I seal coated the parking lot at highlands self storage and done it on the customers preferred schedule. The job was done neatly and on time. A rain shower came without warning and splashed some sealer on 2 of the buildings. I tried to have my crew clean it and even hired extra help to do so. After...

the customer wasn't happy with the cleaning on the small areas on the bottom of the buildings I offered to re paint the areas. He said no and asked for $18,000 instead. I know for a fact that it would not cost $18,000 to correct this problem, I am not responsible for non forecasted rain and I offered 2 solutions that the customer rejected. I offered to have the affected areas repainted and would still do so. I would have a metal refinisher come out and estimate the cost and pay out of pocket. I am not however going to be extorted out of $18,000.

I am rejecting this response because:
I have already told them I have 20 year warranty on building panels which would be voided if painted . I did not make up prices it is for replacing the building panels that were damaged I have all estimates from building manufacture .Also for rest roping lot which was never finished. My facility was perfectly clean before the very sloppy Sealcoat job . You can pay the manufacture directly . I want my facility the way it was before the exceptionally sloppy work.

You were very happy when we were done and had no problems paying. When I asked where to put the brush the response I got was "it didn't matter cause I'm burning it anyways" and I said you didn't have to pay until I was completed with the job....

You were satisfied with the job that we did so you paid, so that means you were happy. But then after the job had been completed you called and complained even though we agreed that I would just drag the brush back there.

You are not telling the truth about where to put the branches or stacks pile where I could burn it. I told you the exact spot where I had burned before and you agreed on deal when you started to stack brush in pile so I could burn. Yes, I was pleased with the tree removal but did not go to field and check on how limbs were stacked. When checked next day I was very unhappy.If I would have checked on pile before you left you would not have got paid until done right & thats reason I wrote cant be trusted unless I watched very close. Pictures will show there is no way it could be burned. Neither you or your brother told the truth about how it was stacked before you left place. To prove your word is no good [redacted] you told me at last phone call on X-XX-XX you would come back and take care of pile after 7-4-16 & today is 7-11-16.

I am reporting this business to the Office of the Louisiana Attorney General. This business takes advantage of people in the worst way. A person would be better off borrowing money from a thug on the street than this place.

I am writing in response to a complaint filed against Princeton Lakes Apartments by [redacted].
On October 1, 2012, [redacted] and [redacted] moved in at Princeton Lakes Apartments, not 2013 as stated in the original complaint. At their initial lease signing, they signed our Pet...

Addendum and agreed to pay a one-time, $200 Non-Refundable Pet Fee per pet, not $150 as also stated in the original complaint. This fee is charged in lieu of a monthly pet rent that most apartment complexes charge.At Move-Out, we ask our carpet cleaners to come in and give us an estimate for all carpet cleanings. At the time of their move-out, a black light was used and it was determined that the carpet had cat urine and would need treated. I have attached a copy of the original estimate and we have pictures if copies of them are needed.
Once all the move-out charges are calculated, a Security Deposit Disposition is mailed to the resident and they are given 30 days to contact us to make payment arrangements. If no arrangements are made, then the balance owed is turned over to our collection attorneys, LB Gray.
In November 2013, Princeton Lakes had a change in managers and the file was not sent to collections. After a recent audit of our collection accounts, we contact LB Gray and was informed that we were well within the legal statute of limitations of 6 years and we turned the account over for collection.

The men that have been using our name is [redacted] and [redacted]. They have tried to scam our insurance company as well as many other things. Thats why we do carry all papers with us at all times and we have permits with all workers. Again I am sorry this has happened to you. I hope you get this resolved.

The truck they were driving had a sign on the side identifying them as C and J Tree Service. I am curious as to how they ended up with a truck from the company if they are not connected to the company.

Sorry about the family issues. I hope the following information is helpful to you. The first time they were out, one truck was a Chevy with a license plate of either [redacted] or [redacted] That was not the truck with the magnetic sign. The second time they came out it was in a different truck, with an elderly lady in the front seat. That time one of the two males called someone else on his cell phone for guidance. So, a third or fourth person is involved.

These guys are well one of them is my ex-husband and it was a magnet that was stolen from my truck. And for that and a few other reasons I had changed my company name many months ago for this reason. Because of all the legal matters over this I am not at liberty to say any more. Again I am sorry this happen to you and I would 100% agree at any time a company should show proof of insurance thats why I have it for my company and it can always be verified. If everyone would check company's credentials things like this would be less likely to happen.

I am the owner of the company. And I am very aware of this situation. I would like to see some picture for the simple fact we racked the whole yard. I was their to over see this. You call cussing my employees calling them stupid son of a bhes...

and all kinds of things. Past the fence in your back yard is a wooded area and with all the wind we have gotten Im sure you have alot of sticks in your yard. I bet its not easy keeping up with all those sticks as you get older but cutting and trimming your trees that YOU AGREED to do does NOT come with a life time service of racking your yard. Yes and the base of your walnut tree their was a 3in in diameter hole from the rotting of the tree but as you saw further up that tree it was darn near hollow. Now when you show the pictures make sure the date is that Tuesday, We came out on that Monday and did a walk around with your husband and it was to wet and we agreed to return the next day even though you called cussing us that day We did show up the next day which was Tuesday.So make sure the date is correct. Now your husband said you was mad that he spent the money to get this tree work done so now we are getting the brunt of something that has nothing to do with us we did everything that was agreed upon we don't collect unless you are happy. For some reason older folks think that they are getting scammed every time they pay for work that they want done and use the "I'm a senior citizen" card but your mouth work shows your not such a sweet senior citizen you are trying to portray you called us every name in the book and even at that my guys told you we would not return if you didn't stop. But scene we do take pride in doing what we say we did return and did what could be done everything short of running a vacuum cleaning over you yard. I am sorry you can not be satisfied even though we have done everything we could possible do this is just one of those times you can't make someone happy. Like another tree company told me when I started he said it's rough out here and you can not please everyone no matter how hard you try you just have to learn to walk away.

Review: I applied for a loan online with this company. [redacted] called me last week and asked many questions and asked me to send my paystubs, etc to continue the loan. I sent this on Monday and called him twice and he has never returned my calls. Starting to worry that this is not a leguite company and am worried because they have my personal info. Could you please check on this company?Desired Settlement: Would like to make sure they are not using my personal info and that they are would they said they are. I don't have the best credit but a response as to if I qualified or not would be nice. I would feel better knowing they are doing something with my info.

Review: On March 7, 2015 I received a call at 7:30 pm from a person asking for me by my entire name. I asked who they were three times and they finally identified that they were with One Main Financial. The initial call the service representative misreprented themselves by appearing to be one of my close fiends/associates. I feel like this was a very deceptive practice that was both unprofessional and disturbing to me.Desired Settlement: I would like the amount of my loan to be reduced anywhere from $500-$1000
