This is a great company. I bought a new computer ad there was no problem putting the programs to keep my computer safe on the new one. I highly recommend this company!

I was provided with excellent service and the reps were very friendly

I was assisted by a young lady named Diana [redacted] and a man named James. I had a lot of issues with my computer, most of which I hadn't known were there until Diana took the time to point them out. She explained everything to me and made sure I understood what was wrong and what was going to happen. She was considerably knowledgeable; and she very kind and patient and fun to talk to. James did an excellent job fixing what was wrong and my computer was working faster right away. He was also thorough in maintaining contact with me over several hours, and he was very helpful and considerate in ensuring I knew what he had done. He also took the time to download programs that would help me maintain my computer from here on out, which I wouldn't even have known to ask for. And then the supervisor, Jason, made sure I was satisfied with my computer before concluding the services. Amazing job all around, and I greatly appreciate all your help and kindness!
