I ordered a product that I cancelled because it would take up to six months delivery dateThey told me it was no problem to cancel the order and get a refundI was told I would get a full refund $USA dollarsThey said I would get a refund within 5-business daysThat was several months agoThe company does not respond to voice mail or emailI have attempted to contact them over a dozen times (emails, voice messages)No response.Desired Outcome: Refund

The phone number provided before is correct, ( [redacted] It is difficult to respond to someone when they do not leave a message (there are no records of voicemail's left by Ms*.)- we do not know which number she is calling from, therefore we are not able to check via Caller ID to respond accordingly Always leave a message when trying to resolve an issue so we may better assist Again, this is not an appropriate platform in which to obtain personal information or to preform any actions needed We are happy to assist in any way possible via phone number provided -NRO Client Services

This customer has been spoken with by the North River Outfitter Team, and has agreed to a FULL REFUND We have documentation of offering our deepest apologies, a full refund AND to still deliver the product once it was shipped to North River Outfitter- they declined the offer of the belt, but accepted the refundThank you, North River Outfitter Online Services
