My Pokémon Go account was recently suspended and I am not sure whyNiantic customer support has been very little help and has actually caused me much more confusionOne response I received said I was suspended for daysWhen I asked for more information I was informed I was suspended for daysWhen I asked whether it is days or days I was told, “We are committed to our efforts against cheating to ensure that Pokémon GO is fair for all playersI’m sorry to say we can’t offer any additional information related to thisYou are welcome to return to the game once your ban is liftedAgain, we appreciate your patience and understanding.” I believe a human has not read my enquirers because I cannot imagine a human not being able to have the decency to answer that last questionAs you can imagine, I currently do not feel like I can trust Niantic and I don’t know whether I will continue using their apps after the suspension is liftedI have recently spent $on in-app purchas

The popular game by Niantic, Pokémon go was released and hit the ground runningEveryone was out and about playing this game and we heard nothing but great reviewsAs time goes on, the changes to this game have forced people to stop playingIt's as if they dangled this great game in front of our faces, and then slowly started taking away some of the features that made this game funBecause of these changes, the game appeal has decreased tremendously and now we hear nothing but negative reviewsWe have lost the ability to track Pokémon completelyWith this feature down, several people put up very helpful scanning and tracking sites which quickly got shut down by NianticPromises to fix this "bug" have kept us hopeful, but we haven't seen any changes in the tracking featureWe just keep seeing helpful tracking websites get shut downOne in particular, who promised to shut down their site as soon as Niantic fixed the tracking issueGyms- the only feature in the game that allows us to collect coins and "buy" special items in the shopCompletely ruinedGyms are now easily taken down and impossible to build upHigh level gyms I suppose "intimidate" other players who may not be high level and able to fightHowever, there are so many social media groups that have united teams and allow for team meet ups and team playingTHIS IS GREAT! It is a great way to meet new people, bring people together and play togetherNow, with the new gym updates, there is no point to meet with people and playOne can take a level gym down by themselves easily, and stick a Pokémon in real quickNo use taking an hour and a half fighting it up to level because someone can take it down in minutesThis has made most players give up gyms completely which is essentially half of the game's purposeSo to review, at this point we are walking around aimlessly looking for a Pokémon that we MIGHT find and not battling gyms because there is no pointCan anyone tell me why I am still playing this game? Game worked fine but now it wont let me sign in I have spent alot of money on the game and countless hour playing and you have now destroyed access to my account I am not happy about this

Niantic, Increleased a game called pokemon goWhen it released, my phone was fully supportedNo major changes have been made to my phone since releaseAfter I spent money and time on the product, they decided they would no longer support my device as configuredI can no longer access any of the in-game currency I purchased or enjoy anything I obtained by spending this in-game currencyWhen I attempted to request a refund, Niantic suggested that I make a substantial change to my mobile phone operating system that is not necessary and I refused

After repeated attempts to contact the company, I have received responsesI was incorrectly banned from their service, losing money and timeI demand I receive compensation

Niantic is the company associated with Pokémon goEvery month there are community days where we can encounter a shiny form of a Pokémon and the event is from 2-5pm on a certain dayWell September’s community day I had a shiny chikorita on my screen at 4:when I took the screen shot on my phone the time had changed to 4:and when I caught the Pokémon it had just turned and the Pokémon that was once shiny turned regular.I sent several emails back and forth with niantic based on these issues and was bounced around to multiple people all telling me the same thing they are sorry and blah blah and the one gave me two items to my account to “make up for it” it’s ridiculous I have half a mind to sue for misrepresentation! After the last person I talked to also told me they cannot change the status of my chikorita from regular to shiny, even tho I have photos to prove that I wasn’t pulling there leg, I asked what can be changed and how will it be different for future since it was bull t

Pokémon Go currently has exclusive raids for the opportunity to catch the strongest character in the gameNiantic has allowed the same select group of people to get multiple passes for exclusive raids and has left most of their community without even a chance even though we have been doing the same things as the privileged few that get passesThis is unacceptable as it disrupts game balanceNiantic was also extremely dishonest when they announced the qualifications to get an exclusive raid passThey indicated that you had to raid at as many places as possible causing a lot of players to spend money on regular raid passes when they have no shot at getting an exclusive pass and niantic knew that they were not launching for the entire communityThey need to refund players for all of the raid passes purchased under the pretense of being able to get an exclusive raid pass

