You are quite possibly the rudest person we have ever dealt with We have refunded you your money (see attachments for proof) If you have issues with your credit card company that's your problem, you projecting that on us does not work Once you started calling us names is we stopped going the extra mile for you In the thousands of customers we have had we have had less than complaints-EVER We have a very very liberal return policy Unfortunately, the saying is true...you cannot make everyone happy

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I spoke with Diane (Rep) at a.mEST and informed her I would like to speak with management regarding my refund being refunded to the [redacted] account, because the bank informed me they had cancelled my card and the business would need to reimburse me via a checkShe informed me they could only reimburse me via the account they used (which was unauthorized by me)I insisted on speaking with someone in management and she informed me I would need to called back in an hour, a.mMST as they were only available between a.m- p.m I called back at p.mEST to ensure they were in and I spoke with Kassy whom stated the refund was already processed on 08/04/and there was nothing they could do and she to refused to put me thru to management and hung upI called back and got Jade and again explained I wanted to speak with management regarding my refund and whyShe also explained their policy of only reimbursing to the account the money was drawn from and said she would put me thru to managementImaging my surprise when I was transferred to Diane again who gave me the same information regarding my refund and that I should contact the card company to retrieve my refundI inquired if she had gotten a promotion because I was told I was being transferred to managementShe said no and stated management was not available to speak with me regarding my refund and told me to call back on tomorrow between the hours of a.m- p.mMST if I wanted to speak with themI am tired of getting the runaround regarding money that was basically stolen from my account by a company I had no dealing with at anytimeI want my refund in a certified check and nothing less as these people are not to be trustedYou steal from people and tell them if you will or will not return their money and how you will do it if they do return itPolicy does not work for every situation when the situation does not fit the circumstances at handYou don't leave a card open for people to continue to steal from you, at least I don'tSo I want my money back now Sincerely,Debra M [redacted]

MrD [redacted] ordered our product via the phone on April 9, Per the recording (that we still have on file) he was told about the program and consented to the charges He even let the sales rep confirm his credit card number For him to dispute that he did not approve the charge is outrageous Furthermore, once the sale has been made the customer receives an email with all of the information, including the Terms and ConditionsThe following are the notes on his account from our CRM (screenshot is also attached).05/04/6:PMDaryl S [redacted] cx called because he was charaged $and saying that he did not authorized the chargedrep educ about the auto shipment program, cx was upset and asking for a refund of $offered 20%-40% discount for monthly charges but refusededuc that he must have returned the product unopenedoffered 40% discount for him to keep but was asking for a full refundcx was very upset, rep transferred the call for better assistance.05/04/6:PMCarrie Y***Refund for # [redacted] 05/04/6:PMCarrie Y***The customer called very upset and said that he was charged $I explained that auto ship program to himHe cut me off and started screaming saying that he are a scam and he will dispute the charges, call the atty general, the Revdex.com and file a police reportI explained the rest of the program and explained that it has been cancelled and I will refund him the costHe continued to yell and said that he is still calling everyone he knows about thisWhile we almost always require someone to return the product (unopened) per our Terms & Conditions, in this case MrD [redacted] received a full refund without it Not only did he receive a full refund he still filed a complaint and was very nasty to the people trying to help him

After listening to the recorded call, you did in fact order this product Regardless, you account was cancelled and your credit card was refunded, $ Best

After the Sales Rep's spill, that they had a computer glitch and that I should have automatically received a 60 day FREE bottle of 5-HTP 2000, She said, the next two questions would be recorded. And they were....is your address still _______ and does your credit card still end in ____? As soon as I said, yes and the ask if this FREE why do you need my credit card #? She was gone! This company should be put out of business!!!! ALSO, I HAVE NOT LOST ANY WEIGHT OR INCHES.
