I am afraid I am the victim of credit card fraud, and I am unable to resolve this matter, so please intervene in this matter to stop an illegal reoccurring charge and refund the two
(so far) invalid charges of $89.95.

Some time in late February there was response to a link purporting that Morgan Freeman has cut down his 156 acre property in Santa Barbra and planted hemp plants.

The ad indicated Mr. Freeman started a company titled Maxx Labs to distribute hemp products.

The ad offered a bottle of CBD oil for $4.95.

I have never had, nor probably ever will have any involvement with such products, but on a whim thought I would try the CBD oil for pain.

After pressing the order button the credit card/address information was entered, then after pressing a button to order a screen came up indicating I was ordering NOT ONLY the CBD oil, but a bottle of pills for $5.95. Research about Morgan Freeman failed to verify that he stripped his land and started this company.

When seeing this modification to my order pressing the back button on my computer several times did nothing, as the screen would not change.

I pressed the X in the top left hand of the screen and exited the page.

1. On April 4 Chase Credit card was charged:
4/04ORGANICP GARCINIA 844-217-2673 FL 4.95
04/04TRUELIFEDETOX.COM 855-942-9832 FL 5.95

Of which the $4.95 was for the oil.
Both of these products arrived and my brother spotted the pills and took them.

2. On 04/21 there was a charge on the Chase Credit card for
04/21 &ORGANICP GARCINIA 844-217-2673 FL $89.95
which was noticed when I received by E-Mail from Chase Fraud Protective Services on 4/21.

04/21 Chase Credit was called and informed that I did not recognize any such purchase, the old credit card was cancelled, and a new one issued.

The $89.95 was paid by me to avoid late or interest charges:

4. 05/27 after extreme effort to speak to a person at Chase I was told to hang on while transferred to the credit fraud division, wait time estimated 40 minutes. This person said cancelling the old credit card was ineffective as this was a reoccurring charge. (makes absolutely no sense to me) and that Chase had refunded the charge.

Point of fact I paid the $89.95 myself and that amount has never been refunded.

After waiting 105 minutes I hung up

5. 05/28 There was not call back on an in person telephone appointment with the local Chase bank for 3pm 05/28.

6. 05/29 there was no call back for another 11am call back scheduled for 5/29 with the local Chase bank.

I do not see a valid option on the dispute a transaction on the Chase Credit card for fraudulent charge, so I tried to work with Chase to refund the illegal charges and stop any further charges

I have received two bottles of this oil, the initial bottle and the bottle in May.

The first bottle came in April with the pills, and the second bottle came in May. There was no bottle arriving in late April.

7. 05:29 afternoon: A person from Chase local bank called and said he only handles checking and savings, call (800) 945-2000.
Did so and was told to contact merchant.

8. Called merchant at phone number indicated on dispute a charge
in the Chase credit card (888)-489-8425. Explained that I am receiving ORGANICP GARCINIA which I did not order and which I do not want to continue receiving, and would like the address to return the two unopened bottles. On and on from a preprinted page about how I agreed to a fifteen day trial'.

9. Called Chase who said they can put a stop payment on this merchant, but cannot refund the two $89.95 charges until I send the bottles back.

10. Called merchant back and stated I wish to cancel membership which I was not aware I signed up for and I do not want anymore charges to my credit account. Please offer me the address where I can send the two unopened bottles (never opened the bottle sent in late March). Hung up when rep said return charge would be $17.95 per bottle.

So far I have spent about five hours trying to resolve this problem.

Desired Outcome

Refund The company will provide an insured prepaid mailer for the two unopened bottled to be returned at no further cost to me, and they will cancel the membership and reoccurring monthly shipping order I never agreed to.

The certified letter sent to the address on the bottle was never picked up from the PO box, and would be on the way back to me.

The E-Mail address on the bottle come back undeliverable.

Call to the company request $17.95 per bottle to return. The Chase credit card was canceled to avoid further revolving charged I never approved, and I AM NOT about to give then another credit card.

Chase refused to refund as no record of returning product, despite not receiving the product charged on 04/21.

No response to certified letter to the criminals.

Will open CFPB complaint against Chase as they deny refund based on fact that I did not return product. No answer to letter asking how can I return product billed on 5/21 when I NEVER RECEIVED THE PRODUCT.

I also fault Chase that when they alerted me to an unauthorized charge on 4/21 (as stated elsewhere for an item which never arrived)their solution was to cancel the existing card and issue a new card.

When the NEW Chase card was charged on 5/21 for an item which DID arrive, they said this was because this was a revolving charge. If Chase would have told me this in April I could have cancelled the Chase card in April and not been charged AGAIN on 05/21.

