VERY DISAPPOINTED THAT I WAS CONTACTED AT MY JOB WHEN I DID NOT GIVE THEM MY JOB PHONE NUMBER AND WHEN I SAID I DIDNT HAVE TIME TO TALK THE REP GOT AN ATTITUDE AND STATES "WELL DID YOU NOT HAVE TIME TO TALK ALL THE OTHER TIMES WE CALLED YOU TOO?" IT IS NOT YOUR PLACE TO GET AN ATTITUDE WITH ME NOR IS IT SETTING A GOOD EXAMPLE FOR YOUR COMPANYSECOND, IF IM AT WORK AND SAY IM BUSY, OBVIOUSLY I NEED TO WORK TO PAY MY LOAN WITH YOU, SO STOP BOTHERING ME SO THAT I CAN WORK AND POTENTIALLY NOT LOSE MY JOB!! CAUSE LOSING MY JOB IS NOT GOING TO PAY THE BILLS!! IF I DIDNT GIVE YOU A PHONE NUMBER, THEN DONT CALL IT!

Dennis was very courteous and thorough when he was here to give our furnace a winter tune upWe have used Burkhardt Heating for a number of years and will continue to do so

So I don't kno where I shall begin! First and foremost VERY UNPROFESSIONAL They do not rush nor will they keep u updated, u have to call many times to get answers Loan says it will take day It took me a full week to get someone to follow thruI gave my info over the phoneI was told by people It was defiantly approved I asked again and they said "defiantly not NO" I waited all day for the call I called them and they said u need to come here and sign papers u have till 4:it was 300pm - and a FridayThey are closed till Monday I get there it's a huge parking lotDifferent levels many storesSo after driving around for minutes I called and asked what are some landmarksAnd the operater says we rnt a store we are an officeGo all the way till u can't go anymoreI said ok- but where ? what end? What store are u byAgain she says we arnT a store we are an office , I said YOU KEEP SAYING THAT- and she said "and" so I hung up and found it myselfLastly I get there pouring rain rush hour traffic Soaked I walk in- I get called to the back- and they tell me I wasn't approved - so before telling someone who is depending on a Loan for a vacation that weekendYou would think they would have had all their stuff together , if they asked for stuff to be faxed or emailed sooner then when u walk inThey would be able to save pple a lot of time yes- that's right- waited till Friday at to tell me after I rushed up there , I believe it was done on purpose because I had gotten into it with one of them and they wanted to waste my time , work ethic isn't like it use toBe WOULD NEVER go back to this branch and calling cooperate

One Main loves to offer you more money to run your credit and then deny approvalIt happened twice to meAlso I never said I wanted the auto plan so they added the auto plan anywayIf I could start over I never would have chose One Main Financial

Well, I did think this company was OK, until I got a little late on my paymentsI did NOT want to my loan and take out more money, just to be caught up and current right now When I did not do that, and I did not agree with them saying I was not "keeping up my end" by making sure I found a way to make sure stayed in touch with them, after telling them that my phone was not getting reception well where I live, and I get no cell phone service in the building where I work, my work phone is not an option (business only), and I sometimes don't get my messages until later on in the evening....all of this I informed them I also informed them I would be making a payment to them, I guess not as soon as they would like, and another one in two weeks when I got paid again After all this, that I did inform them of, and communicating to them that I was catching up on my own, I feel as though they retaliated against my and put not one, but marks against my credit Not denying that I am a little behind right now, but those marks against my credit did not show up until after I didn't exactly assimilate As I told them, I am a good person with a good job I have had for years, who has just hit a little rough.....not the first in my years of life....and will get back on track Don't need chastised, or expected to feel like being late on my payments and having a poor credit score for a little while, is the end of the worldSome of their customers might feel that way, but don't try and make me feel that way, or that they will make it worse because I didn't get caught up the way they wanted me to, or at the pace they wanted me to

Honestly I will probably never borrow from them againI applied to borrow $1500, they talked me into $It seemed like a pretty good dealI was a little skeptical because she mentioned that the interest is put on the front of the loanI don't think I fully understood until I looked at my credit report and no I owe almost double what I borrowedDevastatedI can only blame myself for letting them take advantage of meNever again!

I went into one of the branches with no prior knowledge of how loans worked, and the representatives there seemed really eager to assist me which was greatAs I was being informed of how much Inwas to be approved for, the representative began to ask me to sign documents without thoroughly explaining what each document was forI was signed up for life insurance road side assistance to name a fewOnce I seen the paperwork in its entiretyI asked if could return it I promptly told noGood customer service only to hide all of the products that you didn't ask to receiveI will never recommend anyone to this company

Very friendly and helpful

My expectation was to get a personal loan, but they insisted on my car as collateral and even then they charged me very high interest rate, not really happy with that

Not impressed at allThey are misleadingI was told after my loan approval (I asked directly) that my interest rate would be 11%After getting and signing the paperwork I noticed the rate was actually around 30%!!! Very shady lending practices!

This place is flat out ridiculousThey sign you up for all the extras, including insurance in case you loose your job, so your payment is paidWell right into month into my loan on a car I was in an accident, during which my car was completely totaledNow at this point they've already got $in payments from me, but the insurance company offers a couple hundred over the purchase price, and they refuseAfter going back and forth they reach an agreement..my insurance company ends up paying right at what the asking price was, with taxNot long after it is all settled I lost my job unexpectedly only to find out a few months down the road that OneMain still wanted ANOTHER $from me, and on top of that charged me interest the entire time, even though I was under the impression it was settledSince the beginning of dealing with this I've been told many different things, but always given the run-aroundThe amount has ballooned to a couple thousand at this point and has started hurting my credit score
This company is greedy, they do not care about their customers, they do not see people, they see dollar signs and profitThat is it I will continue to spread the word about how they treat people after taking their hard earned money They just care about money, customer satisfaction is a complete joke to them Stay away from them
Go ahead and say you had a good experience, but that doesn't matterIn a month period they gave me a loan, and I had it paid in full with over a thousand paid in interestIN DAYS...AND THEY WANT MORE!!!

I was pleasantly surprised about how easy and painless it was to apply and receive a personal loan The customer service was top notch and he went above and beyond I would and do highly recommend

They are an excellent company!!! They replaced steam boiler on my family and a gas boiler on my other rental They are professional, timely, and very fair in pricing! I am going to continue using them for all my buildings!! The owner is extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work with! I am totally impressed with the quality of work and their service!! I would highly recommend them!
