Very clear with instructions, and appreciated the complete work done.

Problem was handled quickly and accurately. People were responsive. Computer works much better.

I just completed a long session with "[redacted]" of One Solution Inc. I was very happy with his work and technical expertise related to my problem and, therefore I'm writing this review.
Although I'm not finished installing all the software, I just wanted to show my appreciation for his professional service.
He was a pleasure to work with and I now recommend this company to my associates as well.

After working with these people for 6 hours personally, and then allowing them fo work on it for another several hours the problem was not solved. Called them and worked with them for another 4 hours the next day and still have issues.

I had a positive and productive experience with One Solution. The pricing seems fair. My unfortunate experience is that it seems that I was scammed by another company [redacted] for $700 !!!) that was, to the best of my knowledge, offering the same service. As a result, I was extremely apprehensive about this interaction with One Solution.
The One Solution tech took me to some websites (including the Revdex.com webpage) to indicate to me that they are legitimate. This was comforting because I used to be a Revdex.com Board Member in Missouri. So....I am placing my faith not only in One Solution but also in Revdex.com......at this point, all I can do is keep my fingers crossed.

I am very pleased with this service. All members are very respectful,nice and handle your information carefully to the best professional standards.. I recomend them to everyone .. thank you ...