This company sold me what they claimed was a sample of CBD oil for $4.95, but they then charged me $89.95 with a recurring subscription.
My doctor told me not to take this, but when I tried to return it and get my $89.95 plus $4.95 back, they refused and hung up on me.

An ad that seems for a free trial but is having sign for subscription. There was no clear statment of the monthly charges and was misleading.
On Feb. 26 2020, I ordered a free trial of the Omega Maxx Detox and Omega Maxx Keto product. Though the free trial wasn't free that I paid about $10. I was ok to pay the $10 to try the product. I received the product a week or so later but never used it. During the free trial sign up, I never recieved notification nor did I recieve an email indicating that I was signing up for a monthly subscription. To me this was a one time order and never to be subscribed monthly. On May 10th 2020, I received another product and I was curious why I received it again and I went to check my credit card activities. Long be hold, there was a charge on March 14th 2020 for $178.92 and then another charge on May 1st 2020 for $178.92. Total of $357.84. I didn't have any contact information (no email or no phone number) to contact but I noticed a phone number on the credit card charge description. The company name listed was NEXXTLEVELKETO.com. On May 11th 2020, I called the 877-206-1218 to get refunds on this charges. I learned that NEXXTLEVELKETO is a third party service provider for Omega Maxx. first spoke to a customer rep named Mar and said she will only be able to give me a refund of $180 and wouldn't refund the whole amount. I told them I have both products unopened and will return it to them to get my refund but they would hear. I asked to speak to supervisor. a Lady named Zayle came to speak to me as a supervisor. I explained the situation and then she told me she can only give me a refund of $120 which was a different amount that initially provided. Zayle was very rude and said she cant speak to me any longer. I asked her to give me a phone number for Omega maxx and she gave me 877-206-1218. a lady named Roxy was the customer rep and was giving me additional $100 but I asked to speak to supervisor again. while I was put on hold for a while the phone hang up. I called back to the same number and spoke to rep named Maria. She was very rude and she hang up on me without further assistance. I called back for a third time and spoke to a nice lady named Yvonne. She told me only $120 was refunded so I asked to speak to supervisor. after a long wait, a supervisor came and it is the same supervisor who is name Zayle. She was also very rude and she would hear what I have to say. I asked to speak to someone who is higher than her. She transferred me to Account supervisor named Anna who was very rude and disrespectful. I told her I have the bottles I was willing to return as I can't afford at this time to have this pill and it was not known to me or was made clear to me that I was signing up for a monthly subscription. I told all them that my husband is not working at this time and I can't afford to pay anything but none of them seems to be willing to give me my full refund and they weren't willing to allow me to someone who can make such decision. Anna was very rude and she hang up on me. This company seems to be operating in a deceitful manner and scheming people into signing up for subscription without the customers knowledge. I am a very organized person and read every fine print before signing up for anything but there was nothing provided to me to read when I ordered the free trial. I find the customer support employees to be very rude to customers and this might be by design to tire customers and give up from calling. I have never experienced a rudeness this level from customer representatives as I have with this people. I wasn't able to get a hold of direct number for the Omega Maxx to get my full refund. I can't afford to pay anything at this moment as my husband is our of job. My hope is that I will get my full refund and also highlight awareness to others that this company's scheme and deceitfulness so other don't get scammed.

I received a email offering a trial CBD oil offer, just pay shipping. I just looked at my credit card bill and I was charged $178.92 for the trial.
I received a random email on 4/16/2020. In it it described a trial offer for CBD oil just pay $4.95 shipping. I've been having a lot of leg pain and decided to try it. So I go to place the order and another product shows up on the order. I can't remove it from the order, another trail offer for CBD tablets. OK, another $5.95 shipping on top of the $4.95 for the oil. There were (terms and conditions) at the bottom of the page but it would not open at the time of the order. So after about 2 weeks I received the oil and tablets. I tried both of them with Zero results. So I went back into the website and tried to open the terms and conditions and contact information. This time it opened to tell me that I had 17 days to cancel the trial, I had just received the product and only tested it for a few days. So I called them to cancel the trial offer.The first time I waited on the phone and was then disconnected. I called back, they asked me my zip code, my email address and I was disconnected again. I called back again and after waiting I got disconnected again. I gave up, I emailed them still with no reply. Then on 5/3/2020 I see two charges on my credit card bill, one of $89.95 and the other for $88.97. So I called them again on 5/5/2020 and after waiting I got someone, I asked why the charges were on my credit card and I want them removed. I was again disconnected. I was very polite, but at this point I was not happy that this company scammed me and I 'm sure many others. I called my credit card company to put a hold on the two charges because I feel the company was very deceptive in their practices. They scam you into thinking your only ordering a trial sample of the oil, then the tablets show up on the order. Then they put you on a monthly plan to receive products for a total of $178.92 a month. This is the worst, most untrustworthy company I've ever dealt with. The ad come up as maxxlabscbd.com > promo. So continuing with the story, I called them again, I waited on the phone and after about 10 minutes I was able to talk to someone. I told her all my information and the issues I've had trying to contact them about canceling any monthly plan they placed me in. All I wanted is for them to refund my money and remove me from any monthly program. She said she would take me off the plan, but couldn't refund my money. These guys are a total scam, fraud, deceptive company and need to be looked into. People like this give businesses a bad reputation. They knowingly and willing take advantage of people like myself and others. And, for people not on top of their credit card bills I'm sure they make thousands on the trusting unsuspecting people by taking advantage of them. And last but not least, you can buy similar products in my local drug store for less than half the price. So not only are they scamming you into a monthly plan, they are ripping you off on their prices. They have to be making a huge profit and they need to be identified for doing so and punished for their fraudulent practices.

