At this time, I have been contacted directly by Olighting regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here]The company sent me another e-mail saying they do not understand why I "don't see" the refund on my statement They have offered me a $credit but I am not in need of their products at this time, and I wouldn't trust them to follow through on that.This is the third time that I essentially get the same response They have no proof that they issued the refund and I do have proof that they didn't.I think that other people are probably getting cheated by this company and that it would be good for Olighting to be publicly listed as a problem company In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]

These people were totally and completely dishonest in there dealings with me Charged my credit card and never delivered the orderEventually said the company was under new management and would not refund the money Completely dishonest

Revdex.com:At this time, I have not been contacted by Olighting regarding complaint ID [redacted] I did file a dispute with my credit card company about the charge of over $that O lighting promised to refund but then refused to refund when I asked them to do so The credit card company has researched the case and has decided the dispute in my favor At the same time, Olighting (specifically Chris C [redacted] , the apparent owner of the business) has been in touch with me threatening legal action, on what basis I have no idea He is a thief and he deserves to be put out of business.Sincerely, [redacted] ***

We ordered 4chairs in April from them and we're repeatedly told they would arrive in to weeks, they charged our *** *** 2,dollars and never processed our order, master card through their consumer protection division gave them a certain period to respond/dispute and they never responded, never an apology or an emailWhat they do is wait for the credit card companies to pay for the transactions by adding credit back to the consumers credit card*** ***,*** ***, *** *** should be in jail and hopefully the law will catch up w them before they take advantage of other peopleTheir website should be shut down

Extort? That is the language *** *** uses in his response, and it is totally inaccurate. I am making a complaint because I believe this business is falsely advertising no hassle returns, which is my right as a consumer. As I stated in my complaint, Olighting would not cancel my order or accept my return because of their draconian policy of not accepting returns on multiple items. I was unaware of this during the order process.
After hearing from you, *** *** emailed me at work and sent copies of his email accusing me of extortion to multiple other individuals that I work with. This issue has nothing to do with my business! He must have pulled the emails from our company website. This is harassment and this is not what should happen when a consumer such as myself files a complaint
They should be required to stop misleading customers with advertising. It is was not clear during the order process that the fact that I order three pendant lights and not one made my order final. The hassle free return policy on their website is deceptive.
Attached are the emails *** *** sent me and one of my partners at my place of business today. I have had IT staff block his email address so that he can not continue to email my business associates.
I am the victim in this situation. My number one priority in this matter is to do what I can to encourage Olighting to stop advertising. At a minimum they should warn customers who are ordering from them that by ordering multiple items they are voiding the return policy that is touted on every page of the website

They said that the credit has been finalized & asked if I wanted to move forward with the order I did not want to move forward
because I do not trust this company I don't feel comfortable giving them more money in hopes they will send my product They have promised multiple times in the past that my sconces where on their way, but they never came Who is to say they will actually send them this timeI already ordered the sconces from a more reputable website & have received them.

My complaint is more to document that this business does not operate ethically and has terrible customer service We requested a refund and provided credit information numerous times but never received the refund, at that time we contacted our credit card to dispute the charge I want public knowledge of this companies poor customer service and possible fraudulent operation We placed our order and was promised for over months that our shipment was scheduled for delivery every week, we have documentation of that correspondenceWe were never given tracking numbers and after months of unfulfilled delivery dates we requested a refund, that refund wasn't issued after numerous requests Thankfully we used AMEX so our charge will hopefully be refunded using that route Please allow this information to be public
