Company will not refund total amount charged to my credit card. Only partial refund of $90.00 when I was billed $178.92.
On 8-27-20 I ordered a one free trial plus shipping of one product. Only wanted one but system put other item on order and would not let me remove. I can live with that. I really only owe the free trials amount $10.90. I did not authorize the $178.92. This has happened to me before so I was very careful in reading about any auto plan or would have to pay full amount if I had no phone call. That company refunded full amount. The only reason I was able to contact them is because phone number was next to charge on credit card. Customer service was very hesitant to tell me what company she represents. I will never order a free trial again. Too many crooks out there. This one is on top of the list.

I request full refund. $178.92 - $90.00 = $88.92.

Company has agreed to full refund

Tried to cancel when I was charged almost $11 for something I did not want. I need my money back and this cancelled.
I thought this was a legitimate company when I was going thru and looking at all the celebrity reviews. Found out that it is not. Tried to cancel and get a refund but there is not an option available. I live on a fixed income and cannot afford for big charges to be made on my account. All I want is for my money back and the subscription to be canceled. That was almost $11 for something I do not want.

Arrived on 9/23/20. No inside shipping papers or information. Only # is USPS Tracking # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX. This was purchased off of late night tv and there were no order numbers that I could see. I used google to look up everything I could find connected to this and did send a message to the email address. As the phone # is disconnected, I doubt the email is going to reach anyplace. What do I do next?

I just wanted to cancel this and get refunded the money I didn't approve. I now know that I was actually charged $178.92 three times ($89.95 + $88.97 x3), which totals $536.76 and is more then I realized when I made this claim. I wish I would have stated this in my claim, but unfortunately I didn't realize it at first. So thank you for reimbursing the $178,92 total, which is only 1 of the 3 payments I made. Looks like I lost $357.84 due to this fine print scam and haven't lost a pound. I do wish you could refund more, as I originally asked for $269.85 ($89.95x3). I will definitely warn others to not try this product as it has cost me so much more then I can even afford.

I'm a disabled veteran and live on a very fixed income. I would like a refund for the $10.90 and no other charges to my card. I'm well within the time limit for the money back guarantee. I can not afford any more deductions to my card. I had not received the product yet and really don't want it now. Please refund my order and don't send the product. If you deduct the same overcharge that I've seen in other bad reviews I want that refunded as well. I really thought your company was leget with your celebrity ads, but I quess not. I didn't even get a receipt for my order.

I will be satisfied when I received my refund of $10.90 at that time I will make my response I think a company should be more legit if they're going to be using celebrities as their spokespersons in their ads.

Phone number does not work XXX-XXX-XXXX to dispute and or cancel. Charged my account twice for 88.97 and 89.95, none of which was authorized by me.
None of these charges was authorized by me of 88.97 and 89.95. When I discovered these charges, I called there number XXX-XXX-XXXX it was disconnected and was unable to resolve this indiscretion. This also leads me to believe this company is a total fraud and I want both charges of 88.97 and 89.95 refunded back to me as I stated before these charges were totally fraudulent and should not have been charged.

They MAXX LABS tried to double bill
NO RESPONSE AVAILABLE FROM THEM
BANK IS LOOKING INTO FRAUD.
I still have the product under their seals in my possession. They tried to double bill my account. The first $89 plus change went through, but the bank held the second billing and froze the credit card. Trying to communicate with this company is impossible. Their web address is ERROR no matter how you insert it on the internet. I did not sign up for refills.
On the box Date 08/31/2020 so I had time to say stop if they were accessible.
They need to have legal action. Try getting money from a dying woman.

I ordered from these Fraudsters now my account is 178.00 negative. Bellco Credit Union fraud department keeps passing the buck and kicking the can down the road and keeps giving ME the run around!!!!

Their website goes nowhere their number does not answer. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CLOWNS!!!! Now I have to worry about her account being at risk to more drafts.

I am being mailed &charged for CBD products that I did not order. Just like Christine B. All between Sept 7-9.

I just want them to not charge me for the product . everything I am saying is the truth ,they give out the wrong phone number .
the phone number they give out is not in serivice I just want to cancel my order before they take the money out of my account please help me to get them off .they are not legit and I dont want to carry on with the order. I have tried and tried to call them or sent them an email .before they hit my account please help or guide as to what to do.

Ordered product because I only had to pay shipping, then was charged $89.95 for product. This is false advertising. I want the $89.95 refunded to me and to be taken off of any lists. This product is useless, it did nothing.
