I have called four times and spoke to various customer service reps to get a refund on products that were returned. PLease issue a credit to my cc.
Spoke to Samantha G., customer representative who gave us an RMA# XXXXXXXXX to return the current box of Ketomaxx pills (then a week later I received another box of pills) after cancelling the subscription which I never signed up for. The reference number for this is #XXXXXX and XXXXXX. The cancellation number is XXXXXX. Two boxes of two bottles each were returned to P.O. Box 10478-1002B South Church Ave., Tampa, FL 33629. We have asked for the credit on the original credit card. PLEASE HELP!

Like all the other reviews I to thought I was only getting 1 bottle of keto maxx pills for 4.95. I have tried calling the number given and look them up to cancel order. The phone number given just rings and rings or it disconnects you. I have looked on line to cancel order with no luck. This company does not even deserve a one star. I am getting charged $89.95 a month! The product does not work it sucks! I do not want this product! Need help on canceling this product.

I agreed to purchase this product at intro offer for shipping charges only. I have since been charged $89.00 twice on my card and only received one bottle. I tried both phone numbers associated and the email address and all have been disconnected.

I would like a refund of both charges of $89.00 for product that I did not order nor receive.

Tried contacting omega maxx labs via website no contacts were supplied for consumers assistance only a " [email protected]" on the box. Which we will try to contact them via email. Just feel it slip and disappear through the cracks.

Have been unable to reach Omega to cancel any further orders.
For over a week I have attempted reach Omega to cancel any further orders. I have been unable to get thru. The phone stated "all circuits are busy at this time please try later" . I have continued for over week with no results and I do not want to receive any more of their products. On 7/9 I was charge for two products Elevated clean body shine for $4.95 and Elevated clean line new skin for $5.95 both I do not paying for, but I do not want any more products from Omega. Since I have not been able to reach them to canceI, I am hoping you can help me.

I want them to STOP billing me and to STOP sending me product.
They put me on automatic billing and send me product without my permission. This is credit card fraud and abuse of a senior citizen.

First of all, they don't deserve even 1 star! I agree with Charlsey below. I ordered 1 bottle for $4.95 & 1 bottle for $5.95 on 6/1/2020. I didn't order any more. HOWEVER, on 7/24/2020 I got a repeat of the pills (that I didn't order) in the mail and charges of $89.95 & $88.97. I tried to contact the company today, 7/27/2020, but to no avail. I tried email, it's not a good email address. None of the phone numbers are available. I called my Credit Union to see if they could remove the charge. Unfortunately they explained that this KetoMaxx or DetoxMaxx "company" or whatever their name is, actually charged me for shipping initially and in the process, without me knowing or even agreeing to it, I signed up for recurring charges. The Credit Union said it's between the company and me, the CU couldn't do any more. She tried to see if she could find an email for me, but couldn't. I did cancel my credit card with my Credit Union because she said there are more charges already. I've already incurred $357.84 and I want a full refund - if I can get in touch with someone. By the way, the phone number you list on your own site isn't a good number "from my calling area", whatever that means. This is a total rip-off company!!!

I attempted to trial/purchase 1 bottle of Keto Maxx, expecting to pay $5.95 for shipping. 2 weeks later, company tried to bill my creditcard for $89
Purchased/trial for Keto Maxx on 6/4/20, during transaction, another ad popped up for Detox Maxx, which I didn't want, but the only button to press was "continue here." So I pressed it thinking that I will get to a confirmation screen before hitting "Complete Order" but it went straight to completing my order with no confirmation number, and no confirmation email. I tried to look for a contact number and details regarding any recurring payments, I found none for these products. Credit card company notified me that there was an attempt to charge my card $89.95 on 6/25/20, which I did not authorize. I tried to call the product company but a message stating no one is available comes on then hangs up. I can't find any other contact info of how to stop the transaction.

