My Bank reach out to me to tell me of the 2 Large charges being put toward my Checking Account tried ever way to tell them I didn't want the stuff
I called the Number the Bank gave me and said no longer in service then went to Bottles and got same kind of massage the tried the Email address to tell them I did not like the product and wished not to get it and today I see 2 charges 1) $88.97 2) $89.95 for Products I did not want to get again but they charged my Bank Account and not happy to have hit Dead ends with the customer service lines not working and now out $179.92 for Products I didn't reorder and wanted to cancel out

My $179.92 for something I did not want and have not gotten any Messages that they are sending another shipment and hope they don't send it ! My Bank is Santander Bank US

REFUND REQUEST: I recently received 2 bottles of pills. 09/03 I received charges for 88.97 AND 88.95 which I did not authorize on my card.
On 9/3 - I just received additional charges of 88.97 AND 89.95 on my debit card.
I tried calling but all I got was voicemail and no call backs. I found no email to respond and I did NOT AGREE to theses charges. I'm retired and on a very very fixed income These charges should not be allowed with out additional contact to the consumer for approval.

Apparently,the original purchase of 1 bottle ended up being a glitch for an additional bottle to be added - 2 bottles. BOTH supposedly for a very small fee - being a Senior Citizen and reading the small print I didn't realize there would be additional charges or I would have cancelled my order immediately!! My entire income is going to be ALL OUT OF BALANCE because of these additional charges. I'm requesting a REFUND ASAP AND MY CARD TO BE CREDITED AND MY ACCOUNT TO BE CLOSED WITH YOUR COMPANY IMMEDIATELY! My finances do not allow these types of charges to be withdrawn from my account.

Desired Outcome

I am requesting a full refund IMMEDIATELY. I am also requesting my account with your company to be closed with NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES.

I ordered a box of keto max for 4.95 in August. The page glitched and Ordered me the keto detox for 5.95. Aug 24 you Guys have charged Me $178 !

Ordered product for shipping only and was then charged 2 different charges that were not authorized. I ordered a bottle of Ketomaxx for the cost of shipping $4.95 through a Instagram influencer ad. During the ordering process, the page glitched and there was a bottle of Detox also added for it's shipping charge $5.95. I have now been charged with two different charges on 8/24/2020 for $89.95 and on 8/24/2020 for $88.97 that were not authorized. I am not happy about the charges that were unexpected. I have also talked to my bank and my account has been froze and my card has been cancelled !. I have read others' complaints and seen the company's responses that we, as the consumers, needed to call and cancel the subscription within two weeks; however, that information was not on their website and even if we wanted to call, the phone number provided on the bottles does not work and is disconnected, and the second number I found sends you to a voicemail in which you leave your name and number for them to call you back and they never do. as I have been trying to contact you since 8/24/2020 after receiving the first unauthorized fraud!

I honestly am tired of being pushed in endless circles from your company, just want my $178 back since I have been struggling with this since august. I also want any subscriptions cancelled!

Thought I made a one time purchase but turns out it bills me an outrageous amount monthly and no way to cancel. Phone number doesn't work!

I ordered some cbd oil from maxx labs. thinking it was a trial offer. I received the product on 8/18/2020
I ordered some cbd oil from maxx labs. upon receiving the order I noticed they shipped me something I did not order and charged me for it. I tried every way I could to contact them with no avail. Now they have charged me 89.95 and 87.97. This is fraud at its highest point. I want my money back in full including the 70.00 for over draft charges. they say I oppted in on future shipments and charges. which I did not in anyway. give my money back.

The company lied about the price.And without my permission stole money out of my bank account.
The company misrepresented its self. I advertise diet pills for a free trial I just had to pay shipment. It was a lengthy advertisement. And since it was represented by Opera windfrey I had no reason to think it wasn't legit. I'm laid off my job due to corona 19. I'm on unemployment so I thought I would treat myself to something. The didn't say anything about money other than shipping. they took $178 out of me account. If I had ordered a 2nd bottle of the stuff I would pay for it. I didn't even see where they would tried to scammed me

I tried calling the number on the bottle to cancel my subscription, but keep getting an error message. I emailed them and they keep getting returned.
I am trying to cancel my subscription for ketomaxx and detoxmaxx. Every avenue to contact them is a dead end. I don't want to keep receiving these products as they don't work. If I don't cancel by the 31st, they will automatically bill me and send me more.

All I wanted to do was contact the company to cancel my subscription. The number on my bottles was invalid and there was no website that worked. If you are operating a legitimate business, I would think I would be able to contact them when I wanted/needed to.

Was not aware of reoccurring charge that would occur. $88.97 was charged to my account. I called phone number on bottle of pills, it was disconnected.
Ordered sample bottle of KetoMaxx for shipping charge only of $4.95. Bottle of DetoxMaxx was added on automatically with its own shipping charge of $4.95. This order was placed on August 14, 2020. I did not see any statement saying I would be automatically billed in the future for reoccurring orders. On August 29, 2020, $88.97 was charged to my bank account. I attempted to contact OmegaMaxx and the phone number on the bottle of pills was disconnected. After reading the many similar complaints on your website I decided to add mine.

