I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.*** lied to the Revdex.com about what he said he would do, he did originally offer me the two options shown then when I accepted one of the options, he changed his story and is saying we have to go into a corporate store in WV in order to have these options fulfilled; which is not at all what he stated in his emailHe said, he would handle it as soon as he got my responseHe's a liar, his company is worthlessI'm going to the news about this as well as reviewing Ntelos on every single site I can find, I will also be sharing my disgust for this company on all of my social networking outlets, so no one ever has to deal with this little half-butt company! I will be sending report after report to the Revdex.com, FCC & Attorney General's office! I will not stop, because this is absolutely ridiculous!!!!

Dear Revdex.com;I, *** ***, did speak with Mr***, no last name, on Tuesday, July 2015, in regards to my complaint against NTelos. Mr*** spoke to me in a demeaning tone of voice, which I did not approve of. That is probably the reason the NTelos employees feel as if they can speak in any way shape or form they feel necessaryNot Acceptable!Mr *** stated that he would not honor my complaint and that it is ok for me to write a negative comment about NTelos. I found that Mr*** was determined to let me know that the decision made was by the Corporate office and there is nothing I can do about this situation. I also brought to Mr***'s attention that his company is still advertising on the television, which is FRAUD. His comment, "I'm not responsible for what is being advertised on television". Not Acceptable! I had to ask Mr*** two times who his boss was. He finally gave me a name, *** ***. His response, "you can send another complaint, but won't do any good because the complaint will end up on his desk and the answer is I will Not Honor Your Complaint". Not Acceptable!Mr *** was stern with his answer, there was no compassion in his voice at all, and I find that to be right down RUDE to say the least. Mr *** stated that I would not get a new phone and that the office is packed up and there is nothing left. Unacceptable!One statement that Mr*** made was that I should ask about "CDMA" and that his NTelos employees told me that, which is a LIE.I would like to make sure that this situation be VOICED so that the other unfortunate NTelos consumers will know that NTelos has a policy to FRAUD their customers. This is not the way a business should be run. NTelos should be reprimanded for this complaint, and even placed on the NO GOOD list.I am still very upset about this and feel let down and NTelos purposely defrauded me and is getting away with it. Something has to be done as soon as possible.If there is anything that you feel I should do in regards to this situation, please let me know? back They had previously refused to do that so it was a surprise I haven't received a bill yet reflecting the credit but I will let you know if I do Again thank you

When a customer changes phone and or their phone number, a new SIM card is required to be placed in the phoneThe store can not mail those, they have to be activated in a Corp Retail StoreI apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused

I spoke with the customer and made an offer with herShe and I both agreed on the followingI credited her $for the proration from the day that the lines were cancelled until the end of that billing cycle, and I credited half of the ETR's that were charged to herShe had already had been
credited $towards the ETRI request this case be closed

Spoke with customer, advised him that he is out of contract on all lines and free to port out numbers or cancel whenever he would like with no termination feesAlso advised customer he is billed through the end of the current cycle that he is in when he ports/cancels

I spoke with customer todayI advised her that any time you file an insurance claim, they sometimes can not send the same phone that you filed a claim on, however that will send the next compliable phone they haveI offered to change her rate plan to save her $per monthI also offered
$credit on the current balance that she owedShe acceptedI request this case be closed out

I spoke with the customer todayI have offered to waive the ETR's with the return on both phones showing no physical and or liquid damageThe customer agreed to this and advised that he would return the phones to his local store within the next weeksI request this case be closed

According to the notes on this customers account, we issued her a credit of $on 1/18/to assist the customer with the issues that she has hadNo further credit would be givenI request this case to be closed outThanks

The customer advised me that she did not have a receiptAccording to the notes on her account dated 6/15/15, she advised she did not have a receipt eitherWe can not provide credit to an account without proper proof of paymentI request this case to be closedThank you

I spoke with this customer today and advised her that her account with us has been released from all contractsShe can now port her numbers to the carrier of her choice and no early termination fees will be charged

I spoke with the customer and provided several options on what to do with his phonesTrade them in with his new carrier, Sell them on Cellular Recycle, Potentially can be activated on a CDMA networkThe customer advised he would check out these optionsI request this case be closed

I spoke with this customer on 6/11/and advised her that her final balance would be credited offNothing is owed

I teamed up with our Inside Sales Team today and they are going to call this customer today and they will be able to put the iPad on her current account as she was previously toldI request this case to be closed out
