Review: I was on Facebook and saw an ad that sounded promising about an eye cream and since I am an older woman I can also use a little help. I am usually skeptical as most of the ads want you to purchase something really cheap or only pay shipping for a sample size of their product and then they want you to continue paying for future shipments at a much high price. In the case the eye cream was only $5.95. Well I logged into the sight from Facebook and looked everything over and saw nowhere where they would send you future shipments. I thought that is great I will give it a try. Well I just checked my credit card statement and there is a charge for $85.95 on it for a shipment of this cream. I called the company and cancelled any further shipments and then spoke with a customer service representative. She said she could give me 15% of my money back, but that is all. I kept repeating to her that nowhere on their site did it say that I would receive and be billed for future shipments. She kept telling me it was right there in the terms and conditions.Desired Settlement: I would like this company to give me a full refund in the amount of $85.95 in exchange for my refusing the package which I have not received yet. They will get the package back unopened and will be able to resell it to someone else.

Hello,

Review: I did not go to their website to purchase - came in as a solicitation in my aol account. Advertisement showed "Trial" only - pay shipping of $5.95/eye and $4.95/skin - total of $10.90. It never mentioned any "auto shipment" and future charges. Tried obtaining some sort of summary at time of purchase but couldn't obtain any, other than an email confirming order received and shipping charge as stated above shown. Therefore, thought that was all since that was the only disclosed information provided. Didn't realize this auto shipment until reciept of 2nd delivery. Emailed [email protected] AND [email protected] to cancel immediately - which they confirmed receipt of cancellation and is cancelling the auto shipment. However, noticed that a charge on my charge card statement on 9/10 of $85.95/eye and $89.95/skin. Called both eye & skin (888) 617-6458/skin and (888) 617-6572/eye - advised them that there was no mentioned of this auto shipment. Asked for them to provide me with an email that was sent to me confirming such request since the ONLY email I received was an email showing a minimal charge of $5.95 & $4.95 as stated in their email pay for only shipping and trial. Representative could not provide me such aknowledgment. In ALL the emails that I received, there was no mention of any additional/future charges to be made.Desired Settlement: I believe that the advertising was very deceitful and that no disclosures were made to the purchase. Therefore, the charges of $85.95/eye and $89.95/skin should be credited back to my charge card.

Hello,

Review: On the internet, on 8-22-15, I ordered these 2 products (eye renew and skin refresh) for a "FREE TRIAL"....only to pay postage of $4.95 for one and $5.95 for the other. NOTHING in the advertisement said ANYTHING about this being an auto ship program or gave any price for future purchases of the 2 products. I would never sign up for anything on an auto ship.

On 10-10-15 I got another package of the product in the mail.....I didn't order it, and didn't want it so I called the company to tell them to stop sending them. When I checked my credit card statement, I was charged the original $4.95 and $5.95. But then on 9-5-15 I was charged $85.95 and 89.95 from the same vendor. When I called my credit card company, they said I was also charged, on 10-5-15 another $91.90 and $94.90!

I called the company back and they told me that it was a 14 day trial....then they keep billing and sending this product. Again, NOTHING in the order info said anything about the future price or auto ship. I told them this and that I didn't want the product and to send a call tag for the product that they already shipped, and refund 100% of the $85.95, $89.95, $91.90, and $94.90....(not the original $4.95 and $5.95) Also that I had not given permission to charge my card for anything but the original $5.95 and $4.95.

He told me he couldn't do that and offered 15% off. I said no....100% of all charges. He offered me 20%. I said no again....100%. Then he told me that he'd take off the $91.90 and $94.90.....but not $85.95 and $89.95. I told him to take those charges off, but I expect the $89.95 and $85.95 to be taken off also.

