We understand the customer frustrations and have responded to the clients request for a 1 month courtesy refund in the amount of $175.90 on 7/13/2017. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to show... from the date which the refund was specified. Also, please be aware that it was stated in the terms and conditions that the customer would be charged for the full 30 days for the trial bottle if they didn't cancel before the 14 days was over. The customer is automatically signed onto our monthly subscription until they call in and ask to cancel the product. After the customer finishes their 30 day supply of the product, they will be charged on the card on file for a 30 day supply plus shipping and handling. Usually, the customer must receive and RMA number from the customer service department to return the product and they will then receive a refund. Nevertheless, the customer account has been cancelled and will no longer be receiving anymore products or be charged.
