A great experience dealing with this company ! Purchase was quick and effortless.

So far so good. Have not received the actual tickets purchased as they don't ship till July.

At Online City Tickets, we value our customers and would like to take the time to address Mr. [redacted] concerns. It should be noted that Online City Tickets is an online resale marketplace, which means we do not own or generate tickets—instead, we merely facilitate transactions between ticket buyers and ticket sellers.
 
Mr. [redacted] stated that Online City Tickets displayed two seats in the center of the stage; this should be noted as inaccurate. The interactive map Mr. [redacted] mentioned simply displayed all the available tickets in Section: Parquet, not Section: Center Parquet as Mr. [redacted] has suggested. Mr. [redacted] selected his tickets for the Pennsylvania Ballet – The Nutcracker Section: Parquet Row: BB, these tickets never indicated they would be located in the center. He then navigated to our checkout page; he was directed to review his itemized order breakdown, which clearly displayed the location of his tickets, all fees, the price per ticket, and his total price in bold text. Mr. [redacted] was required to agree to our terms and conditions—visible in a text box—and presented with the message in bold “All sales are final.” At this point, Mr. [redacted] was also presented with the message “I agree to the sales terms and conditions listed above,” and a check box that needed to be selected in order to continue with checkout. Our sales policies, including our “all sales are final” policy, are disclosed throughout the purchase process and displayed at checkout with the message “All sales are final. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).”
 
Mr. [redacted] mentioned our 100% Buyer Guarantee; to this we would like to provide clarification. Each order is fully protected by this guarantee which ensures customer’s tickets will arrive in time for their event and be valid for entry. This fact is clearly stated throughout the checkout process. Since our customers are purchasing tickets owned and listed by individual resellers, we must ensure that our policies are fair to both parties. This means that we are unable to offer refunds and must adhere to an “all sales are final” policy—a standard throughout the industry.
 
As Mr. [redacted] placed his order on 11/25/2016 for Section Parquet Row: BB and received these exact tickets immediately after via email, we consider this matter closed. Online City Tickets has adequately addressed Mr. [redacted] concerns though if he has any additional inquiries, we encourage him to contact our customer service.

Easy and quick

Went through just fine.

Fast, easy and Smooth

$25 for service fee for each ticket is absolutely ridiculous. to pay $100 service fee for 4 ticket was insane. The most of any company I have ever dealt with.

I paid $145.50 per ticket on their site. The ticket they sent me was 57.00 and $12.50 in fees. That's a 100%+ markup! Shame on you!

My wife printed out the tickets and can't wait for the show!! Big help while I'm deployed overseas to make sure everything went smooth!

Great way to buy tickets and for the price was worth the effort.

I purchased tickets from this site for a specific section and promise of row 1-9, but received tickets for a completely different section. The seller claims that he sells for a "zone" and that this is comparable seating, but the seats in the section he sent to me were less costly than the ones I purchased. That was why I chose that section over the section that he sent to me. The ones I chose cost more so I assumed better seating. In addition, the tickets he sold me 5 days ago also cost about $60 less per ticket and $30 less service charge per ticket today with no explanation. What a rip-off. I will never do business with this company again.

I am rejecting this response because:When I ordered these tickets I was in Italy on my cell phone.  I agreed to buy 4 tickets for $99 each.  When I pressed ok $404 popped up which was a reasonable price for the 4 tickets.  When I pressed ok for the second time the price of $2125 popped up.  Nobody in their right mind would agree to pay $2125 for 4 tickets valued at $99 each.   I would like to return the tickets or receive a refund of the difference.

I am rejecting this response because: again, I want the recording to be addressed. Every time I call or a family member has called the agent says "this call is being recorded for security purposes" I was told to resell at the event, which again is against the law and I am a active in the US Military and I uphold the law. This matter was not resolved, a gentleman with your company suggested 26 dollars can be refunded but nothing else! He was very RUDE to my mother. I called within minutes to get this matter resolved and the very first time I was told "we can't help you go resell at the event" no one from your company offered to help just brushed it off like so many of the other complaints you have against your business. In that moment from my first phone call you had a chance to offer or explain in further matter but chose to not help me. This is why I am continuing to fight for more than 26 dollars that is unfair, I am not asking for the full amount but asking you to work with me on doing more. I called right away and your company chose to not help, resulting in me calling multiple times being ignored multiple times or given the run around. This matter is not closed.
