This is my 2nd lpoan that I have recieved, the staff was very friendly curtious and helpfulI will recommend them to other people

They were so helpful and were able to make sure I needed the right amount to get my started to get me out of debt

Ok if you can't get a loan anywhere else I should have shopped around

We have been car shopping for about a month now after totaling our family vehicleMy partner has the better credit and was recommended by a private seller to Cheryl V*** for financing as the One Main Financial ***, OH branch is nearby the sellerIt has been difficult at best to get an understanding from Cheryl concerning financing options and the terms of the sameWhile she was insistent on a particular vehicle, once we discovered that the $6,was financed at 25% over months, that vehicle was not a viable option for us(Our plan is to pay down if not pay off the loan as soon as I receive my tax refund, but am receiving less than expected.) When we inquired about other vehicles, she pressed us for the original vehicle and then insisted on a dealer "that does a lot of business with One Main." However, she told my partner that he has days to close on a vehicle, but when I contacted her Tuesday, February 13th about a more affordable and efficient option for our family, she again insisted upon this other dealer and although I provided her with information from the private seller, she stated that she would not be able to get the loan pushed through until next weekWednesday I tried to inquire what further info/action is needed for approval as well as what we would need to bring to the bank to close and was told that all I needed to worry about was getting my partner and his co-signer to provide a time they are available on FridayWhen my partner contacted her while on a break from work, she told him the sameI urged him to press her for more details so that we would not travel the distance unprepared and she informed him that she was unable to process the loanAs Cheryl is out of the office Thursday, the 15th, I asked who else would be able to assist us and she informed me "no one." When I asked to speak to the manager she told me that the manager was on vacation and when I thanked her and began to disconnect, she proceeded to say, "Well you're not on the loan anyway so..." I didn't hear the rest of her comment but find her service very unprofessionalIn addition, the time wasted dealing with her, has cost our family precious time and money

It was enjoyable, very pleasurable & I can't say enough great things about my experience!!! They were so helpful & genuinely caring of my questions & needsThey definitely deserve the recognition for a job well done!!!!

Customers Beware! Terrible service Dean and Troy, from Burkhardt, came, on April 26, 2017, to clean my air ducts Before they left, I noticed quite a bit of large, dark, dust *** and grit on the upstairs, bathroom floor I showed the mess to Troy who picked up two of the dust *** and said it was fine After they left, I went back up to get rid of the extra dust they left behind in my bathroom, and discovered that the entire second floor was covered with large, dark, dust *** and grime, kicked up from their work I called to complain about the mess they left behind Dean and Troy returned to my house and afterwards asked me to call the owner of the company, Doug These young men made a mistake, a fixable one, in leaving my home a mess It wasn't the end of the world, but it was an inconvenience to my time, energy, and healthSo I thought Doug and I would work out a suitable agreement so that we could both feel like we could continue to do business together The company installed my furnace in the past, and I trusted themOn the phone, Doug called me a liar without ever asking me any details about my experienceHe began a long, rage-filled rant about how his company was the best rated on Angie's List, and how he was sick of customers wanting money back, and he told me that I could tell everyone that he was mean to me and that he yelled at me because he does not give money back, but he will give me a certificate for a free furnace tune up His rant went on for so long that I eventually put him on speaker phone so that people in my office could hear what I was being exposed toAt one point I felt concerned for him and offered that we take a break an try again To which he told me that he does not give back money and would still only offer me a certificate for a free tune up, (why would I ever, at this point let his company back in my house?) then he started back to yelling at me, and as he said, "all his other customers who want to bankrupt him." If Doug will treat his customers this way, I wonder how he treats his employees

I am very pleased to be working with One Main again Easy to work with comparable interest rates Love the auto payment and being able to make payments on line! Great locations! Great people!

Awful experience! Very misleadingThey say your approved, all you need is your ID prove of residence and pay stubThen you go to the branch they make you feel so uncomfortableMy experience was awful, it felt shadyThe guy kept coming back with excuses why it was taking so longI was in the room alone for almost an hourWas told they were waiting on one more documentI told them I had to pick up my son and to please call me and I would come back to sign the documentsI never got a call, nor a call back or returned emailI log in to the website and it says I am deniedNo explanation just a hard inquiry on my credit report, and made to feel like I'm not even worth a min phone call to explain whySo unprofessionalI wish I read all these negative reviews before I applied

My experience led me to believe your company is incredibly misleadingThe lady tried to skim past the Insurance part and just get me to initial the bottom of the pageHaving been a victim before, I knew betterI asked her to scroll back up to show me the breakdown of the chargesThere was a $insurance fee that was includedI told her that I didn't want that and she hesitantly went and removed itI feel bad for all the other people that have initialed the page by trusting your company
She did get me on the interest charges by dodging the question I unknowingly agreed that I would pay the same amount of interest no matter how soon the loan was paid off
I am grateful that I got a loan but I feel that your company is shady

I had a very pleasant experience dealing with Roger in Harrisonburg The process was smooth and I was approved for more than I expected The billing is a little confusing and does not coincide with my online account, though I have an idea of how much the monthly payment is so I can plan accordingly

Just finished paying-off a $4,loan to One Main Financial (formerly Springleaf Financial)Took the loan in 2014, because my credit was bad and I had no other optionsForty-two monthly payments later, I have paid more than $7,(which entails a 76% interest rate)I want to be clear: this company has not broken any laws (that I am aware of)However, I am submitting this review to the Revdex.com because this company personifies the notion of 'predatory lending'It offers loans to individuals with bad credit and NO other options, and charges them exorbitant interest rates comparable to criminal loan sharksSome of their customers will NEVER be able to pay off their loans, because they are making minimum monthly payments and the interest compounds on a daily basisWhile not illegal, this company and practice is IMMORALLet there be no mistake about thatI will NEVER do business with them again
