I saw an ad on FaceBook-- trial offer to send away for NuPlenish skin cream for $ I signed up for the offer, received the product-- a jar with 1/ounce of cream When I checked my charge card bill, I had been charged $plus another $89.95, that showed up under a company called Yen*Skinpoise, which I had never heard of After a good deal of digging, I found a number to call, a recording told me it was customer service, and no matter what numbers I pressed, I never got off of the recording-- it was a loop to nowhere I called my credit card company and they reached someone at the NuPlenish company who told me that I had "joined" their club by clicking for the free trial and not cancelling within days I asked what the $was for, and they said that is your 14-day trial membership and shipping, the $is for the 1/ounce of cream!!!!! I received another jar of cream today and asked the credit card company what I was charged and it was $($shipping and $for the product) I told them I hadn't used it and wanted to return both jars, cancel my "membership", and get a refund They said they could not refund the first purchase price because it has been days since I accepted the offer This is a total scam! I am always very careful to read all the fine print in offers because I know there are companies out there looking to cheat people, and I saw nothing about membership, sending another jar, or $for the first one!

This is the propaganda that they kept spewing to my *** *** CardThere was never any dispute over the trial sampleThat was refundedThe problem lies where everytime I called them for the 7/20/their prerecorded message said my auto-ship was canceledNow I'm talking like or more phone calls, because the customer service reps kept hanging up on Me! Yet when we did finally reach one a agreement was made on refunding the money on that trial sample and I was to send it back on 7/24/They contend now that an auto ship was already mailed out on 7/23/Regardless of the dates, when the box showed up around the 28th with both the Nuplenish face cream and the Nuplenish eye creamI REFUSED the box at the Post Office and it went back to their warehouseNuPlenish face cream credited me my money and the eye cream is now saying I didn't do IT in a timely mannerWhat? They never said anything in their ad about auto ship, I never knew about the auto ship til I heard it on the recorded messageHow can they charge for something they have back in their warehouse?Finally, after fighting with *** card for months and them charging me late fee's and interest on that $91.90, I finally spoke with the supervisor and he did do a courtesy credit and zeroed out my accountNow *** card is stuck with that bill, because they never followed appropriate protocol

WARNING! Do NOT do any trials with this company! They do not disclose the fact that they will send you the product again within days and they do not inform you of the price! They lead you to believe there is simply a charge for shipping and handlingThey wouldn't accept an email to cancel the order, I had to call and cancelOnce I did call and cancel I asked how I could return the product for a refund and they said they do not refund! Once I told them I was reporting them to the Revdex.com they gave me 50% off the product and I didn't need to return itWhat a scam this is!
