Dear Sirs, I have made payments for Pokemon Go under this email account [redacted] via Apple Store and now I cannot access the game and no reason was given to meI would like to request for a refund from this company as it makes no sense to pay for something that cannot be used

I am unable to delete my Pokemon Go accountI requested deletion of my Pokemon Go account on 7/11/I re-requested again on 8/4, 9/and 9/My account is still not deletedThe support system for deleting account has not completed my requestI do not wish for Pokemon Go to have the rights to my information, as stated in their EULATherefore, I wish my account to be deleted, information removed and privacy rights restoredAfter multiple attempts, the support system has failed to do soI am unable to get a response from the company other than the automated reply

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I need a real-time conversation to help with my issue, and their response was merely another email again referring me to the stock troubleshooting page, which is of no helpThey also again referred me to Pokemon company customer support, which is also email support, and I still have gotten no response from them regarding my initial email from over a week agoThis business needs a legitimate customer support line, or at least email support that doesn't just keep spitting out the same stock response, referring customers to the same troubleshooting page, which doesn't help with my issue Sincerely, [redacted]

This gaming company continues to make their product more and more un-enjoyableI am referring to the developer's game [redacted] **Since the release of the game the company offered little communication to address the many problems players were experiencingThey continually ignored complaints and offered little reassurance as to when the problems would be fixed or what was being done to fix said problemsThird party developers offered solutions to the problems this company failed to address and these third party companies were shut down because they were violating the terms of service agreementSo in the current state of the game it is nearly unplayable and no where close to enjoyableNiantic fails to service the public in a respectful manner and has offered no reparations to those who have spent hard earned money on their game

I made $in in-app purchases on Niantic's game, Pokemon GoDue to the rampant and unacceptable cheating and lack of communication by the company I requested a refundAfter a long wait, they denied the refundFineSome time later they banned my account which is unbelievebaleNiantic has repeatedly refused to address the community regarding cheating or really anything (other than delays)It has also held an extremely dishonest position, stealing from users around the world by repeatedly changing their game(making it much harder and slower to play the game)They have made promises of features which have never been implemented into the game

I have tried to contact Niantic about issues in their game, "Pokemon Go" multiple timesEach time, I used their online Formular, and recieved an automated message about them "recieving" the complaintEach time, nothing came of itI tried to email them directly, and recieved an automated email, which stated I had sent an email to an unmonitored inbox, in which, I was told to reply to to give further Information on my issues, when availableI tried to even call their telephone number, and was told it was not in ServiceI asked multiple times after the first complaint for a Response, just stating that someone read my complaints, all of which were ignoredThese issues are related to breach of their Terms of Services from other users, which requires another user to ReportOther customers in the Areas have issued the same complaints, and had zero ResponseThere seems to be no way to contact Niantic when there are Problems or emergencies, like harassment of underaged Players

Pokemon Go sometimes does not give me coins when it shouldI use a lot of personal money, time and resources to receive what I am obligatedIt is not just me with the problemOther people with different devices have the same problemI strongly believe the problem is known but nothing is done about it for greed and profit reasons because these coins are worth a lot of money

The customer service workers are nothing but robotsThey do not read the emails sent to them requesting help with the game, all they do is quote parts of their Terms and Agreements and ignore any questions asked of themI have been "soft banned" in the game, meaning that I do not have access to the full game that I have spent a fair some of money on and do enjoy playing a great dealHowever, over the past few weeks I have been accused of cheating when I have not beenAnother possibility is someone is trying to hack accounts for information, or the very extension product that they sell from the app could be triggering the warningThe company is refusing to discus why I was banned or explore any other optionI have been ignored and quoted to fro the better part of three weeks without an change in their service

Their game had so much potential, however the company has zero customer supportNiantic also never once tried to communicate with their "fan-base." The buggy mess of a game appears to be a selfish money grab by a incompetent companyIf you don't like the freemium game model, do not put money towards this gameI repeat, DO NOT PUT MONEY TOWARDS THIS GAME

We contacted Niantic Labs customer service in regards to having issue with there application and being disconnected when trying to access the game we where no longer able to logonSupport informed us that we did an infringement against there gaming policy just by getting a network error? I asked no other responses where sent from there teamI asked then if they could not back up info on how we went against there policy that they could also reimburse me for the $of app products I purchased plus the corporate addressNo response was made at all from there team which so I assume they felt without further research for there product miss fault that we some how broke there rules but also can take my money and not refund it back, nor give info that was requested from a customer

Months ago Niantic released a statement that they were updating their EX Raid pass logistics to specifically target trainers who have never had a chance to have oneThey laid out the requirements That were supposed to make it easier to achieve finding the ex passes for the trainers as wellHowever most of it was a ploy just to get you to buy more passes for raids which would not have been a problem had it actually workedHowever since the update I have watched the same people getting more raid passes while I do the same raids at the same time as them and get skippedI have tried sending them communications about the concerns however all they do is brush it off with generic messages and tell me to keep tryingThere is no number or live person to speak with which is a red flag to me because I do not understand why I can not speak with anyone and they tell me they can not correct the fact I nor others I am close with get these passes even though we did EVERYTHING that was instructed

The Indian-based email “support” refuses to say how long I am being “shadow-banned” for without providing proof and not telling me how long it will be until the punishment endsI have already been told to continue to play legitimately (which I always have!), and now the support email is refusing to reply to any of my requests at allI do NOT want to hear “continue to play normally and it will return to normal” because it’s been days, and IT HASN’T

I'm a business man of companies and lately my wife got me into this Pokemon GoSo we played together and she insisted to travel to SingaporeWe are living in MalaysiaSo we went Singapore and stayed at the Universal Stupid HotelAs we were told for the many PokeStop and Spawns thereSo I purchased Lure to help my wife with catches and instead we were BANNED for leaving Malaysia and go to SingaporeIf no one is able to leave the country to catch the least you can give is a warning instead of BANNING peopleThis business doesn't even reply their customers support email or answer their U.S customer support numberDue to all the stress I had to go through me and my wife have decided we should just stop playing this game due to my high blood pressure issuesI find it totally ridiculous for banning people when a company created a game which require people to travel around to catch rare monstersIf a paying customer has to value or respect then it is better we leave

This company designed a mobile game app called "Pokemon Go"I downloaded the game on my iphoneI started the game and enjoyed it a lotThe game was then hit with a lot of bugs and problemsVarious issues causing the game to decrease my ability to play the gameI dealt with these issues and continued playThe game requires to move around your town and area to find different pokemon characters in different locationsI spent 4-hours a day driving to different parts of town, I'd use a full tank of gas in two daysI'd walk countless miles trying to hatch in game "eggs" that produced pokemonThey even have an in game store that you can purchase virtual items for real currencyI purchased roughly $worth of itemsI put a lot of time, effort, money from purchases and from refilling my gas tank every other dayTo play this game and try and enjoy itI'd go out with friends and their children and play with the kidsThe game not without it's abundant in game problems was fun to p

Niantic has a support site where you can file a complaint regarding an issue with your account or if you find another player breaking their Terms of Service and cheating at their gameAfter month of reaching out to support regarding a player that is breaking the Terms of Service and is cheating at their game their support team has done nothing to remedy the issueTheir support team does not handle issues in a timely manner and it affects the quality of the game for other playersThey have someone breaking their Terms of Service and they are simply not handling their product the way they should

Account with the game pokemon go was deleted by niantic and banned without prior notification or justification as to whyIn game purchases were made in this game since it's release and emails to niantic have gone unanswered and refunds of money spent is wanted due to the unlawful deletion of my account associate with their game
