The OneMain Financial Group branch in *** CA, follows curious and ineffective business practices: They've contacted me at least daily for over a month, even though I have never done business with them even after I called and asked to be left aloneI filed FTC complaints for each call (and will continue to do so as long as these nuisance calls persist) as well as a complaint with the Revdex.com, but yet OneMain Financial persistsWhy? I couldn't tell you - the employee never leaves a message, and the one person I spoke to had no idea why they were contacting meYou'd think they'd have more pressing business with actual customers, but you'd be mistaken

My loan was approved, only after securing it with my car, I've paid it off and trying to get a release of titleThey advised it takes 24-48hrs, it's been a week, no release and nobody answers my calls or emailsNot a good experience!!!

OneMain Financial has absolutely horrible customer service When I took out my loan with OneMain (which, by the way, have extremely high interest rates that they try to hide), they took the title to my car as collateral I didn't like that, but accepted it After I paid back my loan, I was told that my title would be returned to me in - days It took over a month for my title to be returned In that time, my auto plates expired and I was forced to rent a car In addition, I had to pay a fine for being late renewing my tags Had the company been truthful as to how long it would have been to receive my title, I could have taken other avenues to renew tags While waiting for my title, I called the branch several times and could not get any help I was just told that they had no idea why it was taking so long Because of this company, I had to shell out approximately $1400, and they would not take any responsibility for this To make matters worse, the company actually tried to tell me that they did not have my title (after me personally talking to them about sending my title to me) They took absolutely no responsibility for this when they were completely at fault Beware of this company
