The issue was addressed and completed on 9/17/15.Per on-site management, the complainant never reported any issues with rodentsThe manager states, “When a resident calls about a pest issue it goes into a book that the pest control tech uses. He then makes comments or puts the day he treated the unit. This is state law for him to have on site. The downstairs apartment had a rodent and reported it and it was taken care of but not 140#.” Management cannot address an issue that is not reported to them.The complainant turned her keys in on 6/30/16, after the manager and assistant manager were gone for the dayLeasing agents are not allowed to walk the units with residents so she was asked to schedule a time to come back the next day so that the unit could be walked with managementShe never scheduled and never came in the next dayWe do not refuse to walk units with residentsThis property has units so management does have to schedule appointments for move-out inspectionsAll residents are made aware of move-out cleaning requirements and cost of cleaning at move inThey are provided a Resident Handbook and Community Policy book as well as a separate copy of the charges, which they sign for both We believe this account was charged fairly and according to the Lease Contract and its addendums.Regards, *** *** Collections Manager/Complaint Specialist

We received an email from Mr*** on October 4th regarding the charges for the membership fee stating that he had requested cancellation of the membership within the day trial period We were not able to find any previous correspondence from Mr*** requesting the cancellation
While membership fees were listed in Mr***'s Terms of Purchase as non-refundable, based on his feelings that he had requested cancellation during the trial period, I did refund the fees that had been charged to him for the club prior to receipt of this complaint

It was also on the order confirmation that would have been emailed to him shortly after completion of his order While I cannot insure that Mr*** would have received them, his account was also set up to send an email each month advising of the new video and the charge associated with it The videos associated with the membership are not the same as the Myth videos referred to in this complaint. Those videos were free videos emailed to the customer. I am simply truing to activate new service: TV and internet and it is literally impossible to even get a sales person on the phone to add new service
It is very obvious they read from a script and do not understand how to communicate without it being a part of their scriptI am very dissapointed that this is the option I have for my new apartment
We shall see if they even are able to make the appointment, show up to connect, and bill is accurateI have read bad reviews about this company and the Revdex.com needs to do a better job with escalating our complaints

Toyota of Huntington NEVER offered me any discount on the repair of my vehicleThat is a flat out lie!!The only thing they said to me is we will trade your car in- and if they think my car is worth $they will give me that and then if I have $left on my loan then I will still have to pay that.I said this was very unfair.In the same breath that RYAN from Huntington Toyota was yelling at me and telling me this unfair tradeal he also threatened me that if I did not return their loaner vehicle by noon the next day he would call the police for unauthorized vehicle use.There has not been any instance of them trying to settle this nicelyThey have been nasty and condescending to me and I have had to chase them down every time I was looking for someone to speak toI called Toyota corporate before writing to the Revdex.com and even they couldn’t get the manager Nick to return a simple phone callAgain I have only owned the car since February and have brought the car back to them complaining of this problem since I bought it.BEFORE I even made my first payment I had the vehicle back in their shopI also have all of these repair ordersEverything I complained about has not been fixed.The vehicle is unsafe, contrary to what they are sayingThe brakes have been squeaking since I bought it, which I also complained about and has never been fixedBrakes are not supposed to squeak and the service department tries to say "it's condensation". I’m a single mom driving around with a baby in the car. This car stalls when the EGR valve gets stuckI consider being stranded with my baby to be unsafe!Brakes squeaking are unsafe- they are not supposed to squeak.

I have cancelled the Haney University membership effective immediately I have a day window in which I can refund charges directly to a credit card While the membership fees were specifically stated in the terms of purchase as non-refundable, I have in an attempt to resolve this issue also refunded the fees that fall within that window Ms*** should see those refunds in approximately hours

