feedback more if you would have mailed us directly with this issue. It saddens us to see that our customers or people do not attempt to resolve their issues with the merchant/business first before escalating their concerns to 3rd party agencies.
In case you did face these problems with our agents, we greatly apologize for the inconvenience and stress caused to you.
Just to be clear, our technicians do not represent themselves as a part of Microsoft, but they do clearly state that some of them are Microsoft Certified Techs, which is a certification any technician can get by passing a test. Also clearly mentioned on our website in the disclaimer is that we are not affiliated with any brand or organization unless explicitly displayed on our website.
As for the password and locking up the computer, that is something which is not possible to do. The technicians do require you to key in a password so they can access your computer after restarting it once they install the security software. This is done so you do not have to remain on the phone for 2-3 hours while they fix your system.
We do not have any record of a transaction with your name. Please provide us with a date, amount and phone number you called from so we can pull up the details and call recordings. Also, it would be great if you could specify the agents name who answered your call and took access of your computer.
Again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused to you and can assure you that once we do look into the records and call recordings, we shall take strict action against the specific technicians and also shall put in checks and measures to ensure that this is not repeated.

I tried to work with the company four times and each time they demanded credit card numbers to help me resolve the problem they purposefully created on my laptop. I never gave them the credit card information because I was watching them cause issues by locking my laptop. Each time I called and requested the legal department, a manager or Supervisor they demanded my credit card and said they could easily fix the problem they caused if I would pay them. They said they never spoke to me and would not help without money.
They clearly stated they were [redacted] employees and were certified representatives of [redacted] This is how they convinced me to give them access to my computer. They have no intention of resolving this issue without obtaining my financial records. When I told them they were a scam they locked down my laptop and hung up on me. Their response to this complaint is just more of what I have already heard from them. The two 800#'s are XXX-XXX-XXXX and they called me from XXX-XXX-XXXX. Again I spoke with many of their employees and no one will help. If you look on the Internet there are many, many complaints of One Solution, Inc scamming people into technical support. They need to be stopped and forced to pay for ruining my computer and files. We are a [redacted] Ministry being taken advantage of by this company misrepresenting themselves as [redacted] and then they hold you hostage. PLEASE HELP!!!

They were helpful and patient with what my problem was on my computer. My computer is working fine now.

My experience with One Solution Inc. was quite positive. They took care of my computer problems. The technicians were very patient (with my questions) and helpful. I spoke with Kevin at first, then with Henry, both were nice.
