I ordered a sample trial pay the shipping. I looked for the T's&C's there were none so I ordered the trial.

In January I received another shipment for the product and 2 charges of $89.84 each.
The product is not that good your better off buying locally... it's a consumer scam.

Save your money,I've returned the product and contacted my bank to cancel the charge.

I'm also contacting the office of the California Attorneys General office and filing a complaint.

I ordered the free sample a month ago,today I got another pkg that I do not want.They want 38.00 to send it back plus full payment for the free one.
Recieved CBD on line for a free sample ( 6.95) last month. I got the same pkg again today, Jan14th, I called to return it and cancel any future deliveries and was told I had to pay 40.00 for the free one and 40.00 for the one I got today. If I returned it, it would still cost me 19.00 each for the drops and 19.00 capsules ( that are in the same box)!! this she told me was for restocking! She offered me a 100.00 credit towards something else! I told her to cancel any further orders ,take me off the list. She said she did but I don't believe it. I need help with this asap! I am a senior citizen( (76) and on a very limited budget.

I want a refund for the delivery I got today of the CBD which contains liquid drops and capsules. I told their customer service that I wanted to send it back and was told I would have to pay a 38.00 restocking charge !. This is outrages! By the time I got to the end of the call , she mentioned something about 178.00 ! that's when I really got flustered and asked her if she really cancelled my account, she said yes but I have my doubts. I hung up.

I ordered a trial of the oil and the capsules online, supposed to be a total of $13.00. Was then charged $89.84, and $89.82 respectively.
Upon ordering what was supposed to be a trial of the CDB capsules and CDB oil drops, I was told it would be $13.00. I was then charged $89.82, and$89.84 for the product. I did receive the product so I don't think I can dispute them.I really need to make sure that there are no more charges on my card. I wish I had looked them up, I would never have ordered.

The company stated that that would refund my "purchases" for $89.82,and $89.84 I will withhold judgement until I verify this.I actually cancelled my card to make sure that there were no further charges. They say that they explain on website about trial periods etc. THEY DO NOT, as this was something I specifically looked for.It is unfortunate that the company cannot be shut down for bad business practices, I am a senior with not a lot of money to spend so this really messed up my finances. I hope others with this problem,I'm sure there are more, will be able to resolve these issues.

I tried there free trial. now they are sending more every month at $178. I can't contact them to tell them to stop.

They said my trial period was over and that I did not cancel it. Charged my card $89.84 and $89.42
I ordered the new leaf natural product New Leaf premium CBD Capsules and the CBD Oil from New Leaf Naturals 1802 N. Howard Ave 4578 in Tampa Florida 33607. When I got the order I was charged around $13.00, I thought that was the amount, but I was wrong. I called and complained and they said that my trial period was over and that I did not cancel so they took out $89.84 and $89.42 from my credit card. They said that they will cancel any and all request and that I will receive an E-mail to that effect.

I would like for a refund and no more money taken out of my account.

When I placed my ordered I understood that the $6.84 $6.82 was for the product. I would like to thank You for the refund. I have not used the product and I will return it if you request. It would be helpful if that info was listed early on the order page. Thank You

Ripped off again. Lied about being connected with Dr. Phil and Dr. Oz. Didn't reveal additional charges would be pending. Hard to contact. I wish that I could give them a negative review number of stars.

Zero stars if it was there. Total screwing. Purchased the original deal they had advertised and they when from $30.00 ish to near $190.00. I called them and supposed to get $60.00 and $160.00 credit. Not holding my breath on the credit. They also put me on a monthly plan what wasn't OK'd by me. CAUTION. Do not fall into this SCAMMER.

I signed up for the one time promotional discount for the CBD products. I have been charged $200 each month for auto-ship that I never approved of!
In October, I can't find the exact date, I had signed up for the one time promotional deal of paying $1 for their CBD capsules and oil with free shipping. I did not agree for an auto-ship deal in any way. On 11/29 I got two seperate charges from "SCOREHEALTHRENEWALPLUS" for $89.84 each. On 12/30 I got the same two amounts taken out of my account under the same name. It took me forever to realize who that was taking my money out. I used my debit card for the initial $1 promotional deal but I did not sign up for anything more than that one time. If I thought it was good enough, I would buy more myself! This is absolutely insane. I deserve that $359.36 back into my account where it should be. I didn't authorize anybody to auto-draft from my account. I will GLADLY send back the product if they want it. I just want what is fairly mine, a refund. Thank you.

ordered two trial products on line one for $6.82 and another for 6.84. Being billed$ 179.00 a month for three months. Unopened, dont want SCAM !!!!!
I ordered this as a trial one time offer of 6.82 for each one and There was no mention of a monthly charge or program to cancel. They owe me $538.98 for 2 unopened packages that I will gladly return. I tried calling them twice and I get the old runaround that all our associates are busy please hold. I was on hold today for 35 minutes. Enough already!!!!!!
I am on a fixed income and cannot afford to just throw this away. Will definitly be more cautious in the future.

