I called the customer and conferenced the store mgr in with us. The mgr advised that her issue has been resolved and she is going into the store this afternoon and renew and her her new phone. I request this case be closed out.

I am not at all pleased with the response from nTelos.  When I returned the device to the store, I asked if I owed anything and I was told that because of the advice that was given to me by the inexperienced salesman, I would owe nothing and they would take the device back.  In speaking with the nTelos representative two weeks ago, he informed me that part of the money that I paid was for a cancellation of contract fee.  This is not correct as I was told I owed NOTHING.

This is trying to charge me for additional service or additional days of service. Which I am not paying for...

Still, this company is trying to blame the problem on me, and "met me halfway" and refunded one of the overage fees. I'm not entirely too happy with this resolution.

No message, or call back number was left. From my perspective, no attempt was made to make contact. As  before, I request my account be wiped of erroneous charges and any collection status be removed. I am being charged for services I haven't received for half the year.  It is criminal, unethical and immoral to charge someone for a service they are not receiving.

I spoke with the customer regarding her complaint. She us upset that ntelos made a decision to leave her area. I advised her this was decided December 2, 2014. She is wanting us to provide her another phone that she can use with another provider. I advised that we would not be doing this. I advised...

her that the phones she has will work on any CDMA network. I request this complaint to be closed out as resolved.

I spoke with the customer and explained several bills to her and advised that she broke the contract before the 2 years agreement was up and by doing so produced an early termination fee. I request this case be closed.

I spoke with the customer today, and agreed to credit 1 $15.00 data bump up. Customer agreed to this as well.

My phone was not operational during the time denoted. I checked it explicitly on April 11 when I first made contact with the Ntelos email support. I would like to to see the proof that the Ntelos staff have that shows it was working.Also they denote that the language of the full billing is in the contract I signed. I was not able to find that language. Can they share that as well?

Apple agreed to replace the phone .which that was no good from the start.and I really haven't had a phone since nov 25 -2015 .nobody wanted to fix the phone at first .until I said I was calling a lawyer about it.

The police officer showed up at my home and would not give us a copy of the police report, because the police report was initiated by the company and I was listed as a person of interest in the report. Officer [redacted] of the City of [redacted] Police Department is who came to my home.

I spoke to the customer today, and she advised me that she got new phones and everything is working fine right now. I request this case to be closed out.

After careful review of Ms. [redacted] account, everything that she signed and agreed to in both her finance agreement and her contract are correct. The contract that she signed indicates that her estimated monthly bill for service would be $55.99. That figure DOES NOT include the monthly price that...

she agreed to pay on the for phone. She is paying an additional $24.96 per month for the phone because she is financing the phone. So all together the monthly fee for the service, payments on the phone, insurance, and taxes would run about $96-$100 per month. She is not being charged for anything that she did not agree to when the finance/contract was signed by her. Unfortunately, she can not get out of the finance agreement right now, as she only had the first 14 days to do that. The only she can do is lower her bill, is to lower her Data plan and or remove the insurance from her account. I request this case to be closed.

This customer call tags were mailed to her on Friday October 30, 2015. I request this case to be closed out.

I do not accept the offer of being put back on the higher plan at $90, reason being is because I had the $90 plan with the $50 discount...they out of courtesy reduced my plan to $60, never once did they say I would lose the $50 discount...they out of courtesy gave me the lower plan at $60 and then added back in the $50 with no notification that was being done. I am grateful for the reduced plan of  $60 that they offered me (I did not at any time ask for) but then for them to also change the $50 credit I was getting to now me having to pay it is very dishonest as to them actually making $20 dollars off me then my current plan of $90...to me that is almost scamming in a way and if I would never looked at my plan in detail to this day I would have never known.

I spoke with this customer. I advised that I would credit two (2) Activation Fees solely and a courtesy, and she advised that she will email me a copy of her final bill from her previous carrier and I will issue her a check for that proper amount solely as a courtesy, as we generally place that...

credit on the customers account with us. She agreed with the above. I request this be closed out.

I spoke with this customer and advised him that there is a temporary fix to his issue at this time and a permanent fix will be provided sometime during the week of July 13th. I request this case be closed.
