Javier was very helpful and pleasant He clearly explained what he was doing and he worked efficiently and quietly I received reminder calls both the day before and shortly before Javier's arrivalI cancelled my annual maintenance agreement only as a cost saver because we never use one of our fireplaces and seldom use the other Our cancellation is not a reflection on the quality of service or of their employees But their charge rates seem inordinately high and serve as a deterrent

I was very hard on Cyprus earlier, because of a faulty thermocouple in my fireplace However, I have to say that Eugene took care of the problem and left me happy with the service
I want to commend the work of technician, Mike S., on my gas fireplace maintenance service callHe arrived promptly, was professional throughout, and very neat He answered some questions I had about operating the unit and its remote He solved a problem with a simple tightening of a screw thereby avoiding one of my pet peeves which is trying to "up sell"for additional work I was very pleased with his service under my maintenance contract with Cyprus