May 3 charge CBD oil I thought was free trial. No packing slip or return address. A second charge on June 3 and another bottle. Total $180 charged.
The first charge appeared on my card on May 3 and a bottle of CBD oil arrived some after that. There was no paperwork and no return address other than Fulfillment Center. I called the phone number on my credit card statement but they answer "Customer Support" and wouldn't identify the company they work for. I disputed the charge which showed something like "Organic Myketo". I forgot about it until I spotted another charge (each charge was for $90 totaling $180). My credit card company advised calling them and answering their questions since they had my card number anyway. I did this and they then cancelled what they called my "automatic order". I swear I didn't order this stuff and wonder if a card was required for shipping charges for a sample or something like that. I would love to see that internet page to see how I fell for this. I think these people are crooks.

Scam artists. They offer free samples, just pay for shipping. They automatically start shipping you products that #1 you didn't order or authorize, #2 The items are listed differently from what you first tried as samples. #3 The tel.# listed on your bill is bogus. #4 When you call them to return the product they tell you that you have to pay for shipping and that there's a 70 dollar restocking fee. They don't even deserve the one star

This site is a scam, it deserves no stars. These folks tried to charge me $89.95 and $88,97. My bank declined the $88.97charge. I called my bank to report fraudulent charges. My banker got one of their reps on the phone and they claimed they would send an email cancelling a subscription I never authorized and provided a claim cancellation number. They claimed they would also provide a $60 refund. We are waiting to see if they will refund the $60 but meanwhile my bank fraud department is investigating this vendor. Also they placed a stop payment order against this payee so they can't debit my account again.

I replied to an offer for a trial at one price and was charged a different price - there was no information about this charge on the offer.
I paid 4.95 for CBD Capsules and 5.95 for CBD Oil and on June 17my credit card was charged $88.97 and $89.95. When I called then they said they would only refund $40 dollars for each purchase . I did not agree to these charges and they were not indicated on the offer.

I ordered a trial of CBD oil from this company for $4.95. In the process of checking out, I inadvertently responded to an offer of another oil and capsules for $4.95 and $5.95 respectively. I immediately send an email to their support site and asked them to cancel the second two-item order. I received an immediate response saying the order had been shipped but I could return the unopened package free.

I waited but the second order never came and I wasn't sure the one box I did get was the right one so I never opened it. I again contacted them by email and asked for a refund of the two I didn't get. No response but then I got a credit card billing of $89.95 and I couldn't understand why. I talked with support person but was only able to obtain refund of $40. of the 89.95 plus the previous $10.90 not refunded. I had my account canceled but was still out about $100. for a sample item I have never tried.

I finally found another online ad for the product similar to the ad I had seen and found at the very end under terms and conditions in miniature print, not at all obvious, that without responding I had been signed up for ongoing monthly shipments at $89.95. I wrote an angry email expressing my disgust with their company. Each time my credit card was billed, it was billed to a different company which I believe is unethical. I demanded a full refund and determined to write a complaint about such sneaky, unfair practices to Revdex.com. I see now that others have complained of similar difficulties. What is my recourse to recover funds unintended to be taken from my credit card'

If this is an unethical practice others have experienced, how can the company be tagged as unsafe and forced to pay up? Any input you can provide will be appreciated. Thank you for your attention.

Refund I want full refunding of expenses I did not want and did not knowingly approve. Finding the small print notification does not justify their actions nor does their refusal to refund full amount. Specifically I am looking for a refund to my credit card (or a refund check directly to me) or $60.90 which represents products paid for and not received and a monthly charge I did not authorize. I'd also like some kind of censure on the company so others will not be caught in the same unethical web.

Ordered a free trial online and two weeks later was charge 88.97 and 89.95 which I didn't authorize or receive any additional product .
I ordered one free bottle of Ketomaxx and one free bottle of detox Maxx and only had to pay for shipping and handling. Two weeks later I was charge 88.97 and 89.95.between contacting them and my credit card company I've got nowhere. I never received any additional product and I never authorized the company to take those amounts from my card.

We finally got the correct part and now there is another part the scissor mechanism needs to be replaced. It was another week. The wonderful service company finally got the part and came yesterday. spent a long time but in putting the chair back together they noticed now the wood frame was cracked. Now I am informed it will be at least another 7 days for them to get a new back made for the chair. I can say they are trying but this has been a nightmare for a 76 year old man to be yet another 1 to 2 week without his lift chair that he requires.
Also now I hear Revdex.com has closed the case? Why on earth was this closed?