Get them to refund my $178.92. Make them stop their deceptive advertising. And, to be honest, the products I received did nothing for me. I'm not even sure that they are real or what they say they are.

I got the free trial for free only paid shipping. Ten days later two charges for 89$ ruffle each were taken from my account? I DID NOT AUTHORIZE.
$89 twice came out of my account that I did not authorize and I have not received any products to even return and be reimbursed for. I had to close my account and cancel my card because of this. I want my money back

I ordered a free trial of CBD oil and pills, from a web site claiming it was Martha Stewarts. I paid the shipping on the two products 4.95 and 5.95. To my complete surprise, when I received my bank statement I was billed $178.00 the following month!!!! I called the company and they stated I didn't see the fine print stating I needed to call them in 14 days and cancel my monthly subscription if I didn't want it. They would only refund $120.00 of the $178.00.I didn't even

I was able to locate a web address to cancel at omegamaxx-labs.com it directed me to a website called "CancelHero" and provided the necessary info & at the end it charged me $37.00 to cancel!
Shortly after that there was a fraud on my credit card & Chase closed that acct # last 4 digits changed from *** to ***.
Despite the new # I was charged by them ( Cleanbody-Built.com) on April 29 for $89.95! I will dispute this charge.
I tried to log on to the omegaMaxx-labs.com where I was initially sent to Cancel Hero & now that website no longer exists see Error screen shot below

Multiple charges to card without consent. I signed on for one trial bottle but was charged $82 today with no working phone line for customer service.
I signed up for a trial bottle of keto detox max and another of the keto pill and was charged originally for around $15 for both bottles. This morning my husband called to tell me that they had charged again for another $80 without consent. I called customer service number which is 833-2 77-3696 and got a disconnect notice sayingThe number was not in service. Emails have been pinned back to me as well. I am furious but more concerned that this will happen again. I have read reviews and would like to know the best way to go about making sure this does not continue to happen, as I am a teacher on a very fixed budget.

Can't get in touch with company to cancel and get a refund.
All of the contact information that was provided for this company for customer service or phone number for refunds are not working numbers. Also the website given doesn't pull up either. I had a free trial for 2 of this company's products. The detoxmaxx and ketomaxx. I received a 1 month supply for each. Now not even 30 days later they have already charged my account again for the full price. I do not want this product . I want to cancel future shipments and a refund as well.

I ordered a product called BHB capsules online on 3-23. They were a free14 day trial just pay $4.95 s&h from a company called Keto in Detroit. I used my capital one credit card. It arrived 4-5 days later and then 2 days after that I received a box containing 2 bottles of pills from omega maxxx labs in Tampa one called Ketomaxx and the other called Detoxmaxx, neither of which I ordered. I repeatedly attempted to contact the company using the provided # on the bottle of pills and got a recording stating that the call was not supported in my area. I called the customer service # on the pill bottle I did purchase and that company could only handle the bhb pills. I could not reach omega maxxx and gave up until this morning when I checked my emails and noticed multiple notifications from capital 1 saying that a payment had been denied d/t lack of available credit. After logging on to my mobile app it showed charges for both bottles of pills with the same deal as the bhb pills, 14 day trial free just pay s&h one bottle was $5.95 the other was $4.95 and both were made on 3-23, but posted on 3-26. The company also attempted, on 4-9,to charge my card 2 payments of $88.95 however it was too much and was declined. There was a different # on my cc statement for their cs so I called it and the woman who answered the was rude, condescending and would not give me the # to or transfer my call to a supervisor. I wanted to know how they got my cc # or any other personal info when I never ordered their product and the woman kept talking over me and instead of answering my ?? Responded with "if u did not order it then how do I have all of ur personal info. She eventually ignored my questions and sat silent.
