I ordered the free trial. Now being debited for way mire than that. The ph8ne number says not available
Mid March I ordered Omega Keto Maxx and Detox Maxx, paid $11 for shipping. Now today they charged me $ $88.95 for the Keto and $88.97 for the Detox. I clicked not to save my debit card info and still got charged. Tried calling the numbers and it says unavailable.

I am concerned that I received a second unordered bottle of ketomaxx. I do/did not subscribe and do /did not want anymore. I received it 3 days ago with no invoice. I tried their customer service number on the bottles - no longer in use.

Help! I ordered a one time trial of KetoMaxx and DetoxMaxx from Omega Maxx Labs for $4.95 and $5.95 2/18/2020. The sent me both products ONCE. They have since charged me $88.97 and $89.95 on 3/3/2020 and AGAIN on 4/1/2020. A total of 6 charges. I only agreed to the trial charge, nothing more and have only been sent the trail supplements.

I think this is the biggest rip-off company!!! I ordered what was suppose to be a trial. There was no indication that the trial cost was actually the shipping cost. This is information that was revealed once $178.92 was removed from my account. When I contacted the company, I was told that I was suppose to cancel the supply within a matter of days. This was not indicated at the time of order. The lady informed me that she could refund me $40/ea (2 bottles). I refused and told her I wanted full payment. I hung up and called the number again. The second customer rep, informed me not to tell him that I wasn't aware of the facts stated above and after him warning me about how I was speaking to him and threatening to hang up, I hung and redialed again to speak to a 3rd rep. This person informed me the same as the rest and offered to refund me $50/ea (2 bottles). I stated if she could offer me 40 and he can offer me 50, that lets me know that the company can give me my full refund. He said they couldn't. I asked to speak to a supervisor and he refused. I stated, "I want to make sure that I understand you correctly, I am asking to speak to a supervisor and you are refusing?' He said there was no supervisor. I said you are a major company and you don't have a supervisor? He asked to put me on hold for 1-2 minutes. I waited 3 minutes. He cam back on and stated that I needed to contact them in an hour. Call back in an hour and a supervisor would be there. They would wait on my call. Once again I said, "Let me make sure I understand you, you want me to callback in an hour and I will be able to speak to a supervisor?" He said yes, they would wait on my call. I said I would do just that but within that hour, I was going to sit down and write a review/report to the Revdex.com as well as gather my information to take to a lawyer first thing in the morning (and no this was not just a simple threat, I intended to do it). The guy said ok, ok, I will give you a full refund. He placed me on hold again and came back with a cancellation number, and stated that I would be fully refunded in 3-5 business days. I expect a full refund, however, I think this was biggest ripoff ever and I am saddened that we still have companies and people that work for companies that work everyday at taking from others. I don't expect to see a continuous amount of product as many of the people on here have indicated.

On 3/31/2020 I was charged on my credit card $89.95 for a trial order of Ketomaxx and Detoxmaxx that was placed on 3/14/2020 from which I paid $10.90 for the shipping cost. I tried several times to cancel the order but the phone number that was given was invalid. I was able to get a phone number through an agent from my credit card and asked for the company to reverse charges back on my card. The company stated that they would only give me a partial refund after they charge me for a restocking fee. I told them that would not be acceptable because I had tried several times to cancel the order. I informed the company that I was trying to resolve this matter and they continued to argue with me so I told them I would be reporting them to the Revdex.com.

I have gotten a one time only deal with keto max pills and they keep sending me pills and charging my account 90 dollars. I would like this to stop
My account keeps getting billed for products that I'm not even purchasing .. I would really like for this to stop.

Won't stop sending shipments despite cancelling 4 times. Was supposed to be a try one time deal.
Ordered as a "try once at a good deal". Shipments never stopped. I cancelled REPEATEDLY which was extremely difficult as the customer service email addresses are invalid, voicemail boxes are full, and it takes hours, literally to get someone to answer the phone. Each time I was assured that the shipments would stop. Yesterday, another was sent and my bank was sent into the negative by them taking another payment. This has to stop.

I ordered some detox pills a few months ago for a one time purpose only. I have been getting them in the mail ever since and I don't want them. I have emailed the business using the customer service email on the bottle and even tried calling but the phone line is disconnected and the emails get sent back to me. I believe this business to be a scam.

This compant falsely advertised a false free trial which turned out to be a subscription that was charged without my authorization.
On September 16, I signed up for a free trial for the Keto Maxx and Omega Maxx supplements from an ad on Facebook. It advertised that I would just pay shipping for a 30 day supply. I paid the shipping fees of 4.95 and 5.95 which posted at my bank on 9/16/2019. I received the products shortly after, tried them for a few days before choosing not to anymore because of digestion issues. I figured it was done but I discovered unfamiliar charges (named OrganicPremium-Bo and Newcleanse8882188 not one true company name) on November 7 and called my bank to file a claim for fraudulent charges. They told me I had been charged before on multiple occasions including on 9/30 for $88.97, 10/1 for $89.95 and 11/4 for $88.97 and $89.95, over $300. I have only received one shipment to date from September. I found a phone number on the bank charge and called it. They had all of my information on file. The woman said the first round of charges was actually for the free trial shipment, which defeats the purpose of the free trial and was also not notated. I was automatically signed up for the monthly subscription. Though clearly they didn't wait the 30 days to charge me and I only receive one shipment in nearly 2 months. She also said one monthly charge failed, which doesn't make sense since it hasn't even been 2 months yet. So I was charged for 2 shipments I haven't received. She also mistakenly said the second charge didn't go through even though it was clearly showing in my account, but corrected herself later. I asked to cancel and received an email, the first I'd ever received from OmegaMaxx Labs (***). I did not receive a confirmation for the original shipment or any notification of the monthly subscription so clearly they had my contact information and chose not to conduct their business transparently. The woman said that my next shipment was "on the way." If I receive it I plan to return it because of how terribly this company conducts business. Also, they seem to go by a bunch of different names. Currently if younsearch ketomaxx, all those links go to the Get Trim Pill Keto Now website so I'm guessing they rebranded themselves, oerhaps to avoid the backlash of this scam. There is no clear indication of the subcription up to card input and checkout of which I have screenshots. And there is also no documentation of the actual retail price, the nearly $90 dollars it costs for each bottle. It was an absolutely terrible experience.
