This is a skam! They advertise a SAMPLE sent for the price of shippingInstead they send the full size and charge you $eachI spoke with [redacted] on the customer service line who told me (in a very polite way) too bad!

On Friday Aug I saw an ad that appeared to be issued by DrOzSince I am a subscriber to DrOz new magazine, I didn't think it strangeThe ad was about a skin and eye cream company called NuPlenist pointed out how even DrOz wife used both creams and saw amazing resultsIt went on to post claims from customers about the "free" trialYou only pay shipping chargeIt never said or indicated anywhere in the ad that once you signed up they would start charging you $per month foreverI was impulsive and ordered itThen immediately I began searching on line to find it was a scamI called my credit card coand notified them to stop the shipment but it was told it was too lateThey said they would cancel my subscription (which I never knew it was) and charge me an additional $to cancel it but would only refund the $38.71, not the ship chg when I returned it and they received itI called my credit card coimmedbut it was too lateThey would only put it in dispute

I ordered a sample supply of eye cream and face cream one for and the other for Nowhere was there any statement that there would be monthly charges to my credit card for a "monthly" supply of both creams at $each!!!!! I just looked at my recent credit card statement and there was one charge already and two pending (as well as declined) I am calling my credit card company in the morning to dispute these charges I have already called the company and they deny there were three charges but did say they would credit back two of them after I told them I was reporting them as a fraudulent company to my credit card company In my opinion, this company is a scam
