Company offers a three strike rule before your account can be banned on their website......My account was banned after only strike, so I asked for my money back that I've given them and they refuse to honor the three strike rule or a refundI will not be playing their games any longerIt was very difficult to find their customer supper email but I was able to find it so people can email this address [redacted]   Bad company, bad customer support, bad communication, I wish I could leave ZERO stars

Good Morning, I've been playing the game "Pokemon Go" on my phone, from the app store, since the release of the game almost years agoI recently purchased an item from Niantic (the creators of Pokemon GO) called the Pokemon Go PlusThis item allows the trainer, or player, to catch pokemon much easierThe item did not work, so I returned it and got anotherOnce again, this item did not work, so I returned it a second timeThe third time the item did not work again, so I tried on another phone and it didn't work there eitherThe item will recognize the creatures (pokemon) on the game, but not catch them, like it is supposed to doFinally, I reached out to niantic on their website twiceBoth twice I was given an automated email that says something to the effect that it will not be solved and to look up the "frequently asked questions"I was since told the the most recent update to their game has caused these items to quit working properlyPlease assist meThank you!

Niantic ignores customer complaints and refuses to address the public with product related issues. Currently thousands and thousands of Android phone users (Including myself) have been unable to access their "Pokemon go" app for over 10 days due to a flawed update. This might sound trivial, but the truth is a majority of us pay to enjoy this product, and when a service abruptly ends or cuts off, a company should be held to task to inform or help it's affected user base with these issues. I understand that purchases made within the app are optional, but my hope is Niantic may face a lawsuit at some point in regards to this. You can't morally launch a product, collect money, then drop all support. The error message encountered "Failed to get game data from server" when attempting to launch is not detailed on the companies support page, and email support did not reply to or acknowledge this. This issue is ongoing as of 4/2/17 and more than 10 days prior.

My problem is that previously my account on Pokémon Go was bannedI had originally explained to Niantic customer support via email the situation and that it wasn’t cheating but they refused to listen, only quoting me blurbs which are found on their support pageIt’s essentially impossible to have a conversationAnd now their site says that they don’t have to tell you why they banned youAnyway, I requested a supervisor, Amy, who was useless and filed a prior Revdex.com report in which she stated she addressed my issue which was falseAfter that, they have ignored all my follow up emailsSo I contacted corporate and finally got through to someone named [redacted] who stated he would see what he can doFinally I was notified that my termination would be reduced to a suspension which I wanted from the beginningAnyway, I logged in on October 8th and it said I was now suspended and it should be lifted in approximately daysWhich I am ok withBut after the update about days ago it again s

I made a purchase for their online game for my daughterThe game was working for her prior to my purchaseAfter I spent the money they terminated her game accountThey took my money and now they won't allow her to play the game anymoreI have requested for a refund of my money without any resultsThis is bad business to take a consumers money then not give them the product or a refund They essentially ruined a game for my child

Used their product (Pokémongo) for a total monthsApplication stopped functioning in my townI informed the business of the issueI received a canned responseHave filed numerous complaints with no response over the course of the last monthsThe response I did get said that they were aware of the issue but did not have a time line to fix itI have invested over 6,hours in the app and it ceased to function as advertised by their app description of being able to "explore my town" because their data wrongfully labeled [redacted] as an airportI have spent 6,hours leveling up and am no longer able to use the app as advertised until they fix itI would like for them to simply correct the geographical data to accurately represent the city boundary of [redacted] and airport boundary correctly so that Pokemon will spawn within the city limits of [redacted] as they have up until they utilized data from [redacted] sometime around January 23rd

As I do sometimes I purchase in app coins to participate in a event they have from Time to timeThis weekend I spent some more money for this event and I find out that Saturday morning a lot of my 'pokeballs' and 'berries' are missing from the gameIn Niantics Pokemon game you purchase more space for Pokemon and items and I was very upset to say the least to find all of my items missingThe night before I went to sleep I turned off my phone, I approximately had over regular [redacted] great [redacted] and Ultra [redacted] I also had a bunch of berries about razzberries pineapps and nabnabs which are all gone as wellCustomer service replied to myself blaming me for the mishap and I was fully responsibleI googled to see if anyone else had my problem and there are many message boards with people like myself that Niantic refuses to help or credit backIt's a glitch in their app that they refuse to fixIt might also be a result of "being hacked" which they have no resolutions fo

Niantic’s Pokemon Go is having “server issues” right now- that is, on top of not responding to any customer complaints via email, Twitter, Facebook, even iTunes doesn’t understand what’s going on! Anytime someone leaves a negative review on Google, what does Niantic do? They DELETE them...like a restaurant with a score of a flipping it upside down to say We have all spent in-app purchases in USD and now iTunes cannot refund us and Niantic is hiding in its tailStand up and say what’s really going on instead of having iTunes have to be the mean guys denying the refunds! I didn't create a trainer account till I got my new phone so now it is making me start all over againThis is so frustrating! Company released the game with a tracking mechanic in place and which was the main draw of the game and resulted in several in-app purchasesThe tracking was such a large draw for me that I bought an external battery for my phone as to extend play time while out walkingHowever, shortly after release this feature was removed entirely which has likewise completely removed the only reason I played the game and which I had spent money on itWith such a drastic change in functionality the game went from something I would spend hours per day doing on walks to something I might run for a few minutes per night just to see if anything had changedDue to this core gameplay element, indeed the only reason I played or spent money, being removed by the developer with no warning or acceptable replacement I felt a refund on the recently spent money was an entirely fair request and as such submitted that to customer supportAfter patiently waiting for nearly months for a reply the request was

No matter how often you try and communicate with Nianic their responses are always quotes from their policies The company does not care if you have a problem or not

I have spent $on virtual coins for the iPhone application Pokemon Go but my app has stopped working and I cannot access my purchasesAfter contacting the company multiple times over a month ago they would not respondMy Pokemon Go application was and is still broken and I still can not access my virtual itemsRecently they responded to one of my messages telling me that my account is now terminatedThis message came over a month after it stopped workingI have asked multiple times for an explanation but the company will not respond to meWhen I try to log in on the application it simply says it failed to load data and does not currently say and has never said it was terminatedI have also asked multiple times for a refund (before recieving their termination message) and all of my messages have been completely ignored