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I'm not sure who wrote this but whoever did has all the facts and times incorrectWe went into the dealership on Jan.**,looking for a RAV LimitedOur salesman Keith B*** showed us the RAV SE and told us it was the same as the limited but more sporty, different wheels and cheaperAt this time my daughter expressed for the first time, that the most important features that she wanted in this car was a Navigation package, and heated/leather seatsShe did not care about the wheelsWe then went on a test drive in a similar car with Keith and most of our conversation in the car was about the great navigation system packageIt was much better than her oneKeith was VERY well aware that that's what she wantedWe even spoke about how similar it was to His Lexus and my Lexus navigation systemHe was also aware that she wanted everything that was in this test drive car except the (bird's eye view camera) She said that over and over again! We NEVER heard the words Scout GPS on this test drive or anytime until minutes before we drove the car off the lot weeks laterWe then went inside and negotiated a deal based on the car we had just driven and we were under the impression that he would find us a car in the Black Current color she wanted with NavigationWe NEVER would have agreed on a payment of $a month more than what she was paying for her old car that had more than she has nowAt this time we also expressed that if it were too difficult to register in MA we would not inconvenience them and we would buy it in MAThey assured us it would be no problem and they would put that in the dealShe gave them a deposit and he said he would call her when they found her a car in the color she wanted.They found her a car and weeks later they told her she had to come down to sign the paperwork before she can actually get the car due to registering in MASo on February **,she signed the paperworkAt this time our salesman showed us the outside of the car, never demonstrating or explaining anything on the insideAnd we were NEVER given a copy of the window stickerWe were also told that we were entitled to a key finder and Juan (finance person) told Keith to make sure that it would be in the car on the day of deliveryAt this time she turned her car in and was given a Toyota loaner to drive until they were able to give her the carThey NEVER discounted the selling price of the car-- the registration was part of the original deal When we finally picked up the car on March *, 2016, we were told that the key finder was not in the car but they would fed ex it to my daughters address in MA on Monday March ***She still till this day has not gotten this "free accessory" that she was promised and that they said she had gotten in their responseOur salesperson was not working when we picked it up so we had a demonstration from another salesmanIt was at this time when we were sitting in the car ready to leave that we first heard that we had to download an APP called Scout GPSWe were a bit confused but thought that was how they did it now for navigation packagesStill didn't realize that it wasn't the navigation we based our deal onThe salesperson got out of the car and we NEVER went back in to sign anything that night nor did we express our satisfaction to a manager!!! It was on our way home at 8:pm, that we realized that it wasn't the Navigation package we wanted and they found us a different car than we had thought we made the deal onThe very next day (not days later) we got in touch with Keith and he told us that he was off that day but for us to call his managerI spoke to his manager and he said he would review the paperworkNo one should have been "surprised"- they were all well aware of what had happenedOn Saturday March *,we went into the dealership and first spoke to Charlie, the manager and then spoke to the general sales managerWe were never able to speak to Keith-- He was there but didn't even look at usWe did not demand another car, we just wanted what we were promised- a real Navigation packageOr a decent price for a car with nothing more than leather seats and a navigation app!! This would have been the proper thing for them to do and they STiLL would have made a large profitBut nothing was done and now my daughter has a large payment for a car with less than what was in her other car This response from them is shocking to see how much they can lie and twist their story aroundThey led us to believe we were getting such a great deal on a car and then when they looked for the car in the color we wanted they didn't care that it didn't have what we paid for originallyWe have leased and bought many cars but NEVER dealt with people like these @ Huntington ToyotaNo one ever told us one thing and sold us another like they didI don't know how they can continue to do business like this and how they can sleep at night.

I am sorry that Mr*** did not read all of the terms of his purchase As shown in the original response, the terms of purchase very specifically stated that the free trial was only for days However, since the 3rd fee does fall within the window for which I can refund directly to a credit card, I have refunded the 3rd month's fee in order to completely resolve this complaint to Mr***'s satisfaction

Along with the purchase came a 14-day trial in Tewell Time, a monthly membership club providing ongoing monthly training videos The details of the clubs and it's inclusion in Ms[redacted]'s purchase was explained multiple times before, during, and after the order process Included in the details were the club's benefits, costs if kept, and how to cancel if it was not wanted (see below)
I do not find that we received any request to cancel the membership prior to January 4, It was cancelled on that day
We have a 120day window in which a charge can be refunded directly to a credit card While membership fees were listed in Ms[redacted]'s Terms of Purchase as non-refundable, we did as a courtesy at the time Ms[redacted] contacted us refund the fees that fell within that time frame
All of the monthly videos are still on the website for viewing

I had cancelled this company's e-mail at least four months prior to the January date mentioned on the website and did not receive any further "instructional" e-mails but continued to have a monthly charges on my credit card I did not even know what these e-mails were - just thought of them as "pop-ups"The amount is close to what I spend on a round of golf (I have a membership with local Metro golf courses) so it did not catch my attention when I saw "golf tailor"When I realize that this all stemmed from my purchasing the DVD, I called the company but was kept on hold for one hour I am convinced that no one would ever answer the callThis is clearly a case of misleading advertising and I think I should be refunded in full for this subscription or whatever this company calls it

There appears to be some confusion on the difference between our emails and the membership To unsubscribe specifically states that you are requesting to cease getting emails from us It does not have anything to do with cancelling a membership Ms[redacted] states that she did this at least months prior to the call in January I have already refunded fees back to September but would agree to refund additional fees This would take her back to the month courtesy period that I originally offered The refund will have to be in the form of a check however I will await word on settlement of the issue before requesting the refund check

Mr[redacted] contacted us on September11, 2015, regarding the membership fees The membership was cancelled effective that date While the membership fees are specifically designated as non-refundable, a courtesy adjustment for the September fee which had been charged only days before was completed

In my situation, I was only interested in the DVD package that I purchased, which was solely been seen from their product descriptionThe monthly $recurrent stuff then was automatically added at check out, and that was not something that I "PICKED" for my purchase and I didn't notice that until I checked my credit card statement afterwardsI will agree with their charges only if they can prove that I had accessed to the services that they had provided with regard to the $recurrentA list of access log as a proof of evidence will doThere is no reason to deliver to customers with something they didn't want, and charge for a service that they never noticed or didn't even know existed

I am not sure where Mr[redacted] obtained the address or phone number that he refers to in his complaint The address was our old customer support location but has never been our corporate mailing address and the number list in his complaint is not our main customer support number that we publish on our websites
I do find where Mr[redacted] contacted us on November 24, His membership was cancelled effective immediately with that contact and an email was sent to him advising him of the cancellation on that same date Membership fees are specifically listed in the Mr[redacted]'s terms of purchase as non-refundable
