I'm having problems getting a refund for products I not only did not order, but, never received.
I am an 81 year old, very recent, widow. I ordered a promotional product online and was charged much more than advertised for it. Then, even though I did not ask to continue receiving anymore, I was charged $179.66 for three more months and never received anything. If I had received the product a second time, I would have returned it and cancelled with them. However, I have called all three numbers provided, through the bank and online and, one number is a "third party" that wouldn't even reveal the name of the company they represent. The next number was from online and it was the number to NuLeaf Naturals (not this New Leaf Naturals) and they immediately said that they were receiving hundreds of calls about this fraudulent company and they were in the process of a lawsuit against them. Then, they gave me, what they thought was the actual New Leaf Naturals phone number, and it went straight to the "third party" people. You cannot even reach this New Leaf Naturals company as they are using another company's number and then have the "third party" people who do absolutely nothing. They said I should have returned the things and cancelled, but, that's impossible when you're not receiving anything to return or call and cancel. They are going by another name, as well, when charging people, and that is EVERLASTNUTRAOIL, per my bank, and that "company" cannot even be found online anywhere.

Desired Outcome

I am asking for the money back that I was charged, for each month, after the first, one time order. I never received the continuing product and never gave my permission for any other order. You cannot return a product you never received or call and cancel when you have nothing being sent to you to make you aware of what's going on.

I cannot return or cancel something I never received. I got the December package Dec. 30, refused and returned Dec. 31 as I would have done had I received anything, other than initial order, in Oct. Or Nov.
Once again CANNOT RETURN OR CANCEL WHAT WAS NOT RECEIVED!!!!!

I ordered the trial product only to find additional charges on my credit card. When I called the company to inquire, they told me that it was clearly stated that if I kept the 15 day trial product, they would bill me for a 30 day supply. What sense does that make? I didn't receive a 3 day supply. Nor did I ever see any documentation about additional charges. When I told him this must be a scam, he hung up on me. I should have ckd on line before placing the order but I looked very carefully for anything that could get me into a subscription, and there was nothing. Should have known better.

Wish I could give it 0 stars! This is definitely a scam! I had the same problem as David D. They promised the trial size at a limited cost a little over $6 and I ended up getting a $89 charge! There was no information that said I had to cancel within a time limit. If it wasn't for my Capital One credit card I never would have noticed until the bill came. I had to cancel and then they tried to sell it to me for $20! I told them I wouldn't do that and they told me to send the unopen product back and they would remove the charge. I notified the credit card company. We'll see what happens.

I recived an unwanted charge for $89 dollars and my bank tells me its a reoccuring charge that I signed up for. which I did not.
I first purchased two bottles for around $6. Then I get a notification from my bank that a reoccuring charge of $89 will be charged to my account monthly. I do not want these oils nor the charge. Every contact my grandson and I have made has been meet with excuses and no solution. I have tried to stop payment from my bank however they say I have to talk to the company since it is reoccuring billing.

I am looking for a cancellation of the account and reoccuring billing. If possible a refund for products I did not order.

Complaint follows the same pattern as other complaints right down to the dollar and cents figures.

I conducted a transaction with New Leaf on 20 October 2019 with the tracking number of ***. Order summary as follows.

Desired Outcome

Requesting all additional charges above the 13.66 be refunded and since I am unable to send the bottles back I would consider that the initial debit of 89.84 in Nov to be a loss as I have only just contacted the company telling them to stop sending and requesting they refund the extra debits.

I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT (PREMIUM CBD OIL DROPS 300MG) AND STARTED USING IT. I HAD A BREATHING AND CHOKING PROBLEM.

This is a fraudilant company that puts you on a monthly RIP OFF PLAN!! Dont use this product!! I lost $180 in 2 months and they won't accept returns or credit my account.

Bait and switch technique!! They say all you have to do is pay for shipping!! Then you notice that they have you billed for a bottle of pills along with the oil!! You think that's not bad for both products,just a shipping and handling charge!! Then you get billed for $90 dollars!!!!!!! When you call these ss they say you didn't read the fine print!!!! They were going to charge me $180 for both products, but since it was a promotional deal I was only going to get charged $90 dollars!!!! The second person said since it was past the 14 days that you have to return the product you liked the product!! The person on the phone said I could only get back $40 dollars of the$90 that they billed me !!! That she said would take 3 to 5 days!!!! When I looked them up on line,the spelling on my bottle was different from what I looked up!!! Nu leaf naturals,the one I looked ,is a reputable business!! The one I ordered from was spelled "NEW LEAF NATURALS"! These people are a rip off, and they need to be investigated!!!!!!

I ordered CBD oil and I did not like it so I did not use it this was about a month ago and they sent me another order and charged me today I did not order anymore they took it upon their self to send the product to me and bill me I am not happy with this at all .

Same as other reviews, there is no information when you are ordering what you think is a free sample. Then you find charges because you need to pay for the products. No where does it say in 7 days you will be charged. No email to tell you they are going to charge you. And because you open the product you can't get full refund. Complete scam! And when you call, they are completely unapologetic to what they have done! Totally disreputable Company. Then need to be shut down!

False advertising, bad business practice.
I saw their ad online about free sample OF CBD oil and capsules product to which it says I pay only shipping.... free sample it says. But few days after receiving product, my debit card was charged $89.Ã?Ã? . I've read about other people's complaint and found the same issue. I've been billed for a different product called feel great nutra renewal.....obviously not cbd oil as sublingual to take and capsules. That whatever company it is, is no more than a crooked one. Beware people.

My 4th bottle has no CBD in it oil only.
I subscribed for the free product. It helped me. When I got my second delivery I felt the price was more than I was willing to pay so called to cancel subscription. Customer service dropped the price from $90. to $20. If I would continue with the subscription. I agreed. Last month the product was fine. This month it is a clear oil no CBD. It no longer is helping me. After several failed attempts of trying to get a hold of customer service I figured it must be a scam.

Apparently needed to call within 15 days of would get billed full price which was never disclosed and very overpriced.Very misleading.

What a bunch of ***! When I received this box there was no instructions on returns or a contract of any sort. I only found the phone number here in this website, the one on my bank statement didn't work. The call center does not know who they are working for since it's a third party, they told me I could get a $10 refund st first and I said NO try again. I also told them I would send it all back, it taste like rancid vegetable oil and they can not take it, now in the trash! after another hold I was told by Ella she will cancel and refund the full amount.
Product I give a negative 10 to but Ella in customer service was very nice.

New leaf naturals put online a big ad of free CBD oil and capsules I signed up for free offer and now am getting charged.
I read an extensive ad about this New Leaf Naturals CBD oil and capsules saying this was a free offer and signed up and now I have gotten 2 credit card charges of 89.84 and 89.82 that I did not authorize. I have unopened bottles I do not want. I was of thinking it was to be a free sample.
