We have spoken with the bank, and they cannot see anything on their end that indicates a refund has been granted. They noted that while a refund doesn't post to an account right away, they can at least see the activity that is occurring. They said no refund has been issued. Regards, [redacted]

As stated before, it will be a smoother process if disputed with your credit card company for more of an immediate refund to take place. Our processing times for refunds is taking longer than we had originally foreseen. We are working our way through a list of clients and your name is still a few people back. The customer has been refunded the money due for the item that we were not able to ship to her

We are terribly sorry for the miscommunication. The shoes had been ordered with [redacted] and are delayed - we just called them and they are finally in production and due for delivery in 10-12 weeks. If the customer would like to wait we will overnight them upon delivery to our warehouse, or... if he would like to cancel we will refund his card.

We will be calling the customer to inform her that we will cancel her order since we are still have a backorder from the vendor for the product she ordered. We will refund her money for the product we are cancelling

Thank you for following up. I placed my original order (5/3) on the northriveroutfitter.com website and have been solely using it to check on the status of my order. I have never visited the *** *** website that you referenced. The northriveroutfitter.com website does not offer a “Cancel Order” option, so there is no way for me to progress the return process per your instructions. This may be because you did ship me one of the five items from my original order (5/order; received of items on 5/10). However, I just submitted formal written requests (via both email and the online “Contact Us” form on your website, sent 6/12) for you to cancel my remaining order and refund my original payment. I assume this will serve as sufficient documentation for your accounting department to proceed with the refund. Please confirm. Thank you
