One Solutions Inc did a fantastic job in clearing my computer from many viruses. I really appreciate the patience and care they put into their work.

I was somewhat disappointed that several of the issues which with I was concerned are styill plagueing my computer and me. When we try to use a search engine , multiple pop-ups occur blocking the screen. No matter how many times we run scans or try to rid our computer of these annoyances, we are not able to do this. I thought that was one of the issues raised along with telling us that th request for a security password was not a Norton problem. IT is still there and keeping us from using certain websites .