I thought this was just a free trial as like others have stated and since then have been unable to contact company.
I thought this was a one time trial offer just like others have stated. However the company has continued to send product and taking money from my bank account without my okaying them to do so. I have tried to call them but automated voice stated unable to talk right now. Had I known they were going to do this I never would have bought trial bottle!! They signed me up for a subscription that I didn't ask for or approve.
I purchased two trial bottles of KetoMaxx and DetoxMaxx on 8/10/20 from their advertisement on Instagram for $4.95 and $5.95 respectively. I carefully examined the web site for any mention of subscription obligations and saw none so it appeared to be safe. On 8/25/20, I was charged $89.95 and $88.97 presumably for a subscription to these products. I tried calling the phone number on the bottle 833-277-3696 but it was unreachable. I learned that 833 area code numbers are often used by internet scammers. I then tried to reach the web site but it too was non-existent. I then contacted my credit union and cancelled the card used in the transaction, but it was too late. Because of these unscrupulous people, my bank account which had 0.56 in it was thrown into the negative by both transactions and I incurred $60 in overdraft fees. I'm contesting this with the help of my credit union as fraudulent transactions.

Desired Outcome

I don't think they can hit me again because I cancelled the card used to purchase the trial bottles, but they should be made to cancel my subscription that I never approved and reimburse me for the transaction costs as well as the overdraft charges. People like these should be stopped!

Although I'm grateful for the work of the Revdex.com in resolving this dispute and getting the company to refund the charges, the company response was inaccurate. First, there were no check marks in their Instagram advertisement to agree to the terms beyond selecting the trial product for ordering. Second, I tried calling their area code 833 phone number for customer support once I discovered the charges, but it isn't a valid number. I later learned that area code 833 numbers are frequently used by internet scammers. Third, I tried to email the [email protected] address on the bottle, but it returned as undeliverable. Finally, I tried the web site www.omegamaxx-labs.net, but it doesn't exist. This company's business practices are at best deceptive and at worst fraudulent.

Keto Maxx and Omega Maxx labs is a total FRAUD! They have stopped answering the phone number listed here, and the website is for a fertilizer/pesticide company.
I to thought I was only getting 1 bottle of keto maxx pills for 4.95. Now, I have a charge of $89.95 a month on my bank account. The initial trial has proven to me that the product does not work_ it is worthless powder in a capsule! Who knows what else they put in these pills? I need help in getting a full refund and cancellation of this program. I will report them to the Florida Attorney General/Fraud office if I don't get satisfaction.

I have been trying unsuccessfully to cancel my subscription within the time frame allowed.
I have been trying to cancel my subscription within the 14 day window. I cannot afford the auto ship. It will cause my account to become overdrawn. I am a single mother of 2. How are we supposed to cancel, if the company doesn't make it possible? I'm not certain of the exact date that I ordered. It was roughly 2 weeks ago. There are 2 products that were sent to me. That's 2 auto payments of $89.00 that will be coming directly out of my checking account. Right now the transaction is pending, but I have a call into my bank to stop payment. It shouldn't have to come to this.

I cannot find an email from your company and when I tried going on the website listed on the bottle, that is in the smallest print known to man, but it would not load properly for me. Several calls that were unanswered by your company also made it difficult to cancel within the expected time frame. I am happy that your response was quick and the resolution appropriate.

On August7,2020 at 12:56 p.m. I ordered the Keto Maxx for $4.95 but they also charged me the $5.95 for Keto Maxx now the are still charging my cashap
It was charged to my cash app card ending in*** on August 7,2020 at 12:56 p.m for $4.95 and then they charge $5.95 for something that I didn't even order. Now on August 24,2020 they charge my cash app card for $89.95 at 12:53 and again at 1:52 for$88.97 and I didn't give them permission for nothing but the $4.95 Keto Maxx weight loss the only one That I ordered. I ordered free with shipping and called them to stop any future orders. In July and August they changed me for more bottles which I never received..
I ordered this product "free just pay shipping". About 2weeks later I called the number on the bottle of Ketomaxx to cancel any future bottles. The person I spoke to said this offer does not include additional bottles being mailed so no reason to formally cancel. I thought the matter was settled. My checking account shows that on July and August 27th I was charged $89.95 each month for additional bottles.

I cannot reach the company by phone with the number on their bottle. I do not know how else to contact them. The auto response say I have reached a number with telephone restrictions.

I got an advertisement for a "free" trial of Omega Keto Pills. Got on the site and it said you needed to pay shipping. Shipping for BOTH pills that I did not want and said no thank you to was about 10 dollars. I thought we were done there, I never signed a contract or saw anything about a recurring subscription. I was never told that it was going to be deducted again and I read EVERYTHING! I have now had an 89.95 charge on my credit card which thanks to me trying to build my credit and having a extremely low limit has overdrafted my account causing a 39.00 fee. So I am out around 130.00 for nothing, the pills don't work and no number on the bottle works. I cannot even find the website again. I tried messaging on facebook and never got a response was left on "seen". I am not happy!
