACTUALLY OWNED A UNIT OF MY OWN THAT I DISPOSED OF DUE TO THE FACT THAT I WAS TOLD THERE WOULD BE NO CHARGE FOR USING THE COMPANY'S UNIT NOW I NOTICED THAT I HAVE BEEN BILLED A RENTAL FEE ON MY INVOICES I CALLED THE COMPANY ON 3/20/AND SUPERVISOR SAMANTHA C WAS NOT WILLING TO REMOVE THE CHARGES POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - TOTALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE AND DECEITFUL FROM THE BEGINNING

Nestle Ready Refresh recently purchased the water delivery company I had been dealing with for over yearsLast Saturday they called to postpone the delivery scheduled for Monday and left a message saying they would deliver today (Tuesday)This morning at 9:a.ma recorded message postponed today's delivery promising it would take place tomorrowIf I call, I speak to someone in a call center in another part of the country and always get a different story but the bottom line is they blame the "regional office" for the problemNestle Refresh bought Roaring Springs Water in May, It is amazing what they have been able to do in ruining Roaring Springs over a matter of several monthsAfter more than years of home water delivery, I'm cancelling my accountThis is an incredibly unreliable outfit

I have been a customer of Ozarka/Nestle/Ready Fresh since with auto pay set upOur agreement is that water should be delivered every monthsI received water in January, which was fineOn Feb 28th I received another shipmentI called customer service to inquire the termsThe rep told me every months, so I inquired why water was delivered again days laterRep said she didn't think know and furthermore my account was cancelled Feb 10thThis was a surprise to me, so I asked to speak to a supervisorAfter a relatively short hold, I was not transferred to a supervisor, but told someone will be out the following day to retrieveAll of which was fine with meGood riddanceWrong they bill me for the water now I have to waste more time disputing the charge on my credit cardThey manually keyed the charge days after the water was retrieved almost a month to the date the account was cancelled at their own arbitrary doing

We are on an auto delivery of water but for the past months they have not delivered anyWe are told every time we call that it will be delivered the next day but it doesn't happenWe have called and email many times and we get the same response
I saw a delivery person a few weeks ago bringing water to another business in our building and I had to beg him to give us bottles of water for our coolerHe didn't have us on his list even though we are on the same floor as the other businessHe told us there would be another truck coming with some more but it never happenedThis is not the first time that they have missed promised deliveries but it's the longest time in between deliveries by far

My service has been canceled and rescheduled more than times in the last few months I've been without water for three weeks Yet they still charge me They say they are having staffing issues Not my problem Customer service has an attitude Very displeased with this company They need to make reparations

Three months in a row, my water delivery for my water cooler was several days lateI would not get a call explaining why, they just would not show and I would get automated calls saying that it would arrive "tomorrow" and then another "tomorrow"Their service is just not reliable

Account number ***- had delivery originally scheduled for 12/18/18, received email on evening of 12/14/that delivery date was changed to 12/15/18, received notification at 6:am that delivery was between 8-pmDriver arrives at 1:pm and advises he is out of gallon of waterHad to call and arrange another delivery for the missing product for 12/18/This has been one big messI have been a good consistent customer for a number of years

We have been customers for well over years and the last few months our deliveries have been constantly rescheduledThis month our delivery has been scheduled a fifth time now and after several calls we have been given no guarantee when or if we will see our water delivery and have not been offered a fair compensation for the inconvenience and need to go now purchase water on our ownThe last representative we spoke with also was extremely condescending and basically told us she doesn't care if we stay a customer or not she won't help us

To Whom It May Concern: Our company has attempted to contact the customer via phone to resolve this disputePer the customer's resolution request, we are refunding the two late fees that the customer paidWe also credited a third late fee that was on the accountThe balance is

I am rejecting this response because:you have still not credit my account for the cost of water delivered on 3/7/even though on separate previous conversations I was told this would be done. Furthermore, when we spoke (the 4th request to correct the error) you also acknowledged this over charge and now still fail to credit account. In addition after a review of the invoices which were finally provided after our demanded for a full accounting of charges it clearly shows that we were also double charged in April. on 4/6/we were charged for bottles of water and then again on 4/8/2108 we were charged for an additional bottle.To date we have disputed the last charges with our credit card company and requested that they collect back these incorrect charges for deliveries that were never made. Furthermore I have stopped all further credit card transactions with this company. We will review the charges made to our credit card and based on actual deliveries determine any final payments due if any. Based on our findings we may seek further action Sincerely,

Like everyone else, I have my water on a monthly delivery serviceBad choice on my part - my delivery this month has been rescheduled FIVE TIMES alreadyI will also be cancelling my serviceSuper disappointed in the lack of communication as wellThey clearly don't have their business together

Since October 2017, Ready Refresh by Nestle has failed to deliver product on the date they promiseWhen emailed they cite "inconsistent scheduling and customer notification"
Furthermore, it has come to my attention that Ready Refresh (formerly Poland Spring) is charging me rent and a delivery fee that was never properly disclosed - it was only billedIn hindsight there is a pricing adjustment at the *** *** but it does not state specifics , just that there will be an increase of "up to " a certain amount, making it very hard to determine if my increase was proper or notI have been a customer since and have always used auto paymentIf I realized I was being charged for rent starting years AFTER I signed up(and I didn't have a six year contract!) I would not have continued serviceHowever that is my error and my ignorance for not checking it out
I'd like to end the service immediately, with Ready Refresh picking up all the empty and full bottle

I closed my account a little over a month ago, and ready refresh (Nestle) came and picked up my empty bottles and the water cooler, and I Was promised a $check to refund the original deposit I gave them when I opened the account
I then got a delivery this past Saturday, when the account was supposed to be closed (and I did not get any new water cooler etc.) I already blocked them from charging my *** *** by doing a Merchant Block (which I do not understand why they still have my cc on file with them after my account was supposed to be closed)
I have also ready online about this happening to other consumers, so this should most likely be looked into by the Revdex.com too

I have been trying to cancel my water delivery for months I keep getting auto replies to my emails which I cannot respond toThere is also no option to CC myself or anyone on the contact emails form their site, hence no paper trailAnother part of their *** of trapping you and taking your money Calls are just empty promisesThere is no option to cancel on the site within my account nor to delete my card info It will not let you unless you put in another card Total *** and scamI am moving in weeks and their jugs and cooler are still sitting here I am reaching out as I refuse to be help responsible for their *** as well as their equipment I am NOT moving the jugs and cooler with meI do not want them When I was getting water is was always late and we always ran out of waterHorrible service
