Currently receiving packages that were never ordered by us. This one is the 5th. They have our name and address though. Identity theft?
One week ago we had credit card fraud committed against us. Someone ordered various types of supplements on our credit card, but their fraud department caught it, after the 4th purchase since it was outside our buying pattern. This week we have received 5 packages with our personal info, and we never purchased anything from any of these companies, nor have we requested any trials or sample. The CBG oil from New Leaf Naturals is our 5th delivery in 3 days. There is no packing slip, no phone number, but the return address matches this Revdex.com record. This company, along with 4 others, seem to be shiping goods that were not ordered, using information obtained illegally. This has to stop! It is mail fraud and appears to potentially be identity theft. The number of shipments have now surpassed the number of credit card fraud entries.

Desired Outcome

I will be submitting mail fraud claims for these packages, but I want people to be aware of this, in case it is a bigger scam than just what we're experiencing, and in case it leads to full-blown identity theft (maybe it has?). I also want to be sure they don't think they can come after us (based on name and address), and try to get payment for things we have not even considered ordering!!!

When you order on our website you must agree to the terms and conditions which state that after 14 days + 3 days of shipping you will be charged for the New Leaf CBD oil, if you do not call to cancel and return the product.

Your trial started when you ordered the products on 07//2019 which you paid shipping and handling fees of $6.84.

We have cancelled your account today and as a ONE TIME courtesy, we have refunded you back $6.84, without the need to return any of our products.

Please allow 5-10 business days depending on your bank's processing time for the credit to reflect back to your account.

Rest assured, the account is cancelled and you wont receive any further charges.

As indicated in my complaint submission, this product was never ordered by us so you are doing us no favor by offering a "courtesy" refund. This was ordered by someone who illegally obtained our credit card nbr and committed fraud. They also fraudulently obtained and used our name and address, for what purpose I cannot understand. Four instances of credit card fraud all occurred on the same day, and all for supplement-type goods. This purchase was the first of the four fraudulent purchases. We then received 5 different packages in the US Mail, none of which were ordered by us. Thank you for closing the fraudulently obtained account with your company, but it is NOT us!

I have a huge blister on my tong from the oil!!! Used it 3 times!! Company did nothing but they want the oil back! Fake company.....dont buy!! Trust me. They could care less.

Not Clear on Product Details
I order a CBD product from them was under the impression that I would be charged for shipping only. As of today I have to different charges from them for the amounts of $90.00 dollars apiece. I called them and was advised that they would refund one of the $90.00 charges but would not refund the second one saying it was for the sample product I received. Was advised that was on a subscription service, but would cancel it. I received 2 emails from them only one stated that it was a refund to my account but only for the amount of $45.00. The person I talked to said that in the future I should read everything before getting anything. I was advised it would take up to a week for the refund but I use Capital One Bank and plan to dispute the charges. This is a bad company that will trick you into things.

I want both of my $90.00 back.

I went through my bank Capital One, the bank gave me a credit to my account. The company in question refunded to my account 2 $45.00. Looking at my bank statement it looks like either Capital One or the company removed the 2nd $90.00 charge. I have not received any further correspondence from the company as of this date. Thank you for looking into this for me.

Well I ordered their CBD oil and capsules. Got free samples. And paid only shipping...cool. But they reportedly claimed to be developed by Willie Nelson and now I can't even find the original post that made me purchase this. What the ***? I'm not happy

I ordered a sample bottle of these CBD products for which I was charged $6.82 and $6.84 respectively, although they came in the same package. I immediately called about the 2 charges because I didn't recognize the source. I informed the customer service rep at the time that I did not want to be charged for these items on any continuing basis as I had not had the opportunity to try the samples. The samples had not arrived as of the date of that conversation, although the 14 day "trial period" began the day of the order, not the time of receipt.
Today I found 2 charges to my debit card in the amounts of $89.82 and $89.84. I have contacted the alleged customer service rep, (name given: "Clark")which is a company in the Philippines, and, aside from difficulty understanding what they call the English language, have had zero success in having the charges removed from my account. I sought out the company's web site only to be redirected to Nu Leaf Naturals. Their rep explained that this company, New Leaf Naturals, has stolen their identity and has been "stealing" money from customers across the country. Nu Leaf Naturals claims to have instituted fraudulent claims along with cease and desist orders to prevent further fraud perpetrated by NewLeafNaturalCBD.
In the process of writing this letter, I have spoken, for the second time, to the Philippines customer service rep, this time "Susan", who acquiesced to my demand for a full refund with no strings attached. I guess the squeaky wheel does get the grease.
Regardless, I hope to alert you and your customers to this fraudulent company and suggest they read the fine print before ordering anything from them.

We have cancelled your account on 07/12/2019 and as a ONE TIME courtesy, we have refunded you back $89.84 and $89.82.

Rest assured, the account is cancelled and you wont receive any further charges.
