This is an addendum to my initial complaint number ***I did not have all the correct information it appearsmy apologiesThis company has in fact billed me now three times for products I did not ask for and have not receivedI initially requested a trial size of this skin cream and was
billed $for thatThere was no language on their website stating that the product would automatically be renewed and billedMy bank account was debited $initiallyI did not receive the product, although correspondence with the company tells me it wasMy account was then debited $days later on July 17th, which I was unaware of until I called them today and went over charges line by lineIt was then debited again on August 15th, which is what my original complaint to you was aboutThe company bills under different names each time, and the charge in July was called LMI Skin Solutions and I missed it on my statement for some reasonThis company now claims I have an order in the mailIf and when I ever receive it, I will return it immediately.I want the charges of $and $refunded to my accountI also want this very deceptive scam to change their online con game, if possibleThey can keep their $for the trial size I ordered and never receivedThat I did knowingly pay for

Nu Plenish did refund me the $38,but during several phone calls in wanting to know why they drafted the money I was told I could keep the product as a complementary itemAfter refunding me the $38,I was sent an email stating to return the product with a Return numberI want to be credited for the shipping they withdrew from my accountWhich totals $and this includes me shipping the cancelled product back
