About 5 days ago, I downloaded what I THOUGHT was the Code of Ethics for the National Association of Social Workers (NASW). But what I really got was a disaster! My laptop was immediately infested with malware, viruses, and programs that were designed to destroy my built in internet security protection and then a ton of phishing type sites bombarded me with pop ups and ads. So, I went to the store and bought [redacted] Internet Security 2015. I installed the program and my computer seemed to be working much better...but some of the pop ups were still occurring. So tonight, I called [redacted] technical support and I was SO HAPPY that I did! They looked around on my laptop and discovered that these malwares and viruses were literally destroying my computer. After being educated by the One Solution technical team, it was clear that I needed a "deep cleaning". My laptop is only a few months old, so I wanted their help with the issues. They told me that it would cost me $240.00 US, which was alarming, but I decided to pay it and let them help me. They took a few hours to clean out my system and get my laptop healthy again. Now, I have 5 different heavy duty anti-virus and malware programs installed on my system guaranteed for 5 years. I am protected from any type of virus or dangerous intruders and I am so very happy with One Solution and their team of experts. If I didn't make contact with them and get their assistance, my laptop would have been completely destroyed and all of my personal information and financial information would have been available to anyone. They were so very nice, courteous, and patient and took the time to answer all of my questions.
