I travel frequently and I play Pokemon GoI have visited countries since the release of the game and have collected Pokemon from many countriesI recently purchased $in game products on Pokemon GoSoon after the purchase, they cancelled my accountI have significant in game currency left unspentAs far as I am aware, I have not violated the TOS (which is their claim)95% of the Pokemon I have caught are within miles of my home and the rest are all from trips that I tookI have the passport stamps and travel records to confirm the travelI only have one account (which is required by the TOS) which is installed on personal devices (because it drains the battery quickly)

about weeks ago I was playing the game and had issues with it freezing and wasting not only my time (you must walk to play the game) but items I had purchased with my own money (add on items available thru their in game store) I lost revives, super potions, potions, lucky egg, and raid passI want them either returned to me or my money back for everything I've bought that is useless thanks to the games issues in parks

My complaint is in regards to the mobile app, Pokemon GoI have been daily player of this game since I started playing 7/8/Myself and my boyfriend spend a lot of time and money on the gameOn 3/31, I received a pop up message when I logged into the game that told me that they have detected activity on my account that suggests that I or someone else is using modified client software or unauthorized third-party software that accesses Pokemon Go in violation of the terms of serviceEvery time I start the game, I get this pop upI contacted Niantic via email several times asking what this was for because my account is now "Shadow Banned" which means that I cannot play the game how it should be playedNiantic support is refusing to supply an answer to me on what exactly caused my account to be banned and refused to tell me how long it will be bannedTheir responses are very vague and genericI feel like this is some kind of mistake and since I put a lot of money into this game, I

Niantic Severs were terribleI purchase lucky eggs (a in game purchase) and most of the time the app shut down when I use oneEach lucky egg last mins and the sever are shut down using one right before the severs a about to randomly shut sucks

Hello, I have escalated this login issue to the B.B.Bas I am a paying customer and found no resolution through Niantic’s support, neither did they contact me by phone or email in reference to my account not being able to sign inNot only am I a customer but, a big fan of Niantic’s New Game “Pokemon GO”When I tried to login August 12, 2016, I received the following error: “Failed to get game data from the server.” I have not broken any rules and as I am not currently working I have logged many hours into their gameAt first I thought this must have been some sort of error or fluke, as their servers have been prone to crashingBut then day went by of me not being able to login whatsoever and that is when I contacted their support teamFour days has passed since my support ticket with no contact or even one customer support rep checking my ticketMy account name is SyntherosX I expect to have this login issue rectified – Thank you in advance

I have emailed Niantic labs for the better part of 4 months now regarding my termination of Pokémon go they say I either cheated or used another software. Anytime I send them proof I just received my email back after it was hacked they ignored it even though I spent nearly 500 in real currency to play. I use to enjoy Pokemon Go but have decided no more I enjoyed the hours of fun but I'm quitting I played heavily in 2015/for a year and found my account some how became light banned for heavy playing and grinding When I was playing by the rules and never exploited the game Some how my account got lightly banned for heavy grinding and playing heavy Not my fault I work right under a pokestop with excellent spawns I went to the park every day for a couple hours How am I cheating when I am playing legally by the rules? I quit playing for a year once I couldn't even get poke balls from pokestops and the capture rate was low I resumed to find out much has changed and thought they had fixed some of the glitches Alas noThey have been rolling out the Poxedex so slowly that it's been a slow grinding process of waiting They don't keep consistent with the show and jump the different regions out as they feel like it Apparently we get an ice Vulpix before we get a Leafeon There will be at least characters I'll never be able to capture because they exist only on foreign serversAnd some characters are strictly limited to climate regions thus making it difficult to get to them I'm a home body and traveling to these areas is a major event in my life if at allRares such as legendary use to be exciting to get Due to the fact the math percentage of actually getting one as low After all that grinding to get just one I'm finding out now they're just handing the creature out like candy It sort of defeats the purposeHow on earth are people getting shinnies? When I play, I play heavy still within the rules I have grinded for hours on end and have never run into a wild spawning shiny I've only seen shinnies on two separate occasions: event days and by completing the field research questsThe game has speed limit rules in it to keep from getting another lawsuit from a driver playing while driving This is bull for the 95% of us who are actually passengers We can't get items from pokestops, nor capture creatures after a while Once we start getting the message "are you a passenger" you have to restart the game as it begins to crash the game I've given up playing as a passenger or while being inside of anything above mphThe game gps is not terribly accurate Yet when you go to Google Maps it places you exactly spot on The game gps bounces around so much it's becoming unstable to play indoors I use to enjoy playing at the mall but quickly quit due to the fact the gps kept bouncing around and thought I was a passenger Then the speed limit rules kept kicking in and forced crashed the gameDaily limit on coins and stardust? Seriously? You use to be able to max out about coins and 5,star dust They reduced it to coins at best per day if you can hold a gym for hours You get the most coins at your first gym The second gym 1-at best regardless of how long it's held for The third gym or more = coins Once my account finally got high enough to hold a gym I became excided but found collecting the coins disappointing as they limit them now Until recently you use to be able to get 5,star dust per day and recently you're lucky if you can even get 3,star dust per day Thus placing a level cap on maxing out your charactersWhen Pokemon Go released bi/tri monthly even days I use to enjoy walks at parks Pokemon Go has horded parks with players to the point of destroying the purpose of a park Hordes of people on their phones for up to hours glued to their phone slowly shuffling through the park forgetting the trial right of way rulesForced updates at no notice with you getting kicked out of the game This is a bit annoying and has forbid me a rare capture or two There was a time when I had to return to a wifi zone (i.ereturn home, download update, then return) then resume playing This was a bit annoying as all too often I would arrive at destination, start walking, be in the middle of a walk or off on vacation or just leave on vacation Then a mandatory update would happen I do appreciate that we no longer have to download every update A warning would be nice before we get kicked out of the game or redirected to the app store and told update requiredI did enjoy my endless grinding of fun but I shall alas say Good By Pokemon Go and hello to reality again Thank you for the endless hours of fun though

Company produces mobile applications, but does not seem to provide support or assistance Had issues with in game purchases, ignored by the company, no response received Made purchases based on game marketing only to find out the game would be changed after purchases were made, between server instability and buggy software, everyone should probably be requesting refunds Based on the complete silence from Niantic, it feels like they don't care in the slightest
