have never received a phone call to Mr. [redacted] in regards to his service, was not aware there was any issue or misunderstaning in regards to the liquid aeration service . I'm sorry but this is just not true. When customer clicks on the pay link, they simply need to put in the agreed upon amount. I have received no phone calls to discuss. We agreed on $39 and that is the final offer of resolution. We would appreciate payment for services rendered.

Again, I apologize there was a miscommunication, we have issued a $90 refund for the window cleaning. I did tell [redacted] that we would refund the $40 overpayment and that has already been processed.
