I never received a RMA or whatever that is they are talking about to return product. The Supervisor on the phone said that I could not return the product once it is shipped out and that if I refused it on my end it would be sent right back. Like I said previously they should have put a note saying in box stating if not satisfied with cream please call and cancel or you will be billed this amount! I never saw any amount that would be billed let alone being billed about product! I thought that was just a sample to try! I will make sure with social media that everyone knows what they are in for in ordering this product in the future!
