Still have not received refund. Neulift and Beauty BM has sent Discovercard fraudulent contract for terms and prices that I clarified by phone before receiving it as to not sending auto shipments of any kind and verifying also no additional charges were to comeThey are ripoffs dishonest sneaky and doing this to many many othersI printed and sent over to discover more than other complaints I found after they sent me the creams which were not trial samplesThere was no correct information offered to me when I contacted themThey did not clarify it was not a sample even though they charged sample priceThey try to offer discounts when complained to but will not correct wrongful charges even when they were told not to send it out. I want credited for creams I never ordered

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.This company provided information to my credit card company based on a revised web site's ordering form and could not indicate that my personal information for charging the product was on their new form with me checking the appropriate box/es to agree to purchase.  A copy of my original personal ordering information form was sent to my credit card company that did not have a box for me to indicate to agree to the terms. I am having to abide by revised forms and delineated terms of agreement.
