Our service technician, Ed M., was very professional and thoroughHe explained everything, answered all our questions, and addressed all of our concerns

CJ from Cyprus, Inc was dispatched to our home to service our fireplace Forty-five minutes prior to arrival I heard from the team informing me of CJ's approximate time of arrival He appeared on time, entered the home and immediately inserted a covering over his shoes He introduced himself, educated me on his assignment and proceeded to work quietly and efficiently CJ discussed the state of the fireplace and what was needed to effectively service it CJ placed a well insulated mat covering the work area and was extremely clean throughout the process The fireplace worked well as a result of his skill CJ discussed and recommended upgrades to the fireplace and provided information the family needs to make a decision about work in the future CJ was an outstanding representative of the company: courteous, knowledgeable, respectful, competent, deferential and skillful I trust his knowledge, insight and competence and will not hesitate to recommend this company and its team of professionals, led by CJ, to others

Late this afternoon, we had our pre-winter inspection by Sahdula Afrom Cyprus AirHe not only knew his business but he was personable in suggesting multiple ways for us to maintain our heating system and even improve it While he was inspecting, he shared exactly what he was doing and what he was finding (that is, what kind of shape each component was in) I plan to ask for him by name from now on

MrOrlando L with Cyprus Air installed the HVAC at my grandfathers house and did a wonderful jobHe explained everything that was needed and how long the install she takeThe price was reasonable and he made great recommendations for future services

CJ the technician was very professional in doing his work He was knowledgable about the work and got the job done quickly

Technician Mike S provided us with great service during the annual checkup of our gas fireplaceHe arrived on time, and remedied a potentially serious hazard We were very satisfied

Sahdula phoned prior to arrival, arrived early, as promised, and worked efficiently He checked every aspect of our gas fireplace system, asked about safety features including a carbon monoxide detector, and made comments and suggestions about other future improvements He was courteous and careful, leaving the fireplace clean, working perfectly, and without any trace of dust or debris on tyhe rug infron of the fireplace In short, he did an exemplary job and we will be happy to have him service the gas fireplace again next year

Cyprus Air is a pleasure to work with The technician arrived on time, and explained what he was going to do He protected my carpet with a cover and cleaned up after himself I have been please with the work both times I have used them

I am rejecting this response because:My name is *** *** ***; today's date is July 27, 2014 and I am rejecting the company response because there was an offer of $I told them all I had was $I did not make an offer and if I had to make an offer I would've told them zero is my offer that I would have not have to pay them anything so I did not come up with the $I told them that's all I hadAnd by the way no one told us that we needed a service plan every year and we don't have anything in writing saying thatAnd if you ask us for any of the receipts we have themEverything Cyprus gave us we kept and back to the dispute, a blower should not go out in a brand-new unit in two years and especially if it is not man era I feel that they should give us all the money back because if they would've told us this, we would've applied for the service plan, because we want the system to run for is long as it could

Raul and the other gentlemen from Cyprus are awesome they came in with smiles on their faces and ready to workThey cleaned up after themselves and letting me know how to work the system and what to do and if I had any problem just call the numberJust before they got ready to leave they went over the instructions one more timeSo I have the number and so far today is the first day we will seethank you

I was a customer for two years and have nothing but problems They fail to show up on time as scheduled Their phone system is horrendous They put you on hold and then you get cut off This happens regularly and even the operator of the company admitted to this problem They arrange to meet at my house from 3-7pm and show up at 7:pm even after they stated they would arrive between and pm The products they use for replacing parts are not trustworthy The part that was replaced lasted over years in my gas fireplace and the item they replaced it with lasted less than two years and they do not back up their products they sell to the customers

Cyprus customer service made feel I was in capable hands from my initial call to followup Their installers were prompt and very efficient in the installation of my systems

Kamran was the Cyprus Air technician who completed my annual fireplace maintenance earlier this week I found him to be thoroughly professional in appearance and demeanor, and very personableHe did a thorough inspection of my gas fireplace unit, to include an electrical inspection and thorough cleaning I was very pleased with him and the service he performed

Julian spent extra time explaining the service that he was going to perform and took the time to point out all the safety inspections he was performing throughout the serviceDuring the gas fireplace service, he explained how the gas fireplace works and how to make it work just in case the remote were to breakHe explained all the switches and knobs and the proper procedure to light the pilot incase it ever goes out

The service rep., Derrick Dfrom Cyprus Air was professional, personable and educationalAfter a previous unfavorable experience with Cyprus Air, I was plesantly surprised by Derrick and his knowledge and willingness to share information on the care of our gas log systemI would give the company a higher rating, but I am balancing this experience with the previous difficult time we experienced with them

The person who came to service my gas fireplace (Kamran) was very thorough, very polite and very professionalHe explained everything he was doing and answered any questionsHe was very careful to not make a mess and cleaned up thoroughly before he leftWe've used the fireplace several times already and he did a great job arranging the logs and adding embers
