Worst internet service ever! My internet goes out every so often like every days It gets even slower at night
When you call them they always ask you to do the same thing -disconnect and reconnectI am tired of that

We have received and reviewed *** ***’s (the “Customer”) complaint and Huntington Toyota has done nothing wrongIn accordance to the original maturity date of the Customer’s lease, there was one remaining payment dueThe Dealership had agreed and has paid this one paymentThe Customer did

The customer came in and test drove a RavSE with an advanced tech package which has an integrated navigation systemShe told the salesman that she did not want the advanced tech package in the vehicleThe standard SE model comes with Scout GPS link which comes with turn by turn directions
displayed on the screen and with voice prompts which are read aloud to the driverWhen we worked up our proposal for her we used a standard SE model which was the exact car that she stated she wanted because she like the styling and specifically the wheelsThis model was disclosed to her and clearly written on the salesman's notesShe wound up agreeing to the deal and it was again clearly stated on the purchase agreementShe was unable to take delivery of the car since she was registering the car out of state in MassachusettsShe was also given a copy of the window sticker of her vehicle for her to reviewIt took a few weeks for her registration to be completed which she was unhappy about, despite the fact that it was because she could only come in on a SaturdayFor this inconvenience we discounted the selling price of the car by the in transit permit and courier fee to go to MassachusettsThis was about $We also included a free accessory that she had wantedShe wanted to come in and take a look at the car during the time we were registering the carThe salesman went over the car and we gave her a free rental car to drive for the next weeksUpon the delivery, before signing anything she was given a demonstration of the carThe salesperson went over the car and demoed the radio systemIt was at this point that she inquired about the navigationThe salesman explained that it was a Scout GPS link nav system since it does not have the advanced tech packageShe said this was not a problemHer mother asked a follow up question about the nav and it was explained to her as wellNobody was hiding anything or intended to deceive the customerShe came in and the signed the paperwork and left happyShe expressed her satisfaction to a manager before she leftThree days later she made the first phone call about this issue, which was a surprise to all the people involved at the dealerShe was told to come in and speak to the general sales managerWhen she came in she then demanded a free premium head unit navigation system to be installedThis cannot be doneEven if it was attempted it would be thousands of dollars and there was not anything close to that level of profit in the dealShe then wanted to return the car, which also could not be done since it was already registered in MassachusettsWe sufficiently compensated this customer for things that were outside of our control due to her registration requestAs mentioned we gave her a $discount to pay for her out of state registration, a free accessory and paid for her to be in a rental car for two weeks while she waited for the registration to be completedObviously, our intention is never to mislead a customerWe gave the customer what she asked for and at no time in the three weeks from the time she came in to buy the car to the time she picked up did she express any objection over the car she was soldWe regret that despite our efforts to go above and beyond to make this customer satisfied that we were unable to do so

To Whom It May Concern:A representative from our dealership has been in contact with *** *** since receiving this complaintWe have requested that the customer bring the vehicle to us to confirm his current noise concern, as we do not have any documented records of this noise concern in our
filesThis vehicle was originally sold to the customer with 75,miles on the odometer*** ***’s original concern was for an oil leak that we determined to be caused by a leaking oil panWe corrected this concern by replacing the oil pan on 12/**/14, at no charge to the customerThe vehicle had 77,miles on the odometer at that timeThe customer later returned to us on 4/**/with 78,miles on the odometer for regular service, including an oil changeThere were no additional concerns documented related to the leak, confirming that our repairs were successfulWe have not serviced or seen this vehicle since that dateA history check shows us that the vehicle has completed a NYS Inspection since the last visit to our dealer, along with other minor maintenance i.e light bulb, at other facilitiesThe last documented mileage on the vehicle was 80,miles on 11/**/As this vehicle has clearly been driven and maintained since our repairs were completed, we will need to first confirm that a valid concern still exists before we can determine the manner in which we can assist the customer furtherWe are currently awaiting the return of the vehicle

Worst internet service provider of all time I pay for 20MBPS and rarely see anything above 5MBPS I can't watch a movie, play a game or even upload files without the connection buffering, lagging out or timing out Calling customer service is useless as they just tell you to reset your modem (which I do on a daily basis) and then want to schedule a service call (which they never show up for) I will NEVER use their service again and will not even consider renting a property that has an exclusive contract with their service
I would rather have Comcast than this joke of an internet service

I am not sure why Ms*** was unable to reach us using the email address she provided That is the correct email address for our support
group and we do receive emails at that address every day
Per her request in this complaint, her membership in Tewell Time that came as a part of her original purchase has been cancelled effective immediately
