The person who came to service my gas fireplace (Kamran) was very thorough, very polite and very professionalHe explained everything he was doing and answered any questionsHe was very careful to not make a mess and cleaned up thoroughly before he leftWe've used the fireplace several times already and he did a great job arranging the logs and adding embers
Excellent service CJ and Stephen completed full service on different gas fireplacesThey explained what they had done and what they found and made sound recommendation for extending the life of certain elements They presented themselves and their company well personally and professionally They left the areas clean and handled furniture and appointments carefully All much appreciated
Levi Cwas knowledgeable, professional, and courteous He diagnosed the problem with my AC quickly and explained it to me The company worked with me to figure out the lowest cost fix Levi returned the next day and made the repair in about an hour He showed me the part he had replaced and the section that was broken

Service call was for the annual maintenance of my gas fireplace and to replace defective logs under warrantyThere was a few hour difference between the scheduler (0800-hrs) and the call on the day of service (1000-hrs) causing me to almost miss an appointmentThat said, Levi was my technician - he was professional, explained everything he was going to do, was crazy neat, and he carried out his duties in a timely fashionThe fireplace is serviced, the logs look great, and this winter the fireplace will see extensive useGood job!
Today Mike S arrived to perform the annual 24pt safety inspection and cleaning Mike is very professional, taking the time to explain to me what he was doing and why The cleaning he performed was the best since I have owned the fire place Mike disassembled the entire system cleaned and reassembled correctly (past technicians did not know how to correctly construct the "Campfire" system When he was done the fireplace looked better than the day it was installed four years ago I will insist with Cyprus Air that Mike is the only one who I will allow to work on my system in the fuyture

Cyprus Air was very efficient and thorough They worked around unforeseen problems when they cropped up when replacing our HVAC system Workmen were quite professional and respectful of our house, removing shoes indoors, not damaging the garden when replacing the external unit, and cleaning up after themselves when installation was done While Cyprus wasn't the cheapest estimate we received, I believe they offered the best equipment for the price

They promised to come and fulfill their service contract for free, the appointment was between 8-12, they did not show up and did not call. Instead they called at 2pm, hours late after we had already left for other things we had to do, stated "oh so you dont need us anymore".I have filled their letter with red textPlease see attached.I have decided not to ever use their services
