One Solution lets different companies to use its gateway(merchant account) and they are the biggest scams in world...They let companies from india use there gateway who in return scam people thrugh telephone...They take hundreds of dollars to fix up the issues which are baseless and can be solved by a local technician at very cheap costs........so people please beaware of these frauds.....most probably you get unwanted pop ups on your system stating phone numbers which lands up in in different scaming tech support companies across the world each time you call them......[redacted] SCAMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I appreciate the work that was done by both of the people who worked with me for almost three hours very patiently and kindly. I live in an assisted living facility and am in my apt alone many hours. My computer is very important to me and keeps me connected to the outside world and to my family who live away. I am very grateful for this day's work and the workers, one named Michael but I don't know the other one's name, sorry. I am happy to get the infections taken away from this computer and hope that it will be safe now.

The problem was really never fixed. The solution was a work around the problem by creating another profile. However, I had no idea how much work would be required to get some of my programs working again with the new profile. After 3 days of work I finally got my programs working correctly again. I was never told how much work would be involved with a new profile. If this happened to someone with little experience they would have no chance of getting their system working without spending a few more sessions with One Solution. You end up running a program and finding out it doesn't work and One Solution fixes it and then you run another program and you would have to go through the whole procedure again.

very quickly solved my computer problem seemed to be very knowlegable. Would recommend highly. Ryan [redacted] worked quickly and had my computer up and running.

This is by far the best tech support I have ever had, they are very intelligent and know exactly how to fix the problem..I would highly recommend them to anyone needing help.
