Very unprofessional
I Have a current loan with OneMain for the last two years. My father been having some medical issues for the last 9 month. Anyways took a leave of absence from my job the last two months. I wasn’t receiving my usual income but was able to maintain my bills until last month when I returned to work. I was match with OneMain to get a loan. Everything was cleared and I was to electronically sign the document. I was told the night before my dad had a heart attack. Thank god he didn’t. but it was upsetting and emotionally draining and the agent knew I was dealing with the situation with my father long distance. Anyways I’m resting only to be awakened by the agent to be told unfortunately we cannot fund the loan due to your income. After she denied using the money I received from my rental property and child support and I told her I took a leave so paycheck wouldn’t reflect my income nor the bank that my direct deposit goes into. When I call back to speak to the manager of the branch who I was dealing with initially and who told me I was approved. She then say's, oh I thought you said your son was eighteen that you received child support for. And when I told her she was rude she chuckled. Really witch. Just BS and her way of not approving the loan on her own personal determination.

This was the first time I applied for a loan the team At One Main Finacial was great they guided me through the process and got me approved for the loan I needed to rebuild my credit!! Thank you Oswego team!!

SCAM! DO NOT APPLY! I applied for a loan because Credit Karma told me my chances were high of getting approved and I could consolidate some debtLike everyone else's complaints, they told me I was instantly approved and then called me saying it was for a lower amount because of my incomeI still accepted the offer, and was told I would get my money the next day after submitting ALL my personal info to themLike an itNow there is no money in my account, and they are not answeing my callsDo not fall for this scam of a company! Kal from Minnesota was the person helping meWho knows where they are really located, but I now realize they are probably stealing identities or up to something badNow I have to close my accounts and protect my info, on top of already being stressed over debt! I thought this was an opportunity to rebuild my credit, but now I see they are just taking advantage of those who are already down I've also seen several claims of people having to sign their vehicles over as collateralBEWARE!!!!! I can't believe this has happenedDon't trust recommendations'from just anyone!

The office in [redacted] ,Pa are crooksThey told my husband and I that we had to take out insurance even though we refused it, stating that if my husband could not work anymore they had to get paid and then they told us we had to take out an additional $and was later told by another branch and a few people from their executive officeI'm not even sure if I was put through to an executive office, I believe its the same people at the branch in [redacted] I have been seems trying to resolve this matter and have been given the run aroundHow can an executive office not oversee a branch managerI am far from slow and I would Never recommend using this loan service to AnyoneNow we have been trying to fight this and all we keep getting is the staff in [redacted] Please if you come across times that you need finances do not use this company periodOne main as a wholeOne apple spoils the bunch

Hello Thank you for the opportunity to give feedback My input is two fold I appreciate the overall professional interaction I experienced with the loan process and agents working with me The website is not user friendly at all It rarely works Gives messages as if I'm a new client each time I've tried using it It takes 2-times to reenter my information to be acknowledged Each time, It doesnt recognize my auto pay account for additional payments Very frustrating!!

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The claim that anything more than $of labor was authorized is falseThe inspection of the part of the car that needed repair was incomplete and so the work was misquotedThe mistake is the shop/mechanic's responsibility, and it is poor and suspect business practice to perform and charge for work that was not discussed prior to it being done As for "not showing" for my initial appointment: I had arranged to drop the car off in the morning of 5/17/16, but my schedule did not allow itI called the shop during their business hours and left a message (no one answered) to inform them that I wouldn't be able to make it, and they called me back and said that bringing it the next day would be no inconvenience When called when the work was completed: I expressed to the shop owners my irritation that work was performed without my approvalThey offered that I could use the $being charged toward a complete repair, but we both said that we would discuss it further the next day when I picked up the carI did not agree over the phone to pay the incorrect $charge The interaction described in their response is inaccurate and incomplete: I was forced to stand and wait for mins outside their shop until the owners arrived at 10:30am (they advertise being open at am)When asked to verify that work was done, Bob (mechanic and owner) became visibly irritated as if I had made an unreasonable requestI became suspicious that any extra work had been done at all if he was hesitant to show meI calmly tried to explain that, as a shop mechanic myself (bikes), I understand how quotes work and that time in a shop is valuable, but Bob immediately escalated the exchange to a tense argument, telling me to pay the full bill or leave, and accused me of "trespassing." Bob told his wife to call the police and went into his office, retaining my car and refusing to show that he had done any work According to the attached document, my rights as a customer have clearly been violatedRe: Item #- I was not provided with a written estimate of any workRe: Item #- Until the police were present, I was not allowed to verify that work had been performed, since Bob refused to show meRe: Item #- The total charge was more than 10% over what was initially quoted (67% over) Absolute Auto has not made "every attempt to keep (their) customers happy." They did not offer any attempt even with police present to resolve the disagreement other than demanding the full payment, in cashThe offer of $credit toward any future repairs is unacceptableBob explicitly instructed me to never come back to his shop again, so this is not a valid offerWith the level of disrespect that was shown toward me as a customer, I do not trust the staff at this shop to perform any type of service on any car that I ownThe satisfactory resolution is for Absolute Auto to issue a $refund plus any tax paid Sincerely, [redacted]

Terrible service Dean and Troy, from Burkhardt, came, on April 26, 2017, to clean my air ducts Before they left, I noticed quite a bit of large, dark, dust [redacted] and grit on the upstairs, bathroom floor I showed the mess to Troy who picked up two of the dust [redacted] and said it was fine After they left, I went back up to get rid of the extra dust they left behind in my bathroom, and discovered that the entire second floor was covered with large, dark, dust [redacted] and grime, kicked up from their work I called to complain about the mess they left behind Dean and Troy returned to my house and afterwards asked me to call the owner of the company, Doug These young men made a mistake, a fixable one, in leaving my home a mess It wasn't the end of the world, but it was an inconvenience to my time, energy, and healthSo I thought Doug and I would work out a suitable agreement so that we could both feel like we could continue to do business together The company installed my furnace in the past, and I trusted themOn the phone, Doug called me a liar without ever asking me any details about my experienceHe began a long, rage-filled rant about how his company was the best rated on Angie's List, and how he was sick of customers wanting money back, and he told me that I could tell everyone that he was mean to me and that he yelled at me because he does not give money back, but he will give me a certificate for a free furnace tune up His rant went on for so long that I eventually put him on speaker phone so that people in my office could hear what I was being exposed toAt one point I felt concerned for him and offered that we take a break an try again To which he told me that he does not give back money and would still only offer me a certificate for a free tune up, (why would I ever, at this point let his company back in my house?) then he started back to yelling at me, and as he said, "all his other customers who want to bankrupt him." If Doug will treat his customers this way, I wonder how he treats his employees

One Main Financial has been the best! My agent was so so helpful and One Main approved me with hardly any questions asked I felt that I was a trusted individual where most lending institutions ask so much of you This was easy breezy! Thank you One Main! Annette C***
