I took out a 5K loan with One MainThe loan experience was seamless with my rep Lisa B***After completing my application online, Lisa called me the next day to go over my application and confirm what additional info I needed to bring to the office to complete the loanWhen I arrived, everyone in Ronkoma NY branch was friendly and helpfulMy loan was completed and funded within minsI had a Experian score and I was surprised that the rate is so high at percent AND I needed to do a secured loan with my carNo biggie since my car is yrs old and worth about $So far I've been making double loan payments to reduce the interest and get my loan paid back and completed in year vsthe loan contract of years

very misleading with information, complete waste of timeTargets middle class low income consumersDoesn't offer full disclosures of the processAn entity to rack up debt through interest ratesEmployees are not forth coming with information in fact tries to undermine consumer however they target you for business

Fast, easy and very friendly people Will use them again

Very easy to deal with and always just enough of a loan to get what I need there is never any pressure from the staff

This company prequalifies people for insecure loans then once you submit your application they always try to give you a loan for collateral onlyBe careful because you cannot get the inquiry off your credit report for two years if this is not an option you want

I am pleased with this business overall, however; they invited me to refinance my loan, approved me ( after another hard inquiry on my credit report) and the next day denied meI was very displeased with this situation being that I'm trying to clean up my credit

This company is very unprofessionalI was contacted by onemain to see if I wanted a loan increase and after a month I had a family emergency and decided that I would get the increased they offeredI spoke to a woman named Jessica R*** who was nice at firstThey RAN my credit and told me I qualified for an 8,dollar loan if I wanted one, I only needed a 1,This establishment is open till 5:30pm and I get out at from work but the establishment is fairly close byJessica told me we could do all the paperwork on that day and have it the next dayLater on the day she called me and said that she couldn't do it on that day because my appointment at 4:was too close to closing timeShe informed I could go on Monday and my loan will be in my bank account by Tuesday when I needed itOn Monday I wrote her an email with some information she needed and heard nothing back from herI decided to call because I needed the loan the next dayJessica was not at work that dayI asked to speak to a manager to share my experienceI informed him that I was supposed to do it Friday but she reschedule for Monday, that I called her and expressed how important it was and she guaranteed that she will be reaching out to me Monday and I will have everything I needed on Tuesday The manager had a tone, he said he has been working there for years and that he could help meI told him about Jessica and how she promised to help me and that everything was going to be ready TuesdayHe told me she had an emergency that everyone has emergency and she wasn't inThen he continue to tell me that they couldn't approve my loanLong story short they offer me an increase of a loan, they ran my credit and told me that I could get up to 8,to later say I couldn'tThe service in this establishment is horrible, the manager has NO empathy and makes you feel like you horrible when you approach himHe makes excuses for things the establishment does wrong instead of saying sorry I will make sure to address thisI would not recommend this establishment to anyoneThey ran my credit, said I was approved for a loan increase to later say noThis company promises many things that they couldn't accomplish

one of my worst experiences, I ran into a situation where our dogs ate some sort of poison, one dog died and the other cost hundreds to keep aliveas a result I was only able to make a partial paymentthe gal at the office said she understood and offered to review and restructure the loan, I was requested to send paychecks, bill from vet and more via email all the time she refused to leave real voice messages and reply to email even though it was secure enough for me to send my paychecksAt one point I went thru a refi on the house and asked if I could submit a pay off letter as intent to pay the loan in fullThe branch office refused to accept the letter and marked me days past due even though I have Legal proof of paymentSTAY AWAY FROM THEM

very helpful and friendly service and the only Company that would help me out with a swift loanCalled them one day, went to the office the next day with my loan, done within minutes I would use them again

I went to the Puyallup store and had an excellent experience, my agent was so friendly and explained everything as this was my first loan I wasn't sure what to expect

My experience with this business was okayThey didn't go over all the details with interest rates so I had to ask several times and I could tell the guy I was working with was getting upset with meI only got the loan because I needed it at the timeI still have the loan and I wouldn't get another through them
