Usually, the customer must receive and RMA number from the customer service department to return the product and they will then receive a refund.  Nevertheless, the customer account has been cancelled and will no longer be receiving anymore products or be charged. It was stated in the terms and conditions every customer agrees to before proceeding to check out. The customer must call in and cancel their account before the 14 day trial is over. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I would like the two months charges refunded and I will return April's shipment of skin care products returned unopen.  I did not see the terms and conditions and do not think I should have to pay for a two month's supply of the skin care product when the advertisement said I would get a sample of the product for just the cost of shipping and handling.  I think the business is unethical by charging my credit card without my agreeing to purchase their product.