They only gave me credit for January billing which I have not received the product yet!!!!!!
I still have 2 unopened boxes that I want returned!!!! Each box is worth $179.66 for a total of $359.32

They have taken $535.68 out of my bank account.
They have refunded me $357.12.
I have sent the boxes back and have the tracking information that they have received them.
They still owe me $178.56.

False advertising. I responded to an add for a free sample and was billed $89.84 for the product
I responded to an advertisement offering a free sample of CBD Oil, paying only for shipping and handling (advertised at $4.00). The order was placed on or about December 15, 2019, no order number given. Upon reviewing my bank statement on Sunday, January 5, 2020, I noticed a charge of $89.84 from Easy Care Healthy Oil and subsequently determined that this was New Leaf Naturals (distribution center in Tampa, Florida). In speaking with that company I was advised that their advertisement required that I call within seven days or I would be charged the full amount for the product, plus be placed on a monthly distribution. The advertisement did not mention either of these matters. To my mind this is a clear case of misleading, if not false advertising. The company has offered to refund a portion ($70) of the billing amount and remove me from the distribution list. Whether or not this happens remains to be seen.

I ordered CBD oil trial pills trial showing Martha Stewart/Snoop Dogg. I sent an email after my purchase and invalid. Phone number- auto hang up!
I got an ad online that I can't find now! It featured Martha Stewart and Snoop Dogg selling a sample of CBD oil and CBD pills.

I purchased each at around six dollars and then I tried to send an email to ask about their laboratory was it in house or out of house that check for purity and strength.

The email would not go through. I then tried the customer service number which said all people were busy and I waited and the call automatically hung up on me.

I knew then I had been scammed and waiting for a return call from my bank to cancel the debit charge that has not yet been processed.

I hope that this can be done instantly even though the charge has not gone through. I thought I was a smart consumer but I really fell for this one.

I refund to the debit card I have with ***. I don't think that will happen so I am waiting for a return call from their customer service unit to terminate those charges that have not gone through yet. I made the transaction maybe 20 minutes ago.

Forced to order additional product
After waiting 45 minutes for a customer support rep I was told that it was a 14 day trial and @ $89.82 each and I would be billed the full price for each product.

It is important to note that I never wanted the Detox product it was automatically ordered when I placed the trial order for the Keto product. There was no viable way to contact them to cancel either product.

After a polite discussion; they refunded $60 each..Neither product worked. That left me being charged $30 each for two useless products.

I would like a full refund.

First of all, I did not know about any 14 day trial. I ordered 2 bottles of the CBD oil which were supposed to be free, but you had to pay shipping. Then on December 17,2020 I got my "supposedly" free bottles. Today I was charged $89.82 on my credit card. When I originally went on the website there was NO MENTION of any 14 day trial. This company needs to be investigated for their fraudulent practices. I'm a retired person who has a limited budget. I can't afford this scam.

Initially, I ordered this product and received it. I received a second shipment, and called to cancel it, and just received a 3rd shipment.
I initially ordered this product in October. I received it and tried it, but was not happy with it. In November, I received a second shipment. Shortly after, I called and cancelled the order. This was several weeks ago. On saturday, I received a third shipment. This after I spoke with somebody to cancel several weeks ago.

I wish to be reimbursed for the second (and third) shipments, and no further shipments to be sent to me.

As previously stated, I called on 12/17/19 and spoke to Divine to cancel the order. This should have been cancelled then.

The product was offered free , it is not free and this is scaming people.
I ordered a free sample of New Leaf Natural on 11-25-2019, shipping was $6.84 and $6.82, on 12-11-2019 they deducted $89.82 from my checking account. The next day I called and was on phone for 45 minutes trying to talk to a rep, I asked to speak to some one that spoke english and never did get to, this is a scam and I am on a fixed income and I really need to get my $89.82 back. Any thing you can do will be greatly apprecated.