I got e-mail confirmation that "my order" was canceled and refunded the $91.90 and $94.90......but not the $85.95 and $89.95. I will dispute those charges with the credit card company, but I would like them to refund those two charges as I did not give authorization, did not order future products, did not want them.Desired Settlement: I want the additional $85.95 and $89.95 charges refunded. (as well as the $91.90 and $94.90 that they said they would take off.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

Dear Ms. [redacted]. Regarding complaint [redacted] against NuPlenish. After a battle with my credit card company on 10/12/15, the company has agreed to refund all charges that were listed in my complaint. I sincerely appreciate your effort in this matter and I do wish to keep the information on this complaint as public record, as this business is operating in a manner that is not forthright or honest. Again, THANK YOU! [redacted] Regards,

This is a skam! They advertise a SAMPLE sent for the price of shipping. Instead they send the full size and charge you $94.90 each. I spoke with [redacted] on the customer service line who told me (in a very polite way) too bad!

Review: I ordered the Nuplenish advanced skincare and eye serum trial sizes for $5.95 and $4.95. I then noticed charges of $89.95 and $85.95 when I went online to view my credit card activity. When I ordered these products on line, I did not see that I would be enrolled in a "club" if I did not notify them withing 14 days. There also was nothing on the packing list that came with the items. I tried calling their phone numbers but when I called a got a "busy" signal. I want my credit card credited for $89.95 and $85.95 and the club membership cancelled before they charge me again. I believe they used deceptive practices. I will send the products back to them if they want. I am sorry that I did not check with the Revdex.com before ordering but I have learned an expensive lesson.Desired Settlement: I want my credit card credited for $89.95 and $85.95 and my club membership cancelled.

Hello,

I read the ad on line...looked for any indication that I might be buying into a membership...found nothing...ordered a "RISK FREE TRIAL" for $4.95...tried it...saw no evidence of this product doing what it advertised it would do... since NO WHERE WAS IT STATED that I would become a monthly customer, I chalked it up to experience! A month later another box arrives and I see that there is a $94.90 charge on my credit card. I call once and speak to [redacted] on 10/05/15 and was told I'd get a refund of 50%...ok I can live with that...my next statement told me I received a $13.49 refund...called on the 7th and spoke with Walter who told me I was getting a 15% refund...end of story! How can they get away with this? Is there not a law concerning

false advertising?

Review: I sent for a trial of face and eye cream. That was middle of May. I have received 3 shipments one was the trial the next 2 were not asked for. In the first package there was no billing statement or any other information.I missed my bank statement for June. The 3rd shipement came the day my July bank statement came. I looked at the bank Statement and was very upset. I went there and told them not t.o allow more payments taken out. They had taken just under $600. This caused an overdraft of $140. My banker was able to find phone numbers for both places. We called and canceled both eye and skin creams.I talked to them and they said sorry but you had 14 days to cancel. These were full size not samples. So what I only asked for the trial not monthly shipments. They never told me it was auto fill and pay. When I told them I want my money back they said no. they could repay $20. They will not let me send the last shipment backDesired Settlement: I want my money back not only the $600. But the $140 overdraft fee.

Review: I ordered Nuplenish skincare which comes in very small jars, .05 ounces, supposedly to try. This company is scamming people by making it seem like they are allowing you to try there skin products, which are in very small jars, .05 ounces, and only pay the shipping charge of $5.95. Within 2 weeks I was charged 89.95. When I called to complain they tried to lower the price, I demanded a refund. They finally said they would give me one. The next day my account was charged AGAIN for 89.95. I called them back and they insisted they refunded my money. The name of the company on my bank statement was EFM*Eyereform on one transaction and DMR*DERMARESTORE on another. I am seeking a full refund for the 2 separate transactions of 89.95

Hello,

Review: My wife ordered this product and another by the same company.

The advertisement was for a free trial for around $5.

What they don't tell you is they will keep sending you items and charge you for the original "Free Item".

I have been billed $85.95 for items I did not order.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for $85.95 and no more charges and shipments to my account.

If not I will dispute the charge with my credit card bank
