I haven’t seen an email from Thomas but will check my voicemails or else just give Nordstrom a call to see if one of the replacements is still available and if not, use the refund provided to purchase a comparable set. The items included in this customer's return were missing proof of purchase, based on their research, our team issued refunds for the current selling price of each item. I am rejecting this response because:I have not received the credit from PayPal. In fact the debited amount shows as a charge on my checking account so until this has been credited I cannot agree.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:The clerical clerk from the merchant did not even have the integrity to write a name/contact information.  The clerical clerk that I sent an e-mail to at the merchant a week ago, never responded to my e-mail. The merchant committed a deceitful fraudulent act in which the merchant website clearly indicated a shipping cutoff date and time for "guaranteed Christmas delivery".  This was never met by the merchant. The merchant resent the merchandise without even the requested gift tag. This is very poor service for a merchant that claims to offer exceptional customer service. The response from the merchant to the Revdex.com did not contain anything even worthy to discuss or explain.  Additionally, the State Attorney General office consumer affairs- Washington has received a complaint in regards to the fraudulent misleading advertising committed by the merchant, basically, not able to meet shipping deadlines as offered on the merchant website.  The public posting of all this information will cost much more to the merchant than my total purchase.  The cheap measly $25 gift card provided by the merchant is not acceptable. Possibly, the arrogance, and the poor owning up to the issue by the merchant explains why they have had such poor sales quarters and closing stores. I will never shop or recommend this merchant to anyone.Sincerely,[redacted]

Sincerely, this company,  scam they work with credit repair have you, apply for  on line credit prices are double double the price of the merchandise if you want to go into a regular store and buy it all this is taking a  advantage of people that try to repair their credit  I would advise anyone who gets an offer for Monterey finance online credit do not except  your credit will not get better it would get worse every merchandise on their website is overpriced to take advantage of people with bad credit

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: The info they sent me with a ARN tracking # is useless to the bank. ** bank ensured me 4 times there is NO refund, for the disputed amounts, in my bank account. Amanda (from the rack) even told me she can see the refund transaction, however there was an error on their end, and she sent me those ARN's that mean nothing to the bank. The reps have never followed up as promised, since I told them what the bank said. It is only since I have contacted the Revdex.com they outreached, leaving emails with the original "solutions" that do not help me get my money. The company obviously has a purse that looks identical to the designer clutch including coming with the designer's label and insignia, but made of an inferior material that is being sold as the legitimate leather clutch. Why would such an item exist in the first place to be confused with the actual item being advertised for purchase? This seems like a bait and switch scam involving fake goods being sold as designer items.

We appreciate the customer letting us know about the fees she was charged in relation to this mishap. Our team reached out to the customer and mailed her a check for $69.94 to cover her fees. The customer is welcome to reach out to our representative directly for any further questions.

I find this so unacceptable. They have not reached out to tell me this. Nordstrom is known for customer service and this is it?? Unbelievable

I will provide additional information and still want a refund. The store is in Stoneridge Shopping Center in Pleasanton, CA i purchased a grey beaded blouson Adriana Papoelke from the petite/social dress area. Although the staff was helpful, she did not notice that the dress was previously altered. Due to this, I was unable to alter the straps and the dress did not fit. I had already ripped off the tags. I noticed the previously altered straps after removing the tags.