I am very dissatisfied with the services Niantic has to offer for their game “POKÉMON GO.” When an error occurs in the game that has something to do with the loss of items or failure to collect raid bonuses, the support page offers no means to contact a support representativeI fully believe that the company has failed me as a player and a customer in that regardI would like to see a change, so that others such as myself, do not have to suffer this injusticeIt is criminal to allow a business to collect money from players and offer no assistance when the game robs them of the purchased items due to Errors Codes beyond their control

I had a Pokémon go account with this companyI started the game days after it first came out and have been playing it ever sinceWhen I started the game there were very few ways to sign up for an account, the only one of which I had available to me at the time was to sign up with a google emailNow there are many ways to get an accountI used a email account I had through my job at the timeA job that I have long ago leftThey very recently closed my company email and now I can no longer log in to my gameI have contacted their customer service and was told that they could not do anything to help me and could not attach my account to any other email or way to log in and that if I wanted to continue to play I should start a new accountI had put a lot of time and effort into my game play, as well as a lot of moneyI do not think it fair that they have no other means of accessing the account than what the user can do

Lets start by explaining the level of experience I have in the gaming world: I have been a hardcore gamer all my life (32yrs), and Ive been successful in several games on a global scale I was part of the best [redacted] team in the World for over half a decade, placed top [redacted] events, and have reached top percentages for a multitude of other games [redacted] ***) I have been sponsored by ***, and been on display in every [redacted] I'm saying all of this so you understand I'm not some random gamer who is just mad the game doesn't workI am someone who has been around the block, seen their fair share of games, and know a quality product when I see one Now, lets get down to it I started playing [redacted] the day it was released in North America (July 7th) Im sure Niantic did not remotely understand the onslaught that was coming at the time, but that did not turn out to be the problem The problem has been their inability to communicate and/or respond to any of the issues they are facing, especially with their customers Over the course of the first week, servers were constantly unstable/down While this is absolutely understandable due to the sheer volume of people wanting to play the game, it made it no less annoying to the actual gamer trying to play their game Now I have dealt with server instability before, and its nothing new for someone trying to rush and play the game as much as possible during a launch The problem therein lies with Niantic's inability to provide the consumer with support and/or compensation for EXTREME amounts of downtime In [redacted] **, you can buy consumables to help you find more [redacted] and gain more experience I was buying these often during the first week, only to have the servers crash or lag to the point of being unplayable, thus simply wasting my money I would have been much more 'okay' with this if there had been compensation provided as a result of dealing w/ such a troublesome phaseThis continued for the entire week, and I never heard back from my requests to get a refund (full, partial, or even store credit) There is no phone number you can call, nor online support that will respond I ended up going through [redacted] support THREE weeks after, and my issues were resolved in less than minutes I ended up being one of the first people to reach level in the entire World I posted my feedback and impressions with the game on the [redacted] Go subreddit, and it reached the front page within hours It was posted and referenced on notable sites like [redacted] and [redacted] , as well as several other pages I also made other posts that have detailed several other areas where the game is heavily lacking Now while I dont expect Niantic to respond to me, obviously, that doesn't mean they shouldn't respond to anyone They have had next to zero transparency in regards to the issues being faced, and their support is non existent I don't expect Niantic to be perfect, but I do expect communication They the worst customer support I have ever experienced in my gaming careerCombine this with their untimely responses to issues faced by their game, and thats why I'm here submitting a report Hopefully someone reads this and realizes that Niantic needs to step up their game, substantially My contact information is tied to this submission, but you can also reach me on [redacted] Please, don't hesitate to send me any questions or concerns related to this article Thank you [redacted]

I have been what is called in the community "shadow banned" and Niantic says it is for a violation of the agreed termsThis has been going of for days and others in the community lost the ban after daysI have had repeated issues with the game which I have spent hundreds of dollars on and never been compensatedI have asked for the issues to be resolved and have pictures as well and shortly after I was shadow bannedNow I have sent around emails to no avail as many different people have replied to the email with a cut and paste answer that says they cannot help and are not allowed to discuss this at all and they overall literally just ignore the questions I askI believe they have violated privacy policy with me and apple as well as they said they can see some sort of app on my phoneI have not cheated on this game and wish for the ban to be lifted and some sort of compensation for the issues prior and now these

Since the new update on July 31st the game is probably deadThe tracking tool to find new [redacted] never worked anyway and if that wasn't enough, they shut down a 3rd party service which compensated that in-app failureI have no further intentions to play this game any longerThey did not even talk once to their community

They removed key features from their product after I had made my purchase Absolutely sm company Do not do business with them
